PRO-TIRE is truly a Hidden Gem. Yesterday My wife and I drove our car through Soapy Joe's car wash and they broke off our valve stem. All the tire shops in town were busy but PRO-TIRE took time to see what they could do. It ended up having to take the car to the dealership but they told us the tire had to be replaced. The rim was damaged by Soapy Joes so I wanted the dealer to look at it. I would definitely come here in the future. They are honest and fair. Thank you.

Thank you Gary and the crew at Pro-Tire & Auto for fixing my car last week. My 1993 Chevy Lumina (Dale Earnhardt Version - R.I.P.) Now my car is really driving well. Good power, good car considering the age. The owner Gary is a friend of my father's, Charles Mackey, and both these men have been business owners in Fallbrook for a very long time, and both are honest with fair prices. The guys at the auto shop were all friendly and worked hard to make sure they got the car back to me asap. Quick, honest, friendly, good team of mechanics, and fair prices for good work and parts. Just want to say thank you, and hope my post can help other people in need of a good, honest mechanic in Fallbrook, CA 92028 (N. San Diego County).

Gary is amazing, he s honest and upfront about cost.He tells you everything that needs to be done and he prioritizes what needs to be dealt with first. His crew are always friendly. This tire place is more then just tires they do everything from oil changes, power steering, brakes, ect .... they are my go to guys for any car needs.Thank you guys for being so outstanding!!!

Today was my first time into Pro-Tire & Auto. My family highly recommended for me to go there for service and repairs. I also checked on line and found everyone had really good things to say about the service, prices and friendliness. I found it all to be true. Great service and fair prices. Awesome auto shop. My family have been going to them for years, they're trustworthy and always do a great job! I live all the way in Vista but I still take my car to Pro-Tire in Fallbrook if I need work done, and I always recommend them.

I had an Interstate battery I purchased at a shop in Mission Viejo go bad after almost two years. Gary swapped it out under warranty with no problems, and had me bring the car in after the new battery was installed to verify there was not an issue with my charging system. Good people and great service.

They fixed my flat tire quickly and the customer service is incredible. I thought I was going to need to change the tire myself but they did it for me without an extra charge. I cannot recommend this place higher, I will be back!

5.0 star rating 2/22/2016This time it was my third experience with Pro tire, but this time Gary the owner has won my heart and that lead me to write this review otherwise i rarely do it.My son was on vacation and he complained that he gets screeching sound when apply breaks.Gary come up within fifteen minutes with the opinion that there is nothing wrong with the breaks and he explained my son the reason of screeching sound and he did whatever required to eliminate that without charging a single penny. Really a Gem of a man in this Auto repair Business.Nilesh Mehta
