Good cleaning on a Monday morning after an Autumn road-trip. No waiting. I don t usually take my Subaru to the car wash so I was a bit surprised by the prices. The basic entry level wash is now $34.99 so after a tip it s $50. I m glad I don t drive much so won t need another cleaning for a while.

Not worth the money. I took Detail wash + Express wax (exterior) + full interior. Left my car with them for good 6 hours only to find subpar service.The exterior wash was a total bogus. I still had bugs stuck to my number plate. A layer of dust below the wipers. Didn t look it was washed at all. There were places where the wax wasn t buffed properly leaving white streak marks. The interior had visible areas left as well. The door jambs had dusty white streaks.For the price I paid, I expected better standards and attention to detail. I respect people s work and expect a certain level of thoroughness when they say the job is complete. I hated to stand there pointing out the missed spots and get them fixed before leaving the place, only to find more missed corners and dust layers when I reached home. If you are particular like me and are looking for value for money, look elsewhere.Having said all of the above, it would be unfair if I didn t mention the staff. They are very friendly and make you feel welcomed.

We had 3 stage polish and ceramic coating done here a couple of years ago. They did great, but the interior detailer gouged our leather drivers side seat. We've come back for a wash and wax but never an interior detail....until today. One of the interior window cleaners knocked our rear dash cam right off the mount and didn't say anything. Luckily, my wife noticed it as we drove off and we went back. The manager promptly made it right by remounting it with some 3M adhesive.If you make a mistake, tell someone so it can be made right. Don't hope nobody will notice. People pay and usually tip good money for a service. The Detail Specialist that waxed our exterior also did a great job,Accountability goes a long way in life. Check your interior before you leave to ensure no damage was done. We definitely won't be taking a 3rd swing on getting it done here.

A long, overdue review. A big shout out to Boati, Ernie, and all of their team there. TL:DR- they always go above and beyond when cleaning your car/truck every time, regardless of the package purchased. They are always smiling, and moving. An amazing team here that care about what they re doing and the customers!I am selling my truck, and had them do the full detail a few weeks ago- to say the least, I ve done some camping with it, and things were a bit dirty. They took some serious time and care in cleaning it up, and my truck looked absolutely pristine! I just wish I took before photos to share here. But, what a difference their detailed cleaning made!And today, took the other car in that has had carnage laid waste to it by our little girl whose apparently perfecting her throwing skills with cheerios, etc. I ran into both Ernie and Boati working hard (as always! :). And, their team cleaned our car amazingly well. My jaw dropped when one of them was even using a feather duster in the trunk to sweep up those home run cheerios the vacuum missed. Wow, talk about going above and beyond!

Just got the the full interior/exterior package. They did a great job! Yes I have a truck and expected it to be a bit more pricey as it was, but the finished product was definitely worth it. Thanks again to the crew of FGCW&AL!

I ve been taking my cars here for years. It was always a treat. The last few times, which has been a pattern, has left me disappointed. I should not have to point out the spots they miss and have them correct them. It definitely feels like it s quantity over quality now. I ll be looking for somewhere else to take my cars from now on. This used to be our go to car wash spot but the quality of work has really gone down. We would drive up from Sacramento to folsom glen because we knew we could count on them. But even after paying over 50$ for the premium wash, my car was spotty on the outside, and neither the dash, steering wheel, cup holders, or seats were wiped down. It feels like they are now prioritizing a quick turn around over a quality cleaning now. Our family is sad to have to find a new go to car wash, but it no longer seems worth the money to go here.

I was not satisfied with car wash and interior cleaning & vacuum service. I had purchased the $50 package. Since it was Friday, they were too fast, looked like some sort of hurry and quality of the service wasn t good enough.

This is my new go-to car wash after Bob s in Roseville closed. The prices are in line with other places and do a decent job but I always have to inspect the car to make sure that there s no damage.

I have always been very pleased with the customer staff ; very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I was there the other day after they had closed. I was concerned that my car was low on oil asit was time for an oil change. Anthony was kind enough to check and oil until I was able to come back another day. I was very grateful.

I came in for an exterior clean after desert and road dust. I figured I'd try out a "real" carwash vs. the $7.99 quick quack and also see if I could trust them for the interior. I paid more then I initially intended in order to upgrade to the exterior trim protector package (guy at the ring up said "all the trim" and I have plastic door handle pieces and otherwise, thought it would be worth it). They took off my antenna for safety through the machine wash and I watched the pre wash gentleman do what I thought was a thorough job - spraying out the door dust was a good move (thank you!). When I came out from paying I watched a guy just kind of slap around a towel and then they were rushing me to leave because they had a cranky older lady behind me in the line. I screwed in my own antenna and pulled out into the Walmart parking lot to take a look. Frankly I feel like they did a rushed and not detailed job. None of the trim I actually wanted done was even actually that clean (although the back bumper plastic was done well, and the wheels looked good). No one picked up the phone and my email inquiry has been unanswered for more than 2 weeks - I didn't have time to go back immediately and wanted to know why most of the trim was not included. If it was just an oversight I could have come back. If it was miscommunication and my expectations were out of line I wanted to know for sure. Unfortunately based on my only experience here I won't come back. I also don't have confidence that they would handle the inside no matter how much I paid if they couldn't even pull the sticks out of the outside (what). Very disappointing for $29.99, although I do know some folks who swear by this place and have had very positive experiences and good outcomes.

