Long wait. No one assisted me or spoke to me. Finally just left.Went to Les Scheab and got the tire fixed for free.What is the point of free tire repair when it is so difficult? I will not be buying tires from Costco again.

Every time my tires are rotated and balanced, my tire caps are missing and I have to go purchase new ones. Not sure why they have trouble forgetting to put them on, or replacing my chrome caps with cheap black ones. For now on, I ll remove them before I leave the car with them. Very disappointed!

Ordered on line set of tires.Tires arrived in 2 days!!! Made o/l appt.Called and moved appt up bc early tire delivery.Stephen at front counter was great,friendly,and communicated perfectly. Finished appt in under 1 hour. Thank you.

I am very disappointed. Tires are a good size ticket item. That would have earned me more on the end of the year rebate. So, 2 disappointments.1. No discount and I had to play more for my tires.2. No rebates amount added to the end of the year check from them!They did not know at ALL when more would be there...Auuuugh :(

I had a flat tire and made an appointment to get it repaired. Jake called me right away to say the tire couldn't be repaired. In about 30 minutes, the car was done. I had to pay a pro-rated amount for a new tire, but it was very reasonable. Jake was there when I needed to pay, remembered who I was and what car I was with. Very friendly and efficient service.

Painfully slow. Took them two hours to put tires on my SUV. I did have an appointment. Takes one hour, MAX. They gave me no indication that it can take that long when I made the appointment online or over the phone when I rescheduled. I would avoid and go to another major tire chain that will price match. I gave them three stars because the staff is friendly.

Went for tire rotation. A week later noticed a loose wheel and almost all lugs were loose on other wheels. Went back to correct the issue. Derek was apologetic, told me my next set of tires was compliments of Costco. He told me all was good, then retracted his set of tires to just two. A few weeks later now, upon finishing a long road trip, noticed a missing lug nut on one of my wheels. Took it in to my regular mechanic. Again, not one of the remaining lugs were tight. I have new lugs on one wheel. All of the remaining lugs are tightened to manufacturers specs. Will monitor to try to determine cause of issue.

Excellent service. Other people complain about the horrible wait time (at any Costco) but that's b/c they are constantly busy... with lots of customers. So many must be happy. On a camping trip 3hrs from home and tire pressure light came on (two fussy kids in tow) and I was instantly taken care of. They checked pressure super fast and filled and on my way. Awesome!Wish I'd gotten the gentlemans name.Amy of Santa Rosa

Purchased tires for my SUV. Had to replace two of them because they couldn't balance them. Multiple returns. Went to both America's Tire and Les Schwab who beat the price on another set and could get timely service.

You buy tires that come with free rotation and flat repair, then they make it impossible for you to actually get those things done

Alan and the guys at the Tire Center just saved me $120 off my old tires warranty, and with the current discount on Michelins, I paid a little over $175 with tax for two tires. WONDERFUL service, smiling and helpful workers, and even nice customers waiting with me. My advice: be there at 9 am, you'll be done in an hour.

Long, long ,long wait. EVERY TIME. Always busy. The mechanic or guy who helped us, was just down right RUDE... A Jack Axx, Total Jerk to my wife and me. My wife wanted to use a few other choice words for this guy... I had to QUIETLY, just walk away...I'm sorry , if you're busy and you have no one taking care of the front counter. IT's NOT OUR FAULT or any other Customers at that.... The lady in front of us was Pist-Off also. They told her at 4:00Pm That they would be done by 6:00Pm. It was 6:15pm and the guy told her 20 more minutes. Haa!WOW, We Just wanted to buy tires for my Truck... THAT'S ALL!My parents always insisted to take their cars to Costco Tire. Always a great tire...We just had HORRIBLE Customer Service and Super Long Wait times at The Costco Tire in FOLSOM,CA.After being treated So horrible here. We can't go back. WE WILL NOT GO BACK to get Tires at The FOLSOM,CA COSTCO... NOPE...I went to Big O Tire. Where we got a TOP BRAND TIRE & Paid 100$ less. The customer service at BIG O was Awesome. Even had Free Gourmet Coffee...

I had to call after a week to see if my tire where in. They said they would call me. 2 hours to get tires installed. Grease all over the wheels when they gave the car back. Was also missing a center cap. $50 to replace.

Although you have to purchase your tires and make an appointment ahead of time they are really friendly and have your car done within the time they say.

Excellent service. Great prices on tires. They are always helpful in checking tire pressure or rotating the tires.
