First time going here and the last. They did an average job installing the tires. Although they left them too low in air and had to add air to them myself afterwards. Don't know about the mechanics but the tire installer was less than competent and broke one of my hubcaps and try to blame it on me. Over tightened them and broke one. I don't know for sure if he broke it in the shop and tossed it and didn't tell me about it. Or don't know if he over tightened it and it broke on the road. Although I searched for it because they don't make these hubcaps anymore but did find it! The customer service was really bad and their response was that if I find it they could do something about it. Otherwise they couldn't do anything about it. I hate to leave a bad review but their service was bad.

I pulled in in distress with a flat tire. The attendant helped me immediately and discovered there was a gash.He put on my spare at no cost. I asked for a price for two new front tires. From that point on the staff was great. I had the job done this morning! Again they were super in every way. I would recommend this shop to family and friends...everyone.

I came in because my tire had a leak. They fixed it up right away. It turns out it had a nail in it. I ve come here before for a leak and every time they handle it quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this establishment.

These guys were amazing. My truck started to have power steering issues on our trip back from San Diego to Idaho. I called them up and they got me in right away, and within about an hour I had my answer and they helped me feel safe and confident finishing up the drive home with my little family. They are all hard workers and very friendly.

Hector really helped us! I have a 2008 Ford Focus and it needed front struts and sway bar links, followed up with an alignment. I came in on a Saturday morning, my car was clunking everytime I stop and go. The mechanic did an excellent job! I was able to get my car back at the end of day. My car isn't making or feeling that noise anymore. Thank you Hector and mechanic!! A job well done. I'll be coming back for future repairs and /or oil changes.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Wiper blade installation

DO NOT GO HERE!!. I took my vehicle here for alignment, front axle repair, and suspension install. They failed to mention correlated issues such as bent wheels and destroyed CV boots. They simply neglected the additional issues and proceeded to install damaged equipment while also carrying out the repairs and installments poorly. To make it worse, the staff refuses to give quotes written on paper in an effort to upcharge the individual AFTER repairs are carried out. An 800 dollar quote turned into an 1800 dollar charge despite no additional parts, service, or any other form of labor. To sum it up, they care only about profit and entirely neglect customer well being and SAFETY!! Will be reporting this to CA business affairs in hopes of holding them accountable for this.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

These guys are the best. I lived here for five years and used them for everything. They would check out my cars for free if something was wrong, and multiple times hooked us up with little fixes. I moved two years ago and haven't found anything like it since. They took good care of my cars when I was deployed. I miss Hector and his awesome team.

Had a flat tire from a nail. Took my car in when they first opened. They were on it immediately. Such fast service for a minimal repair. Customer service was awsome! They responded to my needs as if i was getting 4 new tires.Perfect example of customer service!A happy customer equals a new customer!!

I brought my car here to have my brakes checked. My car would shake whenever I would step on the brake from going >50mph. They did my brakes, went home had the same problem. Called the shop, brought it back in, They fixed it with free of charge. Great customer service over the phone and in the office. I spoke with Hector and Marco. Highly recommended this place. I will keep coming back.

Very good work. Fair pricing and knowledgeable staff, willing to explain and inform you with vehicle assistance. Will return to do business again and would recommend to anyone looking for proper work done at an affordable price ( cheaper than most surrounding shops), or to anyone in the area.

Discovered I had a nail in my tire on my way to work - pulled in here & they went out of their way to be kind & helpful. They fixed the tire and I was on my way in 20 minutes - still made it to work on time. Amazing service! Highly recommend this shop!

Needed diagnosis on my A/C System there rate was $39.99 I felt that was fair. So I paid it. So they found I needed a new compressor and accumulator and quoted $234 Labor plus parts. I asked if I givem the work do they apply the $39.99 towards the Labor ? He said for sure no problem so I researched and found the parts for $200 less and brought them over. While they started removing the bad ones. Then when all was said and done I got a bill for $219 which I couldn t understand?? There reply was, I didn t include the labor for the accumulator, which is $89. I m like that s wrong to include after you gave me a written quote already..? He still insisted on charging me so I paid. Unfortunately they ruined a good day I was having and the feeling I found some place I can bring my cars too.. But now, just for that, I would never go back and feel I could EVER TRUST THEM! What a Bummer !!

