Awesome service! Fast turn around, even able to have the exact part needed to get my truck back up and running (2000 Toyota Tundra starter). Would recommend for great customer service and quick repair times.

Way over priced. Vehicle was not fixed but a major bill was ran up in a short time for "tests" performed on vehicle but no real work done. Another mechanic diagnosed and fixed the vehicle right away. It was a very simple problem. How these people stay in buisness is beyond my comprehension.

Very fast and reliable shop, great customer service and honest. Highly recommend this shop the owner is very knowledgeable about the work and always make sure to communicate step by step explains everything needed to make car go back to running.

Took my vehicle in for TRANSMISSION work and was advised I needed the heads rebuilt not my transmission. They kept my vehicle for over 2 months and kept giving me flimsy excuses as to why it was taking so long, Joey had originally told me 2-3 weeks. They punctured my radiator and Jessica tried to lay the blame on me, luckily I had photos to back me up, when I finally got the vehicle back it had no power and started stalling and dying, they nickel and dimed me for another $500 or so on top of the $6000 I had already paid for the heads. They lost a dust cover off the transmission and upon inspection my motor mounts were not retightened, my brake booster was left loose and I had to take it to another shop to have the TRANSMISSION adjusted and for only $300 I have a vehicle that runs the way it should. I have filed a complaint and they refused to make it right saying they would agree to fix the vehicle again, of course I will not let them touch it. I am now forced to pursue legal action against them and have additional clients of theirs as well as mechanics to verify the work they did for me was sub-par.

Fallbrook Auto Works is the only mechanic in town!!! They are trustworthy, honest. There s a mechanic on Mission Street that I don t trust at all. Looking for a great mechanic!! Look no further it s Fallbrook Auto Works!!!!!

We had just started on our road trip and the check engine light came on. It was before 8am and we found Fallbrook Auto Works as they were one of the only places open. They were so helpful and very honest. They got us back on our trip within a couple hours. If we lived in Fallbrook, they would be our new mechanic. Thank you so much! Also, the coffee shop next door was really good and a nice place to wait for our car.

Update: after Bureau of Auto repairs was contacted, owner said they would fix vehicle, of course that was not an option as I already do not trust them, less than 6 months later it appears that the amateur head work has proceeded to become a blown head gasket and I am now without a vehicle. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! Additionally they rebuilt the carb and it s leaking now too, the hits keep coming with these guysService: Engine repair

Our family was on the way back to AZ from vacation when our car started sputtering. Went toAutozone and did a Diagnostic test. When it said we needed new spark plugs, but I just had them changed in Feb. Eric took a look and found out it was the fuel injector. They were quick and efficient and so very nice to work with. I thought it would be more expensive, but the price was very reasonable. Thank you to all of them. So pleasant!!!!Service: Engine repair

I absolutely love Fallbrook Auto Works. As a single woman, I was recommended them by my neighbor Joey and have been completely satisfied by the work they do on my care and the care they take to ensure that if they notice an issue may be on the horizon they give me a heads up so I can be prepared. I honestly feel like talking to Eric the owner is like talking a family member as he instills that much trust in relationship and customer service. This might be long I m a single mother and not only did my truck stop working, but after the repairs, my daughters car needed repairs. 100% love these guys. Having repairs needed sucks no matter what- knowing that these guys treat you like family and having them truly support me in helping my daughter get back on the road - is priceless. Watching people walk in and out of their shop just to say hi or watching them great their customers on a first name basis is nothing short of impressive. They work hard. They are honest. It s obvious that they have lifetime clients - 1 woman sat and talked to the owner about what has been happening in her life and having the owner listen - attentively- she as exactly what the world is missing in terms of auto care. I literally will not bring my vehicle anywhere else in the future- they became my village. Offering to help pick me up or drop me off was just an additional display of a small business that truly cares. They are dog friendly, too so walk in and you ll see dog toys, bowls and food - plus treats. Went because of front end issues. They were able to squeeze me in the same day and inspected everything. Instead of doing unnecessary work, they told me they found no issues and only charged me 30 minutes labor. I've been going to Fallbrook Auto Works for years now. All my vehicles and my Suzuki always get the best in auto repair care there. The fees for the repairs are far better than other places I've been to in town.Eric and his crew are the most professional I've had in dealing with mechanics. Some places tend to think women don't know a lot about vehicles, and I don't get that with these guys.I would highly recommend taking your vehicles that are in need of repair or just general maintenance to Fallbrook Auto Works.Thanks Eric for all you do to keep my wheels running

