Shawn and mechanics are great! I m traveling Thursday of Labor Day weekend and driver side brake starts to smoke in stop and go traffic on I80E. Pull off to a gas station and they direct me to Payless Auto Tire and wheel.I told them my problem. It s almost 3pm. They diagnose I approve caliper replacement and back on the road in a little over an hour. These guys are angels in coveralls!!!

I ended up deciding to get tires elsewhere but the staff was very friendly and got me an estimate quickly. Offered to let me sit in their air conditioned office when I asked if I could park there and wait for a tow truck.

Took my work ford work van there to get brakes and rotor done. Very honest and friendly people. Got everything finished in time to pick up my clients.

Prices are average, compared to other tire shops. They did notice I had a bolt loose that connects my steering column to the suspension. The worker informed me to go get a nut and come back the next to for him to install it. Well this is the only bad thing I have to say. When I returned he was off, but the employee who discovered it was there , he spoke to ( I guess the head mechanic in Arabic.) I had fun putting the nut on at home

Wow service! Stopped in with a minor flat repair need and got taken care of like I was a VIP. I'm from out of town, but I loved nearby THIS would be a go to mechanic for me.

I visited Shawn a week ago for tires for one of my other car. Less than a week later my other car had a flat and I paid him a visit again for some help. If I could give him 10 stars I would!! He has excellent customer service and will make sure to give you a great deal always!

Took my car in because I heard squeaking and was ready to get all new brakes but they told me is was something else and I didn't even need brakes. I really appreciate their honesty. That meant alot to me. They have definitely earned a repeat customer.

Good deals on tires compared to corporate experience. I got set of 4 Doral tires for my Subaru. $300 out the door. And fast too open Sundays.. I always call them first. Best deals in Fairfield.

Great tire place for great prices! They were really quick, about 10-15 min to put new tires on all 4, and did a great job on the alignment, great job guys! I will always continue to come back for new tires!

The staff is amazing. Always helpful even though they always look extremely tired. Service is fast and very reasonable. They don't charge you for every step of replacing your tires

I needed to be in and out. I show up at 8:45am they get right to work and even had a spare rim and tire for me. Quick and affordable will be using them from now on.

Best tire shop in Fairfield/Suisun. They have cheap prices and are very friendly and professional. I bought 2 tires from there and had a problem with one and he fixed it right away, no problems. The only tire shop I will go to.

Terrible experience. Was quoted a price over the phone for an alignment. The guy tried to up sell me tires and because I declines he refused to do the alignment. Complete waste of my time. Will never go back nor recommend this place.

Best place to come for an alignment or tires the brothers are friendly and easy to work with. Been bringing my cars to them for years since i had a honda til now a bmw. Will always bring my car to them. Thank you payless tire.

I bought 4 used tires, i never expected perfect tires, but at least descent. The tires were very dry rotted, they looked good on the rack but once mounted I saw how bad they were.

Purchased used tires at Payless Auto that are better than expected and better than those offered at other used tire shops along North Texas street (where service was questionable). Very decent price, too. Will go back to this shop again.

They had informed me that I couldn't have my tire patched because the nail was in the sidewall not to mention I had another nail in the tire I spent less than 15 minutes here, I had to buy a brand new tire which was $130

I'm kind of disappointed because I took my car in for an alignment I paid him $50 and it took them like 5 minutes and it's still not right if you ask me they took me for a ride and it wasn't a cheap one
