Quoted a price over the phone and they switched the price on me upon arrival. My wife and myself heard it together. Then they left the socket for my wifes car on her cowl and her windshield wiper broke off. I went to replace it because that couldve broke her windshield and found this binding up the wiper arm and now it doesnt work properly. Ill be visiting this place for them to fix it

Phenomenal service. Everyone was not just nice, but happy and friendly! They were really busy, but they still took care of me and I was in and out before I knew it. Abe was really efficient and Jordan is so pleasant. I am so glad I found this place.

Best price in Fairfield. Honest workers great receptionist they were so fast and so professional. Let s just say I have a Mercedes and the price was very reasonable and fair. Will definitely be back.

Got everything I needed, the owner Ali knew all the right offsets and knowledge about my car more than the corporate Les Schwab, & the staff was awesome. Got my tires the next day as promised

Came here today because I saw they had good reviews and a sign for a quick oil change. I never have any time and a few places I have been to have been rude and pushy and take forever. This place is amazing. The guys here are so nice and efficient. They don't try to oversell you and the oil change price is amazing. I moved to the area about a year ago and I this will be my go to place. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a good deal and quick friendly service. Thanks guys.

Waited up the street from here at (un-named chain tire store) for a tire to get patched after calling and being told to come down. They had me waiting for over 3.5 hours before I asked for my keys back. I went to Tire Depot due to the good experience I had with used tires a few years before (see below). They got me in immediately!!! Even though it was a rental car they fixed it easily and quickly for $15 (just a plug not a patch). They are where I am going next time. I guess the "free flat fix" was why I went to the other place. I feel so dumb because I can't get back the almost 4 hours I lost waiting for "free". It would have been so worth $15 to get it done on the spot with no waiting at a shop that appreciates their customers and makes sure you know it. TIRE DEPOT!!! Don't go to the two other tire shops surrounding them! I promise you will be taken care of and they respect your time!! Thank you guys!!===//7/15/2021 Great place for used tires. Tire depot is awesome! Guys are super helpful; get you in/out FAST! Prices are very reasonable! I recommend them HIGHLY! I've been a customer since 2003!

Great customer service amazing staff short wait times great prices and if they can t do the work you need they usually know someone Who can help you. I ve gotten two referrals tell other places now to get work done on my vehicle and both were amazing. I d be lost without these guys. I highly recommend. Five stars all around.

These guys are fantastic!! Had an issue today at the dealership and needed a reasonable solution, called And spoke to Ali he said come over they were courteous and quick and made me feel like I was their most important customer. Everyone should try these guys Jay and Ali are top notch and much better than a dealership. Thank you gentleman !

Not only did they quote me more than anywhere else in town, they said they would beat les Schwab by $25 if I brought the receipt showing that's what I paid... and if it wasn't that price I owe them $500 for being wrong. I wish I could review their service but I only experienced their lack of professionalism.

Had a flat tire which they were able to patch and put on the car for me at a reasonable price and all within 15 min of me coming there. Very fast, friendly, and got the job done well!

This place is such a disappointment, I had been in communication with them since the morning gave them my tire number and they had set a side a tire for me, I call them and they stated it was available to head their way.I show up and they suddenly stated they did not have the tire, if you want to waist your time go to Tire Depo.That s a negative star not close to one.If you want good service and a good discount Go to Golden State Tires and Auto..No Cap

Nothing like leaving for work & seeing a flat. Stopped by here to get a plug & they took me right in. True life savers. Everyone else was telling me hours to wait if they even can get me in. Working at a hospital 83 miles away I couldn't wait, & i couldn't trust that spare. Thank you all for getting me in & fast service.

I own many vehicles and tire depot deals with them all from commuters to rock crawlers. Ali is a great guy and has always taken care of me and my family. Great local shop. *Update Tire Depot continues to take car of my vehicles and my family vehicles. Had my first small hiccup with tire depot today and without getting into details they did everything they needed to do to make the situation right! I will continue to use this buisness for everything I can. I highly recommend them

If you want a quick tire service done cheap this is the place. The owner stands by his work. The cons, some of the workers look kinda shady, i understand they work on cars all day, but you can clearly see they have been wearing the same clothes for more than a couple of days. So have rips in thier shirts etc. Then get in your car to move it. This would be a great place once they get thier employees cleaned up along with some customer service skills.

Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and best of all they are honest. It's nice being able to get tires or an oil change and not have someone try to sell you a bunch of things you don't want or need.

What a great experience. Everyone there was nice and helpful. No pressure to upsell like at other places. In fact, they offered to help me save money. I felt nice and respected the entire time I was there.

Told $150 to install tires on my rims. Brought him rims and tires and he pulls all the valve stems and says it s going to be $200. Just a little shady.It was not a over the phone quote as the owner states. His brother walked out and looked at my truck. I just had to drive down the street to my house to get the SAME size tires that were being taken off. Bottom line is he misquoted the price and his brother made the call to change the price. Guys down the street did it in 15 minutes for half the price. Stay away from these shady guys

5 stars for quick service. I went there to fix a flat tire. Got an estimate of $15. I agreed, they removed the tire and found a nail. For some reason, the estimate now changed to 20. Obviously I got a flat tire for some reason :) nail is the most common reason. Never understood their logic for changing the estimate but paid 20 and got the job done.

Ran over a nail and cruised down Texas St looking for a place that could fix my tire for me. Ended up here and I was in and out in about fifteen minutes! They were even really busy but had several guys working and every one of them was hustling and super friendly. I super appreciate the help and if I need help again this is where I'll be going

Literally could've spun out any moment commuting from Sacramento to Fairfield. I managed to cough up that bill but YO! I APPRECIATE THESE GUYS BECAUSE THEY HAD ME BACK TO WORK ON TIME! A1 service

Got some used tires from here a long time ago and they didn't even last 6 months. The guys in charge down there didn't seem all that enthusiastic about giving me top notch tires for my car either.

Wow these guys are great. Had an old beater that I commute with and didn't want to new tires so I came here asking for used tires n they got me in and out in 20 minutes. Total price $40 bucks. Second time here n they never dissapoint.this is my go to tire spot now.

The lady at the front desk, I believe she s over 60 years old, has a terrible attitude, horrible customer service. She treats people are in a condescending way.
