Good drivers, good service. They all deserve a tip after they tell your vehicle! I've used Ladd's a number of times both with automotive vehicles as well as motorcycles. Very thoughtful and professional drivers and dispatch. I appreciate their work.

I locked my keys and wallet in the car like an idiot. I thought of calling AAA but my card was locked up with the wallet. A call to Ladds explaining my situation was timed perfectly. I caught the driver as he was leaving and he was at my vehicle in under 10min.He quickly opened my vehicle and handled everything with 3A for me. From the time I locked myself out to the time I was back on the road was less than 30min.The service I received was extremely professional, friendly and about as fast as anyone could expect.

Best ever!! I hope I never need them again but if I do they will be the place I go. They saved me thousands on a car door repair and repaired with in one day. AWESOME!

This company is phenomenal. We had a van and 22 trailer stuck in a foot of snow near Yankee Meadow and they went above and beyond. They are so professional and appear to be ready for any challenge. DO NOT USE LADDS IN FELTON!!!Ladds in Felton continues to employ an unsafe driver that multiple people have talked to the owner about before. He is unsafe on the roads and has some serious anger issues. This dude has almost hit me twice now and then flipped me off like I was the problem . He speeds up, will cut you off with no blinker, and if you end up in front of him, then he will follow you for as long as he can. IN A FLATBED TRUCK. Intimidating to say the least.Dude has no regard for others safety and I wouldn t trust him to get my car somewhere safe, let alone riding in the cab with him.If you call for a tow and a man with a big beard and reddish tint in his hair shows up, call Ladds and request a new driver.

These are great Autobody repair technicians. They fixed a rear ended trunk on my Honda Crv and it looks great and in record time!

Car was sent to them with insurance claim to be worked on. Mechanic was informed multiple times that geico had sent them everything. Still no work completed for a month. Then I was told to come get my car by a friend who was contacted instead of the owner of the vehicle. Still no repairs made mind you check for payment was sent to them for confirmation. I do not recommend their services. They still told they could not work on my vehicle.

Wolfgang to the rescue! Extremely fast arrival. Very professional. Was able to maneuver very large tow truck in a pretty confined space at night while wet outside successfully hooking up my pain in the butt car that had a flat tire, flat spare, dead battery and wouldn t shift into park. Thank you for your hard work! I appreciate you and will definitely recommend!Service: Car towing

Had 5 STAR Service today from the special lady today, who expertly towed my 1979 Triumph Spitfire all the way from Santa Cruz/Felton area to Castro Valley! And FAST, too!!! Didn t manage to catch the drivers name, but had such a great experience with him today, he was super efficient and had a smile the whole time even though it must ve been quite an annoying tow! He managed to get my van out of a small mountain road in Boulder creek and put it outside our new house off a very busy one, incredibly quickly and precisely! Prompt, courteous service. Love Sarah the tow truck driver. She is a "Mountain Girl" from her infectious laugh down to her bright colored calf-high socks. She knows her stuff too. Great folks.

Got in a gnarly motorcycle accident an hour from my house. Indy the tow truck driver came to the rescue, happily helped me get my bike on the bed, all my loose items together and took me the whole hour drive back home. Even tried to refuse a tip when offered. I hope any others in my position are fortunate enough to get service like I did.

Amazing experience. I called the tow for something far beyond what AAA can do. Off road bmw stuck in the mud. Needed a 4wheel drive tow truck. Indy was amazing. He brought really fantastic service, was fast and soothed my concerns.

Exceptional company, exceptional service, and technicians and drivers that really know their stuff! Tom was incredibly helpful and resourceful when a jump wouldn't start my truck and the starter was likely the issue. He pulled some tricks out of his pocket and got it started so I could drive it rather than have to tow it to get it repaired. On an incredibly busy day, everyone I spoke with was not only patient and kind, but knowledgable and sympathetic as well. Thank you, Tom!!