I ve been going here for years! Eric is the most detailed mechanic! If your car has an issue, Eric will find it! And his pricing is fair. He will never upsell you or makes unnecessary repairs! I drive 45 minutes just to bring not only my car, but both my daughters cars, as well! Thanks Eric and Fallbrook Auto Works!

I love Fallbrook Auto Works! The owner, Eric Hyneman, is a well qualified mechanic who's simply fair and honest. If I have a question or issue I can always call and talk to him or even stop by. He's been very fair and always able to fix the most challenging problems. Once I had a problem with a previous mechanic that cost me several thousand dollars and never got resolved. It did take Eric some time to resolve it but the cost was minimal in comparison to the other place. And he did resolve it. I have referred many people to him and I'm grateful to find a mechanic who's confident and honest. I highly recommend Fallbrook Auto Works!

Eric is very rude and a big liar. Takes advantages of women that dont know anything about mechanics. My mother took her truck and it took more than 4 year just to fix the electrical problem. We received the truck with missing parts, scratches, broken inside and out. OVERALL BAD EXPERIENCE. I kindly called to get an estimate on when the car was going to be ready because my mother was getting ignored and the round around back and forth. I finally got a hold of Eric and he personally stated that he had never received a call from my mother (lier). He informed me that he personally was going to be present when I pick up the truck. He was never to he found and his assistant is very blunt and rude. This truck was never used was just sitting in the garage due to electrical problems. We received it with no radio working, no ac, seats damaged, stained and ripped, horn wasn't working parts of the car where missing overall big huge loss and had the nerve to tell me that I still HAD TO PAY AMD THEY WHERE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMGE. If they didnt park the car in an unsecured area maybe the truck will still be NEW! WARNING DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE YOU WILL GET A HUGE LOSS!

Some rats got into our A/C unit, so we took our van here. When we got it back, the dash was broken and the rat smell was not completely gone. Soon afterwards, the van started leaking water all over the passenger flooring and the carpet got soaked but it was too late to take it back and they were going to charge us separately since they said it's not related to the rats, but I'm confident that a tube or something was not put back together properly because there were no leaks after we took the van here. I can't recommend going to this location for repair unless they are willing to redeem themselves.

I've been taking my car to Eric since I bought it 4 years ago, I drive to Fallbrook from Poway because trusted mechanics are hard to find but I found just that at Fallbrook Auto Works. Amazing customer service and doesn't try adding to your bill by doing unnecessary work. My boyfriend works at a dealership now with a mechanic on site so it's always a fight when i need to take my car in for something he wants to take it to his guy...I don't trust them. We decide who fixes it with a coin toss or who gets to it first. I do a lot of road trips, several of which have been cross country and I always make sure Eric takes a look at it before I head out. If I have his thumbs up I drive without a worry in the world. I've even left it parked outside the fence in an emergency and just threw the keys over since they had closed by the time I got there. If for some reason my Jeep can't make the trip up to Fallbrook I would totally spend the money getting it towed up to Eric. Professional, they get the job done (right), and a company you can trust, what else can you ask for from a mechanic.

Wow this place is amazing. They saved me about 100$ when I was shopping around looking to get my AC fixed. They even did some extra work. Suzy is an asset to the company and I definitely recommend this place to anyone who appreciates great work and a great price.

Eric and everyone at the shop are awesome and amazing!!!. The best place in town to have your truck worked on. Eric is very honest and has the best price in town. Definitely going to recommend and come back in the future.

Erik has always worked on my car! He s the most honest and so kind. He never over charges me and doesn t lie about things that don t need to be done!
