Stay away from this place! I brought my 2 day old truck in for tint and they left duct tape adhesive all over my door panels and the felt part of the window seals. I stopped their work before they even finished the first window, after I saw how poor their workmanship was. I said I would take my business elsewhere and they ripped the duct tape off with no concern for a brand new vehicle. The owner then lost his mind and began cussing, saying he now owns my truck and he called the police to have them confiscate my truck. He then hit my tailgate with his clipboard. They refused to remove the adhesive and I ended up paying them full price, just to get this overgrown child off my back. Both father and son are pathetic. Based off of their other reviews, I fully expect them to reply to this review with lies and trying to bash me for their shoddy practices

Really glad I came here. I came in asking if they could take a look at my radio bc it stopped playing music and nothing was working. They fixed it all in the same day and was even more happy with the outcome I was not excepting my car to sound that good.

Walked in and told the nice man at the counter, I am tired of getting sunburned. He suggested we match the tint that is already around all windows besides the front left and right windows. Great service!Went on a walk to get coffee and breakfast with my old lady and it was done when we got back. Will definitely be going back to get a couple of speakers replaced that went out due to age.

Great tech place to swing-in and get what you always wanted in Audio Car sound & repair. If it wasn t for Nado & Steve my Business Van radio would not have been repaired until I suffered for a few more months. Fast and efficient . That s my work ethic. They have it. BrizziElectric. Fbk.

Took my daughters Ram 1500 in for tint and as they have done to my two other vehicles in the past a great job and the attention to detail is perfect. To date this father and son team always give me professional attention and I have been greatly appreciative of there work. To date they have installed a stereo system amp and speakers in a Jeep TJ Wrangler to include an aftermarket sound bar, I have had a 2008 Harley Davidson Ultra Classic installed with a 300 watt amp and sub woofer installed in the front faring as well as tint done on Chevrolet Traverse. All work was done clean and profession. Great people that do great work.

Nado installed my speakers and radio in under a hour. He is a very honest and knowledgeable person. I will definitely be coming back anytime I need something new.

WARNING!!! BEWARE!!!Father & Son business SCAM!!Transaction Date: 5/1/2021Cost: 240.00Work Attempted: Dashcam Install!!! May seem friendly and genuine but actually money hungry, uneducated, and rude after payment is accepted!!!Attempted to install a 1200.00 BlackVue Dash Camera but did not have the technical skills to complete. Their neglect to inform customers of their knowledge could have lead to my car EXPLODING!!History of Events:[1st] Wired my camera wrong causing my battery to drain, even though I provided instruction from the manufacturer for hardwiring process.[2] Fixed the battery issue but incorrectly hardwired the camera which lead to wiring to burnout. Wired the product through the car firewall into the hood, which was incorrect. Picture of the BURNOUT attached.[3] Tried to inform the (father) of the issue and notified him that I got a second opinion regarding the wiring setup and he said "you voided your warranty." Keep in mind the 2nd opinion did not change anything they completed or the issue.Attached picture include:1. Warranty on receipt2. Vehicle battery error messages3. Wiring burnout4. Dashcam battery errorPlease be careful dealing with them.

Never disappointed, had them install my 2 12s twice and they do it quick. Definitely recommend if you ever want something done to your stereo.

We had our sons audio work done here. After pricing out shops in Murrieta/Temecula area found a great deal and helped support a small family business.They did an amazing job, were done an extremely quick time, performed very clean work and everything was attached back in place like no one had previously worked on it. They were extremely knowledgeable and explained the work afterwards as well.Would definitely return back for future work to other vehicles as well! Always will support great businesses in the community,Thanks fellas

Best accessory store I've been too. They spend countless hours putting my subwoofers and my light kit in. They stayed past closing to ensure my car was ready to go the next day and make sure the job was done right. If you want to get window tint, lights or audio equipment this is the place you should go!

