Had the most wonderful experience here. My spouse and I selected the 2-hour ride and it was worth every penny! Our guides Sarah, Jolene, and Michelle were amazing! They really care about our safety and gave the group a thorough training prior to the ride. You can tell they also really care about the well-being of their horses and take pride in their care for these majestic animals. This is by far the most gorgeous and scenic ride I ve ever taken!Would recommend to anyone! 5/5 stars!

Awesome experience. We've been riding in Wyoming, Michigan, Tennessee, Utah and more. This was one of the most beautiful and rugged trails (in a good way - it is real riding...not horses on auto-pilot). But inexperienced riders can enjoy too, they did a great training and "test" course for everyone that we have never seen before. Great staff, beautiful horses. Highly recommend.

Wonderful family owned business. Everything from reservations a week before to the water bottle at the end of the ride was flawless! Horses are so used to trail, just sit and enjoy the ride. Great guides who know the horses and the area, they take safety serious and make sure you are comfortable and know what to do. Beautiful views. A nice break to sit after hiking Yosemite! Well worth the money. We did the 2 hour ride, which was plenty for us non-horse riding people.

Wonderful experience! The views were stunning the staff was amazing. Michele, Mel and Jolene were extremely friendly, attentive, and gave lots of positive feedback as we were riding. Highly recommend!

The whole experience was great. The staff make you feel comfortable. Would have loved to see more vistas on the 1 hour trail but still loads of fun none the less. Inexperienced riders are more suited for this trail. More experienced riders might find it a bit tame but I understand why they do it this way. Overall, thoroughly recommend

The best trail ride experience that I have had. Their horses are healthy and well cared for. The staff and guides were friendly and professional. Add to that a gorgeous trail with multiple creek crossings, wooded hills, a lush valley, and some beautiful views. Highest recommendation I can give.

My wife and I had an amazing time at Yosemite Trails. We did the two hour vistas Pass ride. Well worth it, the ride is great and the family who runs the entire business is so great to work with. We had a blast. 100% would recommend to anyone in the Yosemite area. Thanks again

I've gone horseback riding many times, this was by far the best experience out of the lot for several reasons. Firstly, the service every guide here is amazing I was so impressed with the customer service and hospitality always cracking a joke throwing words of encouragement to the riders it was beautiful and heartfelt. The horses themselves are well taken care of and experienced on the trail, my wife being a first timer enjoyed the experience and felt comfortable the whole time. The views lastly, were spectacular. From running streams, meadows with butterflies, giant redwoods and mountaintop views it's worth every penny!

We walked into the place with no prior reservation. We met the guide, Sarah, who was nice and welcoming and seemed knowledgeable about the job and the place. She takes care of the safety of the riders explaining everything, also reminding us about some instructions throughout the ride. My wife, my sis and I, all first time riding, opted for the 1-hour trail ride which was fabulous. beautiful views riding through the woods and through water creeks. We enjoyed every minute. The horses are well trained and healthy for the ride. Highly recommended for beginners. If you're experienced, call and ask what they can offer, you might need something more challenging.

We really enjojed the time with you!The horses are healthy, good natured and well trained. Really fine horses who responce fast to the finest directions. The nature is incredible and the trail is interesting in itself it was e wunderful experience for both beginner and good rider. I would recommend it to anyone!

My wife and I chose this experience for our Honeymoon. Best decision EVER!! Super close to Tenaya Lodge and easy to find on the map.The horses are beautiful and are VERY well trained for the ride! (I am 6'5" and they even had a horse for me! Great job to the horse "Van Gogh")Simple instructions and thoughtful training make it accessible to both children and adults, and new and familiar riders. Enjoyable - somehow both relaxing and action-packed at the same time. Pictures were allowed to be taken by steady riders, and the guides even take the time to make sure photos are captured with your own phone camera to save the memories.Beautiful trails. I highly reccomend doing the earliest morning ride you can because the temperature is cool and comfortable in the Fall, and you may get lovely rolling fog as well as shifting sunlight through the tree canopy.THE TREES are breathtaking - all of the foliage will have you in awe. It's intimate with nature, and paced very intentionally to feel like a horseback journey into nature, no matter what length of time you chose to ride.I highly recommend them, and to anyone planning a special trip with your family or someone you love, you will have an incredible time.

Great horse riding experience! We did the two hour creek trail and enjoyed it - the views at the top were great, we went through several creeks, and rode through the forest.My husband had never ridden horses before and had no problems - they seem to take young kids out with no experience also with no issues. The horses are super well trained and just walk comfortably along the trail; guides were also very friendly and give you a quick intro lesson to make sure you re comfortable with core skills.

My wife and I have ridden a few times in many places. The staff were helpful and patient. They made sure we were comfortable and we had the opportunity to practice guiding our horses before going on the trail. The ride was wonderful and scenery great. The horses made our ride! We will be back.

Alexa and Dillon were our trail guides and they were great! The whole experience was enjoyable. I was toward the back of our group and had a great conversation with Dillon. It was noticeable that they made an effort to learn a little bit about everyone in our group which added to the experience. The terrain varied from creek crossings to hillside and downhill trails. Horses were very easy to handle and everything was prep'd and ready to go when we got there. Fantastic experience!

