Overcharged! Do not come here.They make you get a diagnostic even when you share the problem. Charged me $240 just to tell me exactly what I had explained the problem was. Never ever coming back here again! If I were you find a place full of integrity. These people are money grubbers.

Always a pleasant and fast experience at Mission Automotive & Smog. Once I even got mixed up and brought in a different car than the one that actually needed smog (It was my husband's car oops) and the employees didn't even make fun of me too much. We had a laugh and I left feeling silly- instead of feeling dumb the way that some car places do. I've lived here for 5 years and have always come here for smog checks and will continue!

Got both my cars smogged here. Super professional and very fast. Eli helped me out both times and made the process more than easy. You hang out in the leather chairs in the nice waiting room where they have coffee and refreshments. Lots of really cool Fallbrook vintage car show posters on the wall. When smog is some thing I don t have to do all the time. It s definitely nice to know there s a reliable place in town.

Got my smog done here. It was quick and easy. They even submitted the needed info straight to the DMV so I could just finish up my registration paperwork online. Try to bring cash, it makes things easier for everyone.

Made an appointment for an oil change at 9am it's 9:54am and my car is still not done. Idk what u think about that, but that's my experience.Overall it was well worth my visit.

The first guy that helped me was nice and I explained that the truck had been sitting for awhile. Apparently he didn't think about that when taking it because although it passed emissions the computer hadn't been on the new battery long enough. No problem, except then they told me they would charge me again (with a slight discount) for the retest and then didn't apply my coupon. Seemed like they didn't care much and we won't be going back.

They are on a upfront business platform. First come first served, I like it that way. Everyone is friendly and knows how to treat their customers. I keep going back everytime I get my DMV Smog notice. And if you don't pass you don't pay, nice and easy.

I needed to get my car smogged before going to the DMV this afternoon to register it from out of state. I called Fallbrook Main Smog and a very friendly voice answered. I asked if they had appointments open, he said "yes, what time do you want to come in?" I requested 9:15 a.m. When I arrived I was signed in immediately, they took my keys to the back, and wrote up my paperwork. I had my smog certificate and was out of there in 15 minutes!! The service was friendly, fast, professional and efficient I don't think I'll go anywhere else.

They dont honor their own coupons or advertised deals! The OWNER talks to women like they are dogs, blatantly lies, and makes up his own rules as he goes. Glad his wife divorced him! Will NEVER return or refer anyone!

i have used them once in the past and they were excellent however, now i am trying to call them to make an appt for a smog check and no one answers the phone so i went to their website and requested an appt which they have a tab for...and still no reply (and that was days ago)

Went in got an estimate of 49.00 came back it was now 59.00 asked for a senior discount now 50.00 now if you have been in business this long why is the estimate ten dollars off without me asking for a discount... sorry but I work hard for every dollar in my account....

I stopped by for a smog check and I got in and out in 15 minutes max. With a coupon I spent $45.00. I definitely recommend if you are in the area and need smogged.