I came all the way from Temecula, because it s so overpriced with everything! I highly recommend getting your stereo work done here! Very friendly welcoming people here, amazing prices, and they did a very great job installing a new radio on my 2012 Honda Civic! I highly recommend coming here!

I live in fallbrook and wanted to update my car stereo. I went here first, tried to keep it local. Told them I wanted a touch screen with apple play to update the original stereo in my 99 mustang gt. At first it was no problem. But, when the day came to do the install, they suddenly couldn t change my single din to a double din. The book said it couldn t be done. But after lots of research online I knew it could. I found the dash kit and went back and asked them if I purchased the dash kit if they could do it. They didn t seem very eager but said they could do it with modifications and cutting into the vehicle . I felt like they just didn t want to do it at that point. I went to Best Buy and got the same exact radio installed. They provided the dash kit and everything

This place completely deserves 2 thumbs up from me. Even though they may not have fancy garages and loads of space, they make up for it with their customer service. Very friendly, hard working, and small town feel at this location. One thing which was really fantastic is that they reframed and fixed the radio mount that was already installed in the car that did not fit properly. They did not add an extra labor fee cost, which probably totaled up to an extra 30 to 45 minutes worth or work. Would absolutely recommend anyone to go here who is looking for a new sound system or window tint. Not to mention, it was a super cold day and even when it started to rain they kept pushing to get the job done in a timely manner. Thanks a lot guys!

I have been a repeat customer over the past few years. This is my go to place for Tint. Great quality and service. No air bubbles or haze even years later. Most recently had my Toyota 4Runner's front driver and passenger windows done to match the rear and a strip across the windshield.

I went there for an amp installation after buying a new amp, I thought my old amp had blown but after getting the new amp and not getting any power to it, I knew I had an accumulator problem because the capacitor next to the amp was working fine. I went there telling them the problem and told them I needed an installation which was already halfway done. I took my car home and the next day I woke to a dead battery. Wow. I took the car back and said that the install was bad and wanted to know why. The explanation I got was far from acceptable the kind given to those without car audio knowledge, what poor service. I asked for some sort of compensation on the installation and the manager laughed and told me "have a good day"

Wonderful company has been installing stereos in our family vehicles for years. After being in a band, having a quality stereo in our family vehicles was important to my husband. Thank you Fallbrook Stereo and Tint for keep us up to date with quality equipment so that we can share our love for music with our children on the road! Friendly, helpful and professional staff! We plan to return for future projects.

Nado and Steven have always taken such great care of my cars when I've needed stereo installation. Not only are they professional, I've had a chance to make friends with them as well and have referred them many of my friends who have all had positive experiences with them. Got a sub installed in my truck today. Overall very inpressed with customer service and the installation. Very nice people, excellent and efficient instsllation. Owner is very friendly. Price is more than fair, will defitnitely be going back to get my speakers put in

This is, by far, THE WORST car stereo place I have ever been to. BEWARE! They sell cheap made JUNK and call it "quality". I had to take my car back multiple times and the stereo/amp/speakers kept failing. I even took my car to my mechanic for routine maintenance, and a second opinion, (he is a licensed repair shop that I have been going to for 15+ yrs) and three of his techs said the wiring job was so bad that it was seriously in danger of causing a car fire!! They had to rewire the whole thing and it cost me over $100 just for that.Car Stereo & Installs (aka - Old Town Car Stereo) have caused me massive headaches.I have been forced to go somewhere else because these uneducated clowns don't know what they are doing, and sell low quality (faulty) parts at a top price. They replaced one bad amp for another and then tried to blame it on me!I am a reasonable person who commends good things when they happen, but this has been a terrible experience. If you are looking for a car stereo shop I suggest you look elsewhere.p.s. - It did NOT surprise me when I saw all of these bad reviews on Google. This place is horrible.

Great service, they are so nice and helpful. The installation was quick and easy. He also was able to work with me on the price and answered any questions I had without being pushy about purchasing a certain product. 10/10 recommend!!