Wolfgang went above and beyond! On a hot super bowl Sunday none the less... I see now why other reviews started off with "Wolfgang to the rescue"! Will definitely call ladds next time! Terrible expeirence, dispatch (Sharon) was completely incompetent, lied to us several times about the driver not being able to find us when he was not even on his way. Had us waiting for an hour and never even called us to explain the driver had taken another call. Wanted us to Uber to the location and ride with driver, while our pets were locked in vehicle. Very rude before any of the problems arose. If I could have given them no star rating I would have.

Called was quoted 200 and an hour wait. 4 hours later the driver finally gets there to do 5 minutes worth of work. I called 4 times after the hour eta time given, was told that the driver will call me but I never got a call. Dispatch ignored all my request each time. When I called to complain I was told it would be taken care and I would be contacted back. 3 weeks later I noticed the charge on my card. Had to call back because management and the owner weren t professional enough to call me back and provide good customer service. After the 4 hour wait for a 5 min fix, bad customer service, and 3 close to 4 weeks the owner changed the cost to 160 which is still outrage for the service I received. I suggest to avoid use this company at all cost!!!!!

Horrible company. Very unprofessional. I have dealt with them twice about a car they sold that I have a release of liability on. Both interactions were months apart. Both times the lady receptionist that claims to be the manager hung up on me on purpose. This happened several times in one day. I asked if she could Please get my information and Call me back regarding the matter and She called me stupid and hung up on me again and told me not to dial the number again. The most unprofessional manager I've ever dealt with. I would give no stars of that was an option.

Ladd's saved me today when I had to get my husband to the hospital and got a flat. AAA said an hour, so I called Ladd's, explained my predicament, and they we're were there within 15 minutes!! The driver was awesome and I wanted to give him a big hug and kiss!!

I have had good experiences in the past, but not last night. My car overheated and my first place to safely pull over had a Ladd s tow truck parked in front of me. YEAH. This was about 7:30 pm and I had my 9 year old granddaughter with me. She was scared. I asked the Ladds driver if he could help me and he told me that he was logging out as of 7:00 pm. I told him that I had roadside assistance insurance. He made no offer to call another tow truck or to help me. What kind of company has employees that don t help a stranded grandmother and granddaughter on a dark road at night ? I will call another company next time.

Feeling concerned and scared about the way one of the drivers responded when I showed discontent about his driving. I frankly would prefer to be stranded for hours than to get assistance from this company.He was going way too fast compared to other vehicles on a narrow rural rd. without sidewalks. He shouted out to me "it's the speed limit, it is there for a reason!!!!" showing complete disregard for the fact everyone is sharing the road with adults, children, pets, and wildlife.Oh then, he mocked me on his way out of the street. What type of rd. assitance professional does that?

I ve had some so-so experiences with Ladd s towing, but this was just confusing and unexpected.I was driving to work and was going to pass a flatbed. As soon as I pull in front, the flatbed speeds up to cut me off and almost run me off the road. Continued to drive while flipping me off. I eventually got in front of him, he took a picture of my license then continued to flip me off.Man driving had a large orange beard from what I remember.

They had a driver come out for an AAA call. He backed in like a dangerous psyco, was bizarrely rude, extremely judgement, not helpful, and left us stranded. There was no reason, we were only nice, there was nothing to trigger him, and I truly believe he was driving under the influence of drugs. More than poor service, dangerous.

Ladd's Towing is the ultimate in professionalism. My van broke down at the summit on 17. The dispacter was polite and efficient. Corey was there in 30 mins. He was calm, efficient and obviously very experienced. Everything worked out great. I highly recommend Ladd's Towing.

I give this tow shop 3/5 stars. I have had positive experiences with them in the past but last night when I called them to come help me, they told me they had no tow trucks available. They told me to call back in 30 minutes to try again but no guarantee. The operator was friendly and gave me references to other places but I am disappointed that there was nobody available.I will try them again in the future in a pinch
