I was able to get a same day service and everyone was so nice! I wasn't inconvenienced by having to wait either, because the lobby is spacious, has plenty of charging ports as well as a counter to set up my laptop and do homework or handle business. There is a spot to help yourself to coffee, water and tea. As well as small snacks. It's very welcoming and comfortable in their lobby, so before you know it your vehicle is ready!

In a nutshell, Fairfield VW has so very much better customer service and interaction than Vacaville VW. Y all go out of your way to be helpful and friendly!!!

Took my car in because my EPC light came on and received amazing service. The parts that they initially quoted me weren t updated in the system and would ve cost me a significant amount more. Thalia went above and beyond to ensure that my original quote was kept. She handled my situation with the utmost care and consideration throughout the entire process. I received the car back washed and running smoothly. I appreciate the overall excellence and highly recommend this location.

This VW service center is awesome!I have a 2013 Golf TDI that popped up the DPF light on every couple of months. I originally brought it in to a different dealer when I lived elsewhere but they never truly fixed the problem.VW of Fairfield did the job. The service rep Corri went above to find out and make sure my car was still under warranty despite their HQ saying my diesel warranty ended.I'm satisfied with the service I received here and will recommend people to come here.

Im so happy to hear VW is back in Fairfield! Thank you to Corry for keeping my VW in good care! She is the #1 advisor to go to! Thank you to the technician who put time and effort into the repair that was done, great feeling to know, and drive a car that was repair right and in a timely manner. Will not go anywhere else but to Fairfield VW!