Had a subwoofer installed in my 1995 Ford Bronco. Installation was quick, the price was very fair and the system sounds great. I have done business with the owner several times and have always been very happy with the result.

Disappointed. Came in looking for a head unit compatible with my Android phone for my Altima and was sold an old and most basic radio that didn't even work with my phone and the dash kit was not installed right, pretty much falling apart. Went to another car audio place down the road and they told me I was sold an old and most basic radio model for the same price of a newer 2015 radio with many more functions and compatibility. Tried to work something out with the owner of this shop but was told because of they're no return policy I was SOL. I just wish I had looked at the reviews before taking my vehicle here. The bad reviews says it all.

Fallbrook Car Stereo is one of those places that I give 2 thumbs up to. I would definitely recommend this stereo shop to all my friends and family because of the great customer service I receive time and time again. If you don't believe me they have pictures of their work on Facebook. Look them up under "Fallbrook Car Stereo & Installs & Tint." I bought a car alarm system from Fallbrook Car Stereo. I realized after about 6 months that one of the doors was not hooked up so I went back and the owner said the door latch was broken and I needed a new one. Two mechanics looked at it and said he was wrong. At first he tried to get out of fixing it as he said I did not buy a system that included that door. I had the receipt so he backed off. His installer told him that he had explained to me that it was not hooked up before I left the installation. I wouldn t have paid them if the installation was not complete. Fallbrook Car Stereo could not figure out how to hook up that door so they hookup up everything to the overhead doom light. The system only lasted 14 months and malfunctioned past the warranty by 2 months. The owner said on the phone he would repair it at my cost with free labor. My mechanic in town, Eric's Precision Auto and I determined that the system wasn't worth putting more money into it as it was not a quality brand. I did not request a cheap system and I paid for the best available at Fallbrook Car Stereo. Although Eric Precision Auto said he would remove it for free at my next oil change, I took it back to the alarm store to have them remove it. The owner wanted $50 after saying his labor would be free. I called him on it and he laughed at me as I exited his store. I would not recommend Fallbrook Car Stereo.

I'm 77 years old and have never given anyone a negative report before; however, our experience with Fallbrook Car Stereo and tinting has been so horrendous that I feel I must tell our friends and neighbors to be very cautious when dealing with this business. Feb.13, 2016, we took our car and RV in to have navigation systems installed and added SiriusXM equipment and antennas'. The navigational system and SiriusXM on the car works; however, instead of installing the system flush with the dash, it was installed so far back in the dash that you cannot use the knobs on the radio. When I questioned them about this, I was told that it was "installed correctly and that's just the way it is". On the RV, SiriusXM kept mal-functioning and only playing intermittingly. When we returned from a three week trip, I explained this to the owner, Nado, and he said all of their work had been done correctly and the problem was SiriusXM. I spoke to SiriusXM and they did testing and stated that it defiantly was the installation. When we returned from the next trip I went to Nado and explained the situation. He said even though I had reported the problem within three weeks of the installation, the warranty was no longer valid because the time period had expired. The receipt said the warranty was good for one year. Finally Nado said to bring the RV in and he would look at it. My husband took the RV to him and they said it was the antenna, so they changed it. The problem was the same, they then replaced another part, still no change. They then told my husband that the original antenna had damaged the navigational system because he had tried, on the second trip, after the problem had been reported, to extend the antenna, to no avail. When my husband said he would not purchase another unit from them, they checked something else, Gene didn't know what it was, but SUPRISE the unit worked. They then told Gene he owned them $131.28. He paid them. When he came home and told me I went to get the money refunded since the work was under warranty. Nado refused to return the money and I told him that I thought he was a dishonest business man. He started shouting and pounding on a certificate on his wall from Pastor Joel Osteen, saying "I know you don't do what I do !! I give $1,500 a month to his ministry and I gave a $1,500,000 property to Saddleback Church and feed thousands of orphans, you don't do that!!!" Okay. True.