The 5 star google reviews really let me down. I was really expecting this place to be super awesome. Instead my experience was a complete flop. I went last Friday, early in the morning and it wasn't busy at all. I drove right in. Before I explain my experience, I will explain my car. I have a newer 2017 Honda fit. Basically, it was dirty from my work commute on the outside, and had a couple of light scratches that I wanted to be waxed out. My car has normal wear and tear on the inside. I don't have kids, pets, smoke, or track mud or anything crazy. I bought the express hand wax which is $79.99. Here's a breakdown of my review:Pros:1) They took my car and begin working on it quickly.2) Multiple people were working on the detailing, so I believed that things were done quickly.3) The pricing was reasonable considering they said ahead of time that they could take the scratches out.Cons:1) While they began working on my car, they weren't actually working on my car. The 2nd guy who started working on my car when it was under the carport begin to have a long drawn out conversation with another guy. He was supposed to be cleaning the interior. He barely looked at my car he was talking so much.2) The same guy who was talking so much drove my car around to get the wax. He was a fairly heavyset guy (300+lbs) and adjusted my seat and steering wheel to accommodate him. He never adjusted it back to it's original settings. Same is also true for the mirrors which were moved.3) Being that the same guy did not clean anything on the inside of the car, I stopped him and asked him about that. He said "oh yes, when they start waxing your car, they are going to clean the floor mats, vacuum, and clean out the inside on this side." Odd since I saw other workers doing this under the carport.4) They run your car through an automatic carwash. They did not go over the spots that were missed by this at all. I still had bugs and stuff on the front bumper.5) Car was never vacuumed. Mats were never cleaned. Interior was neglected. I had a coffee spill on the inside of my door that remained after leaving. There was also a coffee stain in my cupholder. Center console wasn't addressed either.6) While they wiped off the inside windshield, they failed to clean sticky residue left behind on the top part of the windshield by an old oil change sticker. They never cleaned the sun roof, visor, or the mirrors.7) Waxing was non-existent. I specifically mentioned scratches that I wanted taken out before I even paid for it (which they examined and confirmed they would take out), which were not done. The entire car was not waxed either. I literally had to fight with the guy at the end and point to several scratches that were on the car. He literally wiped 1 scratch, and walked away.8) Streaks were also left on the roof of the car.Bottom line: I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, nor would I ever return. It was overpriced for less than subpar service. I don't understand how businesses can afford to run poorly after COVID19. All told at least 5 people worked on my car. Save your money and don't waste your time going here. Either hire real professional detailers or save your money, wash your car yourself, and buy $20 wax and do it yourself.* I tried to capture some of the flaws in the detailing.

It's advertised as a "touchless carwash". I drove through snow to exhibit my showcar on-stage at the California Auto Museum. The automated car wash had a hard-right turn after entering, and paying for, the wash. The hard turn revealed that it was a "foam finger" BRUSH wash! The foam brushes then ripped up the front edges of my tape racing stripes. I won't return, EVER.

From the moment you arrive, their team provides excellent service and attention to detail. I was impressed with how thorough they were with cleaning both the exterior and interior of my car. The end result was stunning - my car looked and smelled amazing. Overall, I highly recommend Folsom Glen Car Wash for anyone looking to give their car a little TLC.

Such a quick cash wash. Went at 8:30am on a Saturday and there were already 10-15 cars, but there were about 40 employees working. Took about 20 minutes for car wash and cleaning inside.

Was just there 6/30/23. Paid for detail wash and wax. They charged me for a VIP but didn't even clean the inside. I'm so disappointed. They completely ignored the windows the dust on seats in not using and the rest I'm not even mentioning. I was in a hurry and just sat in my car and took off. Should have checked before going. I literally went in there so my inside of the car could be cleaned. Greeter was Delbert. Wash code 21042. I'm very disappointed. Literally came home and started cleaning on the inside myself.

Always professional and extremely easy to work with. Consistently use these guys as I drive more than average. You can rest assure they will never up sell you on anything you don t need. Honesty and integrity, they take it as seriously as possible.Edit: I see some of the reviews below me with pics of disappointment. Keep in mind, you pay for a EXPRESS DETAIL. Beware when paying $37 for a car wash! Was having a wonderful morning went to vacuum out my car and wash it while I was visiting my sister in folsom So I decided to go clean my car out and washer guy they re convinced me that pain is $36 going to be worth it the receptionist was very good car got washed drove out look down between my driver seat down garbage so I decided to pull over to the back noticed it hadn t even been vacuumed or touched at all none of the pockets in the back room vacuumed out front see wasn t vacuum to the sand that was on it! Long story short The manager Bout Or something like that works there on Sunday around 12 o clock because I asked for a refund had the nerve to say OK but we re never touching your car again and having attitude learn some management skill you must know somebody who owns the place to be a manager because you have zero management skills and I m the one that asked for a refund you re not refusing my business I m not excepting yours so understand the difference definitely now I understand why there was one stars maybe this place should think about having new management the receptionist was great thanks for the help!

They are great for a regular car wash. Avoid their detail center. I had my car fully detailed in May 2022. Another BMW was being detailed that day. They switched our mats.
