We used Caliber to fix a truck after an accident. They were to replace the fender, hood, and bumper. Got it back. None of the body lines matched, so we took it back. They beat the fender with a hammer and trashed the new paint. Then did not repaint the door where the accident scratched it up. We needed the truck so we got it back. They said return it when you can. So here we are.....took it in two weeks ago. NO movement on fixing it! It has been literally sitting for two weeks! Went in today, instead of calling. ( Insurance approved the repairs a week ago. ) Something about waiting for the painter to have an open bay and match the paint. The lady with the purse in her hand told us she would call back with a time frame. Hasn't happened yet. It has NOT been a good experience for us. I hear there are other body shops in town. I would try that first. Between the quality of work and lack of communication, I would avoid.

Just picked up my car after being in an accident and Caliber Collision made the whole process so easy! The entire team is amazing. They repaired my car much quicker than expected, we re super accommodating and went above and beyond to work with my budget. Special shoutout to David- he was amazing and I can t thank him enough! Can t say enough good things. Thanks to the whole team!

Definitely had a great experience with them. Evy went above and beyond with calling our insurance to make sure we were getting the correct price. Mike also did a fantastic job on fixing the ding on our front bumper. It looks like the car never got hit and it looks brand new! Thanks again for making this such a smooth experience!

I have been dealing with colision centers for years, and this is the first time I've truly had a positive experience. They were helpful and informative. But most importantly FAIR!! Personally I believe it has to do with the manager Evy. She was professional, knowledgeable and understanding to my situation. Her communication made dealing with my collision so much more relieving. I can't recommend this place enough. Do yourself a favor, don't deal with other shady collision centers. Caliber Collision is by FAR the best one out there!! I will definitely be recommending my family and friends to Caliber. Easily 5 stars!!!

Caliber Collision is the best auto-body shop ever. When I arrived at their shop I was reassured by their calm and polite demeanor that they were going to take care of me and my damaged car. I must thank and applaud Evy, for proffesionslly getting me through this process. They didn't let me down, did beautiful work... and I am happy to recommend them to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience I received text and call updates. My car was ready days before the actual estimated date. They also cleaned the inside and washed her from the outside. This is a great shop all my questions were answered. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great experience with Caliber Collision in Fallbrook, particularly working with Evelyn (Evy) and David. David was able to get us an appointment the day after thanksgiving and Evy was very pleasant and communicative every step of the way. She was transparent and helpful when explaining the needs of the repairs and frequently kept us updated throughout the process. She worked to get us back into our car as soon as possible, which was under 2 weeks, and when we picked up our car, she walked us through the repairs. Our car looks and drives great!

Needed rear bumper replaced from a fender bender on our Prius. Took about 10 days, she kept us updated the whole time. I couldn't tell when we picked it up, and as a plus they actually washed my car which was pretty dirty. Great service, I would return and recommend.
