These guys are really great. They fixed my Silverado 3500 in 2 hours. They ordered the spare part in advance. And my pickup truck didn t sit idle with them for weeks. The dealership in Roseville is much worse than this dealership in Folsom.

Overall I'm happy about the experience. My vehicle had a recall and I needed it to be repaired at this dealership. Setting up an appointment was easy. The staff was very nice and professional. On the day of the actual repair, I dropped off my car and was able to pick it up later that same day. Service department was clean and fast too. No issues.

Kevin was very helpful and had my service completed quicker than expected. The service tech was also super helpful by double checking my back windshield wiper.

Have always used Folsom Chev for service. They always do a great job. But, the new arrangement of computer screens in service is ridiculous. You can't see your agent without peeking around. Not "service oriented". Strange really.

Devon has gone above and beyond to help us service and maintain our Chevy Bolt. It can be tricky sometimes with an EV and diagnosis, and she was able to solve a problem we had for months. So glad we can call Devon when our Bolt needs service. She is warm, friendly and professional.

I have been going to Folsom Lake Chevy for service for years! They always treat me very well....and I've taken multiple Camaro's and now my Corvette there. Most recently, Johnathan in Service helped me with my vette. He was informative, and explained the problem with my coil. He did not try to upsell me...and I really appreciated that. He sent an uber to come get me too to pick the car up. Excellent place to get your car fixed!

They service my Chevy 2500HD for less than Jiffy lube and do a better job. Most of the service writers have been at this location for years and are very helpful. Make a appointment and plan to wait 1-2 hrs they take their time to service and inspect your vehicle correctly.

Best place for service! Mechanics really take the time and effort to do it right. This is why I like this place, I'm usually very busy and they make sure its done correctly so I don't have to go back the first time. I got my service in and our within 2 hours. Refreshments and taco truck outside while you wait!

Just had the best experience at a dealership service center ever. Honestly I can't believe how good the service center was. Steve M in service was beyond helpful and courteous, From squeezing me in when somehow I blundered the online appt and scheduled it for august instead of march. He actually listened and took great notes for the technician, Also, if you have owned vehicles longer than a lease you know that dreaded call from service when you bring it in for repairs..for once it was actually joyful experience. the small things count too, like asking me if I want a extra key ring to take my extra keys just in case ( like my mail key, storage and gate key) could be a couple days until the truck was ready. So they got me home in a LYFT making it all very easy. Also the parts guy (I'm bad with names but 5 star service ) he was knowledgable and beyond helpful. Willing to actually do research and go look at my truck hands on.. I will be back anytime I need something done and for my scheduled services. Show respect and get respect, Simple Great Place.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Long wait times, even with an appointment. It's about 2hrs to get an oil change, and staff is hit or miss. Sometimes they're nice, other times rude. My husband and I wish we would not have gotten their service with the purchase of our vehicle. It's not worth the price, wait, attitude, or inconvenience.
