The workers were very nice and explained everything to me in ways I could understand. They even explained the pricing to me which was great, because as a female with not a lot of experience working on cars, it's always in the back of mind that that inexperience can be taken advantage of. I'm happy to say at Meineke that is not the case. They were respectful and helpful and did their job quick and efficiently. I would definitely come back here if need be!

I came with no appointment, I did have to come back because of the timing but Christian was so helpful and prompt. They did an oil change and suggested some repairs that were needed soon and the prices were fair and reasonable, cheaper than Jiffy Lube! Highly recommend this location!

I've been going to a family friend's auto shop for as long as I remember. I moved far away into fallbrook and this was the auto shop people recommended to me after i recently got a check engine light. Kevin was very polite and professional along with efficient too. When he gave me the estimate for my car's diagnosis, he gave me various discounts such as first time customer to make it as affordable as possible. And when the others replaced my radiator it was done quickly in the same day AND on short notice. Definitely my go to now and would recommend.

fallbrook Meineke Car Care Center gets 5 stars from me. This review is long overdue. Meineke has been taking care of my grandparents vehicles for 5-6 years without fail. Christopher the manager has always been honest and gone above and beyond for them. The last few years Chris has also taken care of my vehicles. We are so grateful for knowledgeable mechanics. Thank you Meineke!!

Kevin was very helpful. The car repairs were completed within the timeframe we expected. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely return for future inspections and repairs.

I drove in and they were able to see me almost immediately. Kevin was super knowledgeable and actually helped me with an issue. I was having with my car. He went above and beyond to try and provide me with information regarding the issue. I definitely feel good about my service and will be going back if I need anything else.

I have been a customer ever since I had issues with my car's A/C. The service provider Kevin is always kind and willingling to explain any questions I have for my car if it requires any additional services and why my car may need it or if it can delay for the next time. Once they fixed the A/C i have not had an issue with it anymore. The shop will let me know if my car will have a estimated wait time and I do love the communication of when it is ready for pick up. Highly recommend

They are accommodating and punctual. I ve been getting oil changes here for over a year. Reliable & would recommend. I appreciate that they inform you of issues detected with your vehicle once service is rendered.

Meineke Car Care Center in Fallbrook CA provides excellent service and competitive prices. Chris, Kevin and the great mechanics are very professional, honest, fully explain the work they will do, and get the work done in a reasonable amount of time. They understand that my vehicle is important to fix asap as it is to get the job done right so that i can get back on the road. I feel like they truly care and take pride in their work.

Went in for simple oil change and transmission service but was quoted one price then called and told it was even more then they tried to upsale me on services that I didn t ask for stating that the work that I asked them to do would be void if I didn t do the additional items. They were rude and dismissive and act as if my husband and I had no understanding of automotive mechanics. Won t go back!

The staff is very friendly and Christian even remembered who my son-in-law is when I mentioned his name. I realized they are also honest, when they told me three of my tires needed to be replaced and did not suggest replacing the fourth one that did not need replacing. They did my tires in a timely manner and even gave me a ride home so I would not need to wait at their shop.Service: Tires

Oil chang in about 15 min with a good cup of coffee! I know it wasn't a busy day but dang 15 min, I've never had an oil changed that quick.

Wow. Best experience I've ever had at a shop, hands down. I was on a road trip, broke down, and they had me back up and running within 3 hours. Their communication and professionalism were remarkable. This is the first review I've ever written on any business. Lester and his crew are top notch!
