Well, as usual, Kirk and Packard know what they are doing. I give them my ideas how to deal with my issues, and they give me that look. That's because they do it right, not the way I thought it should be done. Leave it to the professionals my Father also told me, and as always he was right. I have had many special projects done here over the years, and I am always satisfied. Keep up the excellent work you guys.Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair

Spoke to Kirk about my flex pipe being cracked. Took it in and he fixed it within a couple of hours. Great job great customer service. Very reasonable price and made my lil Chevy nice and quiet again. Will definitely give his number to everyone I know down here.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Went here after Meineke told me it d be 4000 dollars to fix my catalytic converter and flex pipe. Fallbrook muffler saved the day and was able to just tell me I had a hole in my flex pipe they got it done with a very quick turn around. I will now be bringing all my cars here for exhaust work and recommending them to everyone!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

I took my 2005 F150 to these guys to get my stock muffler replaced with an aftermarket Flowmaster muffler. Had them keep it overnight (they were closing when I first took it in) and to my surprise had it finished an hour before I was originally told it would be done. Kurt (owner) was very professional throughout the experience and did the job amazingly. The quality of the job was spot on, welds and everything. Their prices are very reasonable, as well. I would totally recommend taking your truck or car to them if you have anything that needs to be worked on. They know what they are doing and are fantastic at what they do.Service: Exhaust

I live in Ramona, California... (can't get anything done here) I have 88' Suzuki Samurai that I had over at Petroworks in Fallbrook getting some work done by the great guys over there. And I had a smog issue with the catalytic converter, general exhaust. Petroworks brought it over to Packard here at Fallbrook Muffler. They took care of the problems and got it to pass! About 5 weeks later had a crack in the pipe, called the guys at Petroworks (who I had the work contracted through) they called over to Fallbrook Muffler set up a time for the next day, brought it back into the shop and they had a van on the rack and a couple vehicles ahead of me. But Packard said no worries David I'll get you up on the rack next and get you taken care of and make things right. I was in and out in 40mins. Great service and great management! I'll be driving the 1hr north to Fallbrook for all my services!!! Quality businesses!!! Quality workmanship!!! Quality guys!!!

Went to get a tow hitch attached to my car with the electrical added. They had it done in about 2 hours since i was in a rush to get a uhaul and move they started it right away. There was a problem with the electrical part of it but i came by the next day with the uhaul attached and they fixed the issue right then and there. Super helpful and friendly staff, totally stress free

The owner of the shop is rude and discourteous. The owner try s to blame his own mistakes onto the consumer. Quote from the owner it would have been nice for you to remind me of the job we agreed on when you called back . They were able to get my vehicle almost completed in a fair about of time. When I brought to his attention the job we agreed on was not completed, the owner began to complain. The owner said it was going to cost $250 more on each side to do the exhaust manifold gaskets because he has to take all of the work he just completed back out a proceed to walk around grabbing his head. Not once did the owner admit he did not write down the work order we discussed over the phone. Quote from the owner I tried to remember everything that we talked about over the phone . I dropped off the truck on 04/06/2020 at approximately 4pm. I asked the employee if there was anything for me to sign and he said the owner has your info right? I stated no and he asked me to leave my phone number. The owner did not write up a work order until the job is complete which is a fault on my end. I would not recommend this shop solely based on the owner s ability to provide adequate customer service.

George stepped in and helped my son with his medical emergency. We're all so greatful for his kindness and his expert knowledge that helped save my son that day. I would totally take my car there to be fixed. Very nice easy to communicate with and trustworthy.T.T.From La Mesa

This place was great! I have been to many places for exhaust and muffler issues in the area they fixed my exhaust crack on the spot and where very professional about it.. I will definitely be coming back

Ive had three vehicles done here over a 5 year period and my brother has had two done:ME=1.Toyota 3.0 v6 two chamber flowmaster2.Toyota Tundra 4.7 v8 spintech exhaust3.Chevy Tahoe 4.8L v8 flowmaster 50 series (3chamber)Brother:1.1970 chevelle 350 v8 dual flowmasters2. 2005 Silverado 5.3 v8 40 series flowmaster.The guys here are very good, they are by far the cheapest place to get a muffler, and they know what they are doing and i will continue to bring my vehicles to them for exhaust.!!!

I've had the chance to come here for a couple of repairs over the past year. I've always been treated with excellent service and workmanship. I can't imagine going any place else for exhaust work.
