Very clean communicative dealership with LOADS of great MOPARs to choose from.But! I was a bit jaded with Service. I brought my car in for a routine Oil Change AND to investigate clicking in the back of my 21 Charger.They did NOT do any diagnostics - only the quick hit oil change.I would bring my car back again for regular maintenance. But for something a bit more technical you may not get what you re looking for

Service was supposed to contact me regarding the extra key and leather seats for my new car, but they never did. I called multiple times and the lady that was in charge of that was never available to speak. Finally just went in April 1st to ask and the front desk said the seats were ready in February and handed over the extra key. That s insane. Plus, that lady in charge of the seats was there that day and didn t even come out to speak. Where s the customer service? They can text me random stuff but they can t text me that my seats were ready to be installed 2 months ago?

This place is a fraud, I took my brother s Jeep 2021 Grand Cherokee and they told me that my stud and nut is broken and I would be at a very harm if I drive like this but some customer at the store told me to double check with other tire services as well, so I went to Les Schwab and they checked all the tires and everything was all right fine as wine and then I also took it to America Tires to get it checked and they told me that it was fine and this fraud place told me that the qoute would be $470 to change the already fine thing (Studs and nuts). It was my first and last time at this place, they are fraud, please double check all the things they tell you to change. I am very much disappointed with their this kind of behavior. They are bringing the name of the Jeep down which should not have had happened.I will never recommend this place to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience buying a new Ram 2500. My sales lady (Rachel) was extremely helpful and worked really hard to get the best interest rate and the best value on my trade in. Everyone I spoke with at the dealership on the day of buying was very helpful.I would definitely recommend Folsom Lake Dodge to my friends and family.Overall I felt like I got a wonderful deal and a brand new Truck.

Horrible customer service! My daughter took her Jeep in to see why she was having what we thought were transmission problems. After three days they told us spark plugs were putting carbon in her engine and her extended warranty wouldn t cover it and we owed them over $480 for them to diagnose this!When I spoke to the service department, letting them know how ridiculous this charge is to diagnose a problem, the service rep said he didn t care what I said, I owed him the money for diagnosing the problem was extremely rude and yelled at me.I understand we owed money to diagnose a problem but they charged us multiple charges to diagnose something we didn t even know about.They assured my daughter when she dropped it off she would only have to pay the $100 deductible.I will never buy a car from them or take a car to them and I hope to tell everyone how horrible they are!!!

We had a great experience purchasing a new Jeep from the team at Folsom Lake Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Rachel was super helpful negotiating all the terms remotely and working with our schedule. We got up front and out the door pricing (well below MSRP) before we ever visited the dealership. Once we got there, Rachel helped us with our vehicle and made the purchase process smooth. No games or trips to the manager, she was able to handle it all.Next we visited with Travis in finance who professionally processed our paperwork, no stress or push to purchase things we didn't want. The price Travis gave us on the invoice matched what we were quoted before we ever got to the dealer. We are very happy with the purchase process and our new Jeep.

I came in looking for a ram 2500 and that s when I met my salesman John Miles. John was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and found me exactly what I was looking for. I felt zero pressure from him, he just Genuinely wanted to take care of me .The sales manager, Nick, was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. These guys took care of me, as if I was family, and could not sing their praises enough. If you need a vehicle, look no further.

Bought 2 new utility work trucks this year from Folsom Lake. Picked up one at the dealership and the next one they delivered to us in Nevada while taking a truck we had for trade. Each time Marvin made the process go smoothly and was very responsive to any questions or concerns. Even Cameron, the driver, was very pleasant. If you are looking for friendly and easy sales with fair pricing, ask for Marvin.

Gary Tallman did an awesom job locating our new company truck! He had some challenges finding one that fit all the criteria we were asking for. Update:Spoke to the general manager. After I sent him proof that the sales person lied. He still refused to accommodate me. He never gave me a call to tell me what his conclusion was. I had to call multiple times to get an update. Apparently He was " too busy" to give me a call. We are all busy. Common courtesy would be to give me a call. Not have your assistant relay a message.What a joke.Initially everything went good. I bought a chevy volt. At the time of purchase the charger was missing. I was told I would receive one in about a week. I was told as a courtesy they would upgrade to a level 2 charger as I had to go out and buy one. I talked to Moises and he was extremely rude. He automatically denied my request before even asking around. Please do more to take care of your customers

Bought a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica in Nov of 2023. After a month and a half the van needs about $8,000 in repairs!! How is that possible. Check engine turned on and I had called to schedule an appointment to have it checked out. They did not have appointment until Jan 24, 2024. I took it to another dealer to get it checked because I could not wait that long and had to pay out of my pocket for the dignosis. Came to find out that it needs a repair in the cylinder heads f the engine and many other things. Took it back to the folsom dealer where I had to argue to get it in and check it out. They came out with the same conclusion that the vehicle needs many repairs. They will not Honor the warranty of 90days or 3,000 miles because my vehicle went over not by much miles. They would only pay 10% of the total cost of repair. The service adviser stated that they really don't check the vehicles and just resell them. If I waited until the 24th my vehicle would have way more moles and would of never known it was a big problem. Spoke with the sales manager which he was horrible and would not assist.Updated: after the review they were able to escalated to corporate and get it approved to fix my vehicle. Why couldn't they do that since the beginning. I feel like the customer service should be better.

I ve been taking my truck here for service since 2020 and every one of the service writers that I ve dealt with have been over the top with customer service. I ve only had a couple interactions with the techs themselves but those have always been positive as well, and the work done on my vehicle has come back looking clean.

Haven't had much luck with FLD in the past but have to say Moriah Foston was amazing and very easy to deal with.I buy quite a few trucks for a large commercial contractor and it was refreshing to not have to play "the game".She simply gave me a fair price out-of- the gate and a fair price on my trade. She will get first look on my future truck purchases.

My partner bought a 2023 Dodge Ram Transport/Cargo Van here 2 weeks ago,Johnny was the sales associate who he delt with,overall he is happy with the purchase but there are a few things still being ironed out,the vehicle didn't come with a spare tire and we thought that was odd considering the Van was about $58,000 and that fact wasn't discussed during the sale,these are things a buyer needs to know.

They did a fuel pump relay recall on my 2013 jeep Cherokee. After they did the recall my jeep started having start up issues for a year. I took it back multiple times and they refused to help. I took my jeep up the hill to Thompsons Jeep and they said folsom lake dodge did the wiring the wrong way when they did the recall. I called folsom lake dodge and sent them the diagnostic from Thompsons and they still did nothing to help. These guys suck. All it would of cost for them to make me happy was $300.

"Service Coordinator" was a joke... he didn't reach out to me once in three days... I had to spend 30 minutes on hold every afternoon to figure out if I needed to extend my rental vehicle for another 24 hours
