I am always nervous going to a new mechanic. But Tim made me feel right at ease. I needed new brakes and rotors which he installed. And had me back on the road in no time. Tim even took the time to explain to me how to properly take care of my brand new brakes. Both Tim and his wife were extremely friendly and helpful, And his prices were on point with 3 other shops that I called. I appreciate his transparency and will be taking my car there from now on.

This is the place to go to if you want to be treated with respect and honesty. They worked on my 02 4Runner and they were so great I took my 99 Camry to them next. They re so good here that it s worth the drive from my home in menifee 15 to get to them.

This is the ONLY place that I feel 100% at ease taking my Jeep to. Tim, Rosie, and their team are so transparent and helpful! Tim has explained every detail to me about what s going on with my vehicle and what s being fixed, and has even fit me in their schedule the next day after a tire of mine popped. Our vehicle had issues on our way to California from Texas for a business trip, but Tim came to our rescue. He fixed our wheel bearings fast, and charged us a fair price. We have traveled across the country, and Tim is by far the best mechanic in every way. Anytime we are on the west coast we will stop there for any vehicle maintenance.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment

Tim and Rosie and their team are absolutely wonderful! I have been taking my vehicle there for 3 years. They always are kind, transparent and honest and try to save me money on any parts or repairs when they can. They help me drive safely on the road and I do oil changes with them and any maintenance or repair that might come up. I am so grateful for them and highly recommend them to all! You can trust them!

Tim and team fixed Tundra ABS issue by replacing sensor. I came from Carlsbad where the Toyota Dealer had suggested a number of complicated repairs that they explained were necessary to fix the issue. I heard about Fallbrook Motors through word of mouth and am glad I took my vehicle here instead of settling for dealer. Tim charged a reasonable diagnostic fee and they performed a quick, affordable and sensible repair. Furthermore, Tim suggested local places to go while I waited. In summary: 5 stars for customer service, low cost, correct diagnosis, and skilled repair.

They use to be my go to shop, few months back they butchered my brake job. E brake was soft they never cleaned oil from leaking rear seal they replaced. The brake shoe adjuster was flipped around so you could not reach it through adjuster hole. So change my plans for Sunday and work on truck. I have sent Tim all the pics. Tim refunded the labor cost, not ultimate but fair. I was skeptical about using them again but last week I was forced to take my truck back as the $5K transmission they have installed in 2020 with 3 year /100K miles warranty is leaking. I was told they no longer work on diesel cars and leaks are not covered. So 2.5 years and 3500 miles later I have to figure out how to get my 3 year 100K mile warranty honored.Service: Transmission

Took in my Toyota avalon for ac diagnosed was charged $228 to diagnose then $480 to fix problem.The ac never worked took it back after 3 months of having my car sit in his shop simply told me he could fix it to pick my car. I asked for refund but he said the works was already done even tho it fixed nothing. After back and forth I was able to get $350 back and now my car has check engine. When I scan it it says error cannot link to vehicle this was never problem before. Just sharing my experience be careful check your vehicle before pick upService: Electrical

Trust is a big thing when you're a single women. Especially when it comes to someone fixing your car. I am so happy Tim and Rosie opened up their service center. I never worry when I take my car to them. So much integrity. You couldn't ask for better care on you vehicle. Truly the best service and care your car could ask for. Thank you

Honest and reliable service. At a fair rate. It's always good to find a mechanic you can trust your car to and feel feel you're not only getting good service but not being overcharged. Or unnecessarily charged for things that don't need to be repaired at all.Good hard working honest people !

Tim was wonderful! I had my husbands 99 Chevy Silverado completely repaired here, he fixed wiring, the overheating, pin and piston, and some other things I dont know the name of. I take my Camry here for general maintenance and he always gets it done in a timely manner and is careful to let me know if any other things that may be coming up for repairs/general maintenance. 10/10 recommend.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

Tim at Fallbrook Motors is Amazing! He's honest, keeps great records on your vehicle services - what's been done as well as what's recommended to get done, does great work, and really knows Toyotas!!! I have been taking my Toyota Tundra to him for years and will not go anywhere else. Highly-qualified and definitely recommend.

First time here.Went in for an issue with the Jeep. Tim suggested I try an inexpensive solution before trying any diagnostics, so I did.Turned out that did not fix the issue, returned for the test and they found the problem and were able to correct it same day.Bottom line, though the advice didn't work if it had I could have saved some money. A shop that would turn away work to help you save a bit is a shop I will return to when I need more work.

You will never find a better quality nor a more honest mechanic than Fallbrook Motors! Once I found them I knew I struck Gold for the car industry and I've been going to them ever since! Its been 7 years now and now my friends and family all use Fallbrook Motors even if they have to drive far to them they're more than worth it! Tim is the kindest man and will keep you well informed on every detail! Rosie is a sweetheart and will help you with anything you need! If you're looking for a mechanic look no further you just found him! :)

We didn't have an appointment and just stopped in out of the blue and not only did he see us for an evaluation he got it fixed in about an hour same day. We waited in the nice waiting room and felt comfortable and relaxed. He got us the cheapest price on a break switch and Tim was really fun to talk to. Go with Fallbrook Motors service center, they go the whole nine!

A couple weeks ago our car was making some weird noises and after checking reviews we decided to bring it in to this shop. I was so blown away by what a positive experience it was. They were very thorough in check the car for any possible problems. They explained what they found and what issues truly needed to be fixed and what things they noticed that really didnt need mechanic attention. They offered a great rate and kept us informed the whole way through. They werent pushy about anything just simply informed us and allowed us to make the decisions. On top of all this they were just so kind and friendly. Definitely will be the only auto shop I visit from now on.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Was recommended by a friend out in the water while surfing, to come talk to Tim (owner) about repairing my jeep. Today is my 4th visit here and EVERY SINGLE TIME I come, Tim works with my schedule and budget. What else can I ask for!? The shop is simply surrounded by good staff

I have been going to Fallbrook Motors for about two years. I started when another place down the street that couldn't take care of my problem in a reasonable way. Tim always goes out of his way for me. He takes care of everything. Great service.

My friend went here and this is what happened to her...Told the job would be over $800.00 and what the problem was. She asked for a hookup to verify the problem. He told her he did that.She went to another shop and they hooked it up to the machine. It was not the problem and cost her $300.00.I sugest you go to another place to verify your problem and if it is the same then let them work on your car.
