Came in for 2 puncture fixes. Workers take the tire off and claim they can t do the one patch because the screw is too big. Also claim they can t patch because there was one previous patch. Thing is, a tire can get 3 patches before it needs to be replaced. Started pushing brand new front tires, despite the other tire being totally fine. They patch the 2nd tire no problem, but then try to sell me on a whole new set of all 4 tires claiming they re too worn down I know what worn tires are like. Mine will be fine for quite some time. I just got them replaced about 6 months ago.Came in for a $40 job and they try to sell me a $400-500 set of tires. Took it to another shop and they fixed the too big patch no problem.

I drove thru Fallbrook today and got a flat tire. .Rudy helped me out! He is super sweet and the service was great! In and out within 10min and the price was unbeatable. If you are in the area and need tires..olive tire shop is the place to go!

Olive Tire Shop in Fallbrook, CA went above and beyond for us. Even though we arrived just 20 minutes before closing, the dedicated team stayed late to ensure our tire was replaced. Their commitment to customer service is commendable. The only reason I'm holding back a full 5 stars is a slight miscommunication on pricing. Nonetheless, I highly recommend their services.

I had a random rear flat tire on my 4-series this morning. I used my roadside assistance and towed it over to these guys. They replaced my rear tires, rebalanced my front tires since another shop had messed them up, and removed/replaced some stripped lug nuts. They did a good job and were quick! I don't like buying new tires since I've always gotten a long life out of matching used tires and the math works in my favor.Important note; they don't take AMEX. I personally use my AMEX for everything but be sure to have a backup card on hand just in case. I had to do a quick bank transfer to another card on the spot. Just a heads-up if you like to use an AMEX personal/business account for purchases.Overall would highly recommend them!

Excellent service. I came in towards the end of the day and they got me in to fix a nail in my tire. Only cost $25 and I was in and out in 15 minutes! Super nice and very friendly.

This is a good place to buy new off brand tires at a reasonable price or affordable used tires. I also bought new tires online and had them mount and balance them at a great price. The great customer service tops it all off, if you want to safe money I totally recommend Olive Tire Shop.

Incompetent and dangerous. I took my van with a nail in the tire to be patched today. I also had my 3 kids with me all of them under the ages of 6. The man asked me which tire and I showed him my left rear tire but let him know I wasn't 100 percent sure. He looks at all the tires and tells me it's my right rear tire not my left one that needed to be repaired. I took his word for it as someone who supposedly does this for a living at a "legitimate" business. My 3 kids and I then drove from the olive tire shop to Oceanside where my left rear tire popped while driving on the 76 due to the nail in the tire that needed a patch.

Edit: thank you for your response and I agree safety first and would have been helpful if you had indicated this in the beginning.That is why I rated my exoerience so low. It would have been ok if you were unable to do this job however why didn't you say so in the first place? Because you did respond to my post i have increased my star rating.Unfortunately this tire shop only knows the very basics. Only go here if you have stock vehicle. We brought in a pair of methods on 35s, to swap out existing tires and wheels, asked first about fitment and they said no issues. After re mounting there was a balance issue and then he told us 17s wouldn't work. This is not true, I have many friends with 3rd gen tundras that are running 17s. He then said that we couldn't compare a 14 to 17 they are different model years. We all know they are the same. I wish that he would have said up front that he wasn't experienced in lifted off road vehicles than waste my time and money, as well as his.

I discovered I had a nail in my tire causing a slow leak. I pulled in to the shop and they had it repaired in ~15 minutes for a very reasonable price. Thank you!

Great customer service and prices these guy's always take good care of me and have me In and out without a long wait even with no appointment. I have been coming here for years and will definitely continue to do so would highly recommend to anyone in need of any kind of tire's new or used

The guy told me on the phone to fix a single tire would cost me $15 flat. When the tire got fix I gave him $20. I ask for the $5 and he said it's $20 because how big the hole they needed to patch. He never mentioned anything about whether how big or small the hole is, he said it's flat $15. This is a bad business for everyone, not honoring what they said. Also will report this to Better Business Bureu.

Couldn't even get these guys to answer a question. They would answer the phone, then without asking if I could hold (which I gladly would have) they carried on a conversation with someone else, and then hung up on me. I attempted 3x. Not sure what's going on over there, but I cannot recommend.

Lifesavers! I had a flat tire, and this was the closest tire shop. I showed up with a donut and they were able to remove the nail from my tire, fix the hole and put it back on in only a few minutes for super cheap!

Took my car in for a nail in one of my tires. He said $25 cash only. I said no worries.When he inspected the tire, he said there were two nails. But he didn't mention there would be an additional charge for the second one.After the job is done he said $40. Felt scammed and taken advantage of.Called my friend who is a mechanic (I would have gone to his if his wasn't closed on that day) said every reputable auto shop would only charge me one patch job if it was done at the same time. He told me to get it done but don't go back there.I will never go there.The guy who fixed my tire said it isn't his fault that my tire has two nails as if i am purposely looking for roads with nails and driving my car on it, yeah it's my fault as he implied.

These guys are really great! They have helped me more than once with a low tire, made sure I got home safe with my kids in the car. They never push sales on me and they are always friendly and have great prices on tires. Highly recommend them.

Went in to get a new spare and patch on another tire, was politey greeted by a nice gentleman with glasses who helped me very quickly and got me back on the road. Trustworthy service, I only go to Olive Tire I've been coming here for years. Best service in Fallbrook

Rodi is the manager, that was kind! Outgoing! With good customer service.He gave me a great deal on my tire with first time customer deal.And its 8 minutes off the 15 freeway..I recommend this place..!

The first time I went in the experience was seamless prices was right and I met the owner. second visit they tried to rob me for some used tires.. and I ask to lower the price they did. And they also made my tire imbalance now going 75mph+ my car would shake. Dishonest employees

I have gone to Olive tire shop for 4 yrs. Today I got there this morning and waited more than a hour for two tires. The New worker was more interested in talking to other customers instead of working on my car. To top it off it cost 20.00 more and did not want to give me a receipt.. won't be back there again...

This place was a great place to get used and new tires a few months back. But ever since the two new guys started working there the quality of service has gone down. Rude customer service combine with low expertise delivers a poor experience. Second terrible experience here. No more for me.

It was amazing! I was waiting for my tire to get replaced ... The guy told Me it would be $70 & a nice Gentleman said no I got it ... Merry Christmas... I gave him a fist bump & said Merry Christmas to him as well... God is GOOD!!!!

I needed a used Tire to get my Truck down the road. This shop is awesome! It is a cash only shop though.
