Friendly staff Daniel is great. Made an appointment for a diagnostic test. Waited 3 days, dropped the car off when they opened. Car didn't get moved so i picked it up when they were about to close. AAA member and it would of been better service if I called roadside, Not what they're for but just saying.

I called this location on a whim after hearing a strange noise while driving. I was hours away from home and they took me in immediately and assured me it was an easy fix. Got me back on the road within no time, Kia and Jacob were great to me. Thank you AAA Folsom!!! Reliable, trustworthy, great value, and excellent customer service. I d go out of my way to see them again.

The service, from appointment to pick up was great. Daniel was both friendly and professional. The car was also ready sooner than expected which was helpful.

Daniel was good at providing feedback! It is a bit difficult to get an appointment. However, very good service. Took the car for a brake check and oil change. Very well received and catering to the needs. The tire was about time to be changed, and being a car that is used for local runs, Daniel understood it and looked around for a good deal with less cost. I felt over all the service and price was reasonable, especially with the 24-month warranty.

My experience at this location has always been positive! They do not try and sell me repairs I do not need! I have always been taken in at my appointment time and treated with the utmost of courtesy!

Thanks Daniel for prompt service on my Mazda and helping me with understanding the required repairs vs the recommended ones, professionally.Car does seem to drive better after the job.(Thanks for waiting beyond your work hours for me to pick the car. Would have been better to receive a call after you were done , instead of txt. You would have gone home earlier. )

They earned a customer for life today. We had our daughter loaded up to move to college in my husband's truck. Heading up the hill, the engine started making a loud noise. We stopped into the AAA service center and they immediately hopped in, had a listen and found a simple thing wrong. It may have been simple, but it sure helped us out in a pinch. AND, they didn't charge us for it! Thank you, Brian, you make our day and we WILL be back.

These guys really went out of their way and made a rough day much easier. My tire blew out and I was in my car trying to file to have roadside come help me when I realized AAA was in the same parking lot. Not only did they come out to my car but they had me back on the road in minutes. It was over 100 degrees out and I can t believe my luck. I genuinely appreciate their help today.

I would highly recommend you DO NOT take your vehicle to AAA Folsom Auto Repair. Make sure you look over your car diagnosis carefully before proceeding with repairs.They tried to overcharge me significantly compared to another repair shop.

These guys are great. We were driving through town, and we just drove up in our rental car and told them that we had one tire with very low pressure. They came out and checked the tire for leaks (found none), and aired up the tire for free.It sounds like a small thing, but they were very nice about it. I just wish we lived in the area so we could be regular customers.

Auto repair location that is owned and operated by csaa. Has a travel counter and DMV kiosk on site. Employees have made suggestions on repairs, giving reasonable prices without pressure to perform unnecessary work.

Matt was awesome, they kept calling me every single day and kept me up to date on what was going on with my vehicle. They even send you emails with the issues they find. They even cover a Lyft to your home and back. Will definitely be returning.

Excellent Customer Service and experience.I am the caregiver for my 89-year-old father and I was not comfortable bringing his car in for service during COVID-19.Daniel Bandoni, service advisor for AAA located at 175 Placerville Road, Folsom, CA. was extremely empathetic, responsive and professional with respect to my dilemma.Daniel & another employee picked up my father s car from our home & did the required maintenance and called us two times with an update on the cost etc.They delivered the car back to us within three hours.During the pick up and delivery of my father s car Daniel and the other employee were wearing masks and gloves...social distancing and being extremely respectful.Thank You very much for a job well done during this COVID-19 pandemic and all the issues it brings.Lisa

I had spoken with Daniel over the phone to set an appointment and came in at the agreed upon day and time only to be told there was no appointment set. Big bummer since I had come in first thing in the morning for an oil change and it was going to take over half the day to make it happen since there were so many cars already there from the previous day. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you really have nowhere to be.

Lied about what needed to be replaced. Steering tie rod and brakes were fine I checked myself. Tie rod wouldn t even budge wasn t cracked or anything but they tried feeding me some bs about it. Only thing that needed replacement was the rotors and rear strut assemblies yet they added the front hub assembly and tie rod to the quote in order to obtain some extra $$$.

If you like being hung up on after three separate attempts to schedule a wiper blade replacement, then this is the place for you (Folsom branch)....I made an appt with the Sacramento/PowerInn Rd shop and I was happily told I could just arrive any time that day and they would replace wiper blades for the cost of the blades and no charge for labor...

This place is expensive but they were able to identify and fix the problem. Having the full diagnostics emailed to me was helpful. The staff were friendly, courteous and thorough. We appreciated that they were open on Saturday.

went in to pick up a vehicle from them. office staff was rude to tow operator using profanity and threating him. would never set foot in this place. overall the atmosphere was uncomfortable and disrespectful.