Terrible customer service! Google says they close at 5:00pm. So I drove there at 3:35pm for an oil change. The guy at the counter (Marco)said they were closing at 4:00 and wouldn t be able to help me. I asked to speak to a manager or owner. He said he was the manager and owner, but I knew he was lying. So I went to their back office and found the real manager who said Marcos dad was the owner. No Marco, you are not a manager. You are not an owner. I knew you were lying because a manager or an owner would never treat a customer the way you treated me. Stop lying and change your hours on google.

My friend's car was having significant wheel balance issues and unstable braking responses. Their repair shop was highly recommended inspite of their name.When I entered their shop was immediately impressed by several certificates indicating high tecnical levels of expertise related to every system on the cars - very impressive. Hector Escoto implemented his test equipment and excellent tools; replaced the brake pads with high performance versions and balanced the tires at high accuracy levels. My friend immediately noticed the significant improvements. Needles to say It's then took my V-8 TOYOTA FORERUNNER for Maintenance...THANK YOU! Erich Hausner...

I Bought 2 Tires along with an alignment here back in September of 2018. drove my car for a day and any time i went above 45 i got a significant shake in my wheel. The next day i went back and told them and they realigned the car and said that it was indeed off but they had fixed it. Sweet! I didnt have any issue with the car until i got a flat this past sunday on one of the 2 tires i hadnt replaced when I went. They were due to be replaced so i went to bring it back to them to replace the other 2. upon inspection of the newer 2 tires i had bought from them, one had worn down to the wires on the inside edge of the tire and the other showed normal wear (12,551 miles by their odometer recordings). i figured it was an alignment problem being that it was only on 1 tire. So now im going to need 4 new tire so im not driving on 4 different tread patterns/baldness. im hoping he prorates the loss i took on the tires i bought from him previously but no.Hector ended ordering me tires and had them on my car that day and i was happy. I asked what kind of tires were being put on my car and i was told "Cooper with a 60,000 mile warranty". I paid for my tires and was told i was getting "a 137 dollar taken off the bill for the labor of him putting on my 4 new tires and free tire rotation and balance for the life of the tires." I ended up paying 326.55 for everything (280.00 for tires, the rest for valve stems/wheel weights/Tax). I drive home and look at my tires and they are some brand called Americus. So i basically ended up paying for 6 tires and labor to install. 4 of which weren't the ones i was told that were told were going to be put on my car and i could have just gone to walmart and saved 80 bucks on that set of tires. and the other 2 i only got to use for 12k miles.I went back to ask about the drastic difference in their price and the other dealer and why i hadnt gotten any discount on my new set that i wasnt event supposed to have being that i didnt get the life out of my previous two. I was told that i can have the rotation/balancing service for the tires i didnt want, free labor for putting my new set on, and that Americus tire brand Is Cooper Tires and that was it.Dont get screwed like me. double check labor/parts/prices and go to a reputable spot that makes good on their work/products. This shop doesn't seem to care, make sure you find one that does.

Today I noted that my tire pressure was off in one tire, per the dash notification. There was a nail in the tire. So, my husband said, I will take it into Fallbrook to be plugged. I called Tire and Service Center, the man who answered the phone advised me to bring vehicle in. It is Saturday, at 3:45, and they close at 4. However, in their kindness, they stayed open until husband arrived to have tire plugged. Thank you so much for your wonderful service!!!! I so appreciate the face that I can drive car tomorrow morning to church and not worry about a blow out!!!

My cousin had his brakes done here. On his way home, he heard a noise that wasn't there prior to the service and took it back to them and had them try to find the noise. They insisted it wasn't their brake job and tried to recommend something else. He took it to another mechanic and they found the brake pads had been installed incorrectly and the rotor was incorrectly machined causing all his noise. He went back for a refund for the faulty work and was told he could only get credit towards another repair. Be wary of this place...

This tire shop was not professional at all. Worst experience ever. I replaced my tires at this location however the tires that were supposedly new seemed used when I specifically had asked for new ones and was charged for new ones. Please be careful with this shop they are misleading.Service: TiresService: Tires

They charged me for an inner tube for my trailer tire stating the brand new one I brought in was defective. It took a week for them to repair it and they said they lost my number?! I could have done it in less time.Service: TiresService: Tires
