Took my car here to be fixed. Top notch service! From beginning to end this was such a great experience ... my car came back looking new, the shop handled the insurance company, and answered all my questions and concerns. No stress ,by far the best!Thank you again,Brian

looking for a place to help repair the inner plastic on my van's sliding door Neiman in town had done the first repair and has since sold the business. new owner did not feel it was his responsibility. looked and asked around town and Costello keep coming up. they did a fantastic job and boy was the price right, very fair...would go back in a minute if needed. The service and work is Top Notch. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. They are old school, it doesn't get any better. Get it while you can!

Good people and I'm sure they can do quality work but seemed like they were joshing me about the work necessary for my van, belt was making a screeching sound and they blamed it on a broken tensioner (it was a bit loose and wobbly and I asked if I could just tighten it and it would stop being wobbly and have less wear on my serpentine belt) i gave it another day to think about it considering I couldn't afford the 400 dollar price tag for new belt and tensioner...next day belt snapped in half, so I walked 3 miles to the closest autozone and picked up a serpentine belt, replaced belt and tightened the tensioner and fixed my issue completely, spent 35 on belt, no need for a new tensioner, i know everyone is struggling right now but it makes me wonder if he just overlooked that issue i mentioned or he was more concerned about making money in these times saved 365 dollars just by spending 20 minutes on YouTube for a simple fix and diagnostic
