I have yet to have a decent let alone a good experience from this establishment. I just had a mechanic lie to me again. Telling me I had worn out suspension components when in reality he just simply didn t want to do the work. I rebuild everything on my suspension annually. To include lower control arms, upper control arms, all necessary bushings, ball joints, outside tie rod ends, inside tie rod ends, complete steering rack and pinion, wheels bearings/hubs, and alignment keys. All of these components were replaced less than one week ago and the vehicle has seen zero miles on new components execpt the 3 mile drive to Indy performance pro tire. This shop is an absolute disgrace to the performance auto community. One would think that a shop with performance in the name would be able to do a simple alignment on a performance vehicle with aftermarket suspension. So I ask the question exactly what part of your business is performance oriented? You also have the word pro in your name which implies you re professionals. Lying to your customers and fabricating reasons you cannot work on my vehicle is in no way professional. This like every other experience with you has been a complete waste of my time. This will certainly be my last. I Strongly encourage everyone to use literally any other establishment.

While I was down in Fallbrook visiting family my engine light came on. I wanted to say thanks to Gary at Indy Pro Tire for getting me back up and running. He really was straight to the point. Very professional and reasonably priced. Thanks again for a job well done. I have told my family there in Fallbrook about your expertise.