What a great place to go riding! Fantastic, well trained, beautifully happy horses! Lovely family run business, who make you feel so welcome! The scenery was amazing and trail exciting! Even saw a bear! A special thanks to Amy and cammy!! Great fun girls to be around! Would definitely recommend, even if you ve never ridden before!

This was are first time horseback riding and what a wonderfully picturesque place to do it in and with such amazingly knowledgeable, kind and personable people, who care about your safety and experience while out there. They really make this ride something else!If you get a chance to ride, this is a place to go! The views are breathtaking!Thank you so very much, especially to Kayne, Dylan and Michele! (hopefully I got the spelling somewhat right)You guys were so amazing!!!

When your 9 year old, 16 year old, and 17 year old boys end up talking the whole ride back to camp about how much they enjoyed the 2 hour ride experience, you know you found the diamond in the rough. What a great group of Cowboys(Cowgirls), beautiful well cared for animals, and amazing wooded trails. Definitely recommend coming and experiencing for yourself.

Amazing 2 hour trail ride. I enjoyed every bit of this tour. The staff was amazing, the horses were amazing, and the trail had amazing views. They showed us everything we had to do and worth every dollar. Easy location to get to as well.

Nice facility at the Park for Horse Back Riding on their trail. The facility needs booking in advance in the Summer Season. The horses are kept tidy and the guide gives initial training for the raider for smooth adventure trial. Our grand children had loved it's experience.

This was an amazing first time experience! My boyfriend planned this special trip to celebrate our anniversary and it was incredible. It was easy finding the area and everything is clearly labeled so you know exactly where to go. Upon check in we were sized for helmets and provided with bandanas as the trails can be dusty. After that we were led to the pen area, here is where we were shown how to handle the horses. They were great at explaining and were willing to answer any questions we had. Once this was done everyone was put on a horse and led to a different pen area, here we were able to practice as a group. We were given a lot of tips on how to handle the horses and it was so helpful! When our leaders felt confident in our handling skills we were taken on the trail. We did the one hour trail, which I think is great for first timers. The views were absolutely amazing, I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a great and fun experience with horses. We will definitely be back in the future!

I love a good trail ride and this place exceeded my expectations. As a horse person, seeing the horses so healthy and happy was refreshing! The staff was absolutely amazing. Special shout out to Cammy & Michelle. I had such a great experience here. I highly recommend it

My 9yo daughter and I had a fantastic time on this ride. The staff are lovely and it is clear that they adore and respect the animals. They were very relaxed and not looking at the clock.We did the one hour ride as we have a little experience riding but are not fully confident. We would book the 2 hour ride next time as it s well worth it.

My girls (12 and 8) and I just got back from a fantastic trail ride with such a fun, competent, kind, and enjoyable staff. It is clear that this family owned business has cultivated a culture of joy and camraderie as they lead you in a safe and adventurous trail ride. We did the vista pass trail and it was worth it for the views of the mountains, the walk through several creeks and the beauty of the Sierra's. We are going to be talking about this experience for a long time. Thank you so much to the family whose love of horses and each other gave us such a rich memory.

We had a great experience at Yosemite Trails Horseback Adventure ! Everyone is very friendly and we were well taken care of by Chloe, Morgan, and Larry. Before riding, they made sure we were comfortable on the horses and with navigating them, although the horses are very well trained and they know the trails well enough where they will be doing most of the navigating. I rode Jazzy and my boyfriend rode Highway who were lovely horses. They took us down very scenic routes in the forest and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. I would definitely recommend.

We had so much fun on our horseback riding trip! The guides were personable, fun, patient, and knowledgeable. We did the first 1-hour ride of the morning and it was great, we even got to see two deer on the trail.

What a great experience! I took my 8yr old daughter riding for the first time with them, and she loved it! She was a little nervous at first , but our guide Casey was wonderful with her. When it was time to go my daughter wanted to stay and sign up for another ride! We traveled from flat lands, so it was fun to ride in the mountains and learn about the various foliage in the area and ride through a creek. They provided helmets as well as bandanas because it was dusty, and you could tell the horses are very well trained and taken care of. I would recommend this family-owned business to anyone who is planning a trip to the south side of Yosemite!

We did the 2 hour trail and it was amazing. We got dirty and dusty. Sore booties! But so worth it. The crew was very attentive and made sure everyone knew what they were doing. Good time! We will do it again.

Fantastic Riding Experience! I can't say enough about the kind and generous staff here. They take the time and care to give a truly personal experience to each guest. They teach and instruct, giving dignity and respect to both the horse, and the rider. Beautiful trails, beautiful animals, beautiful people. We will be back!

My wife and I did the 2 hour guided tour while we were on our Honeymoon in Yosemite. It was my favorite day of the whole trip!We were both nervous cuz we both have only riden a horse once or twice before. The staff was so friendly and patient. The horses are well taken care of and happy. The scenery and fresh air was just beautiful and perfect. The horse I was with was Sugarcane and my wife was with Chex. They know the trail and really dont need to be guided on direction. Trust and listen to your horse and they will take care of you.One of the staff members gave us a horseshoe as a honeymoon gift to hang above our door for good luck. Which of course was one of the first things I did after unpacking, hanging up the horseshoe.The only thing I would have changed would have to make our time with Sugarcane and Chex even longer!!
