Stopped here tonight because my check engine light came on with a long drive ahead. Johnny was warm and quick to welcome me when I walked in. He seemed happy to help quickly check the diagnostic code to make sure I was safe to finish my drive. I felt very grateful to encounter a friendly face when I was a bit worried. He gave me peace of mind. Thank you very much!

Stopped here when the low oil warning came on in my wife's car. It was pretty late at night but Enrique helped us with a little oil and got us on our way. Great customer service.

Gio (Giovanni) at O'Reilly was awesome!!!All the interactions with the staff was warm and friendly. The management is doing a great job training staff to be kind to all.Gio scanned both of my vehicles and diagnosis problems on my Jeep and BMW. He even went so far to help me understand how to replace the parts he recommended. Great customer service!There are all sorts of characters that come to this place and what I can tell you is they do a great job handling all sorts of personalities and moods. Let's face it when you're working on a car sometimes your moods change and sometimes fools carry that mood with them while purchasing auto parts. This place is great at not mirroring these moods.IT'S OBVIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS #1 HERE!

Super friendly and helpful. As a woman who doesn't know much about engines, it is usually super intimidating to go into a parts shop. But the staff here never made me feel stupid and went the extra mile to help me.

The place looked Great. Brought in 3 plastic bottles of motor oil that was liter in there parking lot. At the service desk a woman and man at 11:45 am on 04/02/23 waited on me.I think this was the rudest unfriendly experience I ve ever had at a O Reilly s. I will never go to this store again.

Quick and efficient service, very nice employees. I needed a battery for my work vehicle which was stuck at the warehouse and the young man helping me (I think his name was Chris) even carried it out to my car for me. I came back to return the old battery to get my core return and did not have any difficulties.

At 9:45 am Sunday 2-23-2020 my husband and I went to this establishment. My husband stood at the counter for a bit only to realize there was no one in the store. He looks out to see two employees outside looking at a a truck with its owner. He immediately turned and walked out. Both employees saw him go in and had no sense of urgency to go in and help. Not the way to run a business I d say.Auto Zone got the $200. sale instead.One should be more careful when you have competition so close.

They have most common parts in stock. Their prices are a little high but that is to be expected from an auto parts specific store. They are reasonable on their return policy and do carry out warranty returns. Returned a halogen headlight bulb that had a 1 year warranty and they exchanged it without question.

Really helped out as didn t remember my make or year. Came out and checked and then installed the wiper blades. No mess, no worries and no problems. In and out within minutes. Great service and helpful staff.

Four workers in the store not one of them would give me a hand. Brought my things to the cashier the guy didn't say one word. Wouldn't recommend this place.

The best parts store ever...just ask for Vincent he's the store manager.My car was overheated whilst I was evacuating, because of fires I ended up at O'REILLY'S they were spot on.Vincent recommended VICTORS automotive repair.

Need a full time checkout only type / cashier.I don't want to stand behind someone looking for brake rotors for their 95 Oldsmobile when all I want is to grab n go an item off the shelf .Need a speedier pay and go system

Came here the other day to buy Bushing for my Trailblazer and got next to little help from Cernan C. He didn't know anything about Bushings or cars. I basically looked all the information up myself on Google and I even showed him a picture of it and he still had no clue. Instead of helping me figure out the correct piece that I needed he leaves me at the counter and went to the next counter to check someone out which took like 10 min. He was basically more concerned with working the register and getting people out the door instead of answering questions and "I don't know" being the only thing out of his mouth. Then he comes back after I look up all the information and gets the incorrect part and 2 other parts and tells me "this is all we have" and then tell me "the decision is yours" without no explanation or anything. Very rude and unprofessional. He also refused to let me speak to someone else that was there at the store that knew more information than him after I asked 5 times. If you see Cernan C. There don't even bother with for someone else more knowledgeable and professional to come help you, if you see he's there and there is no one else. Just go take your business to the North Texas location.

I got here with a commercial account and the experience is pretty great. But it usually is with commercial accounts. If you want quality assistance ask for Vince or Oswaldo

Pushy, bought a battery from here and the cashier went and grabbed terminal protectors and the gel that goes on the posts, rang them up and put them in my bag with even asking me!(I was going to get them anyway) but who does that? are you kidding me, won't ever go back to this one again.
