I came here to get my Lexus IS aligned here and it was one of the easiest car service I've ever had. Starting with booking a time, they were quick to call me and we're very accommodating to my schedule. The day of the service, it was very quick to the point and got my car on their alignment machine shortly after I arrived at the shop. Once they were done, Jesse had come out to explain everything in detail with what they did to the car. They sent me the before and after of my alignment specs. Also gave me plenty of tips to keep my car in top shape, when it came to the alignment and suspension of my car.You can tell that Jesse was passionate about what he does and made me feel very comfortable having them service my car. I will definitely come back for my suspension and alignment needs in the future.

Just had a lot of work done at NorCal Chassis Works. Jessie and Jared were very accommodating for the amount of work I wanted done on my RAV4 Prime.They installed RS*R Coilovers, Cusco rear sway bay, rear upper control arm, Hardrace rear lower arm, read adj. stabilizer links, front lower arm, front adj. stabilizer links, anti vibration pads and spoon front and rear rigid collars. Oh and they aligned it all too.They are extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. They are passionate about their work and pay close attention to detail. I could not be happier with their work.I already have the next visit scheduled for some additional work I want to get done.Service: Wheel alignment

Jesse & Jared were total professionals! Very knowledgeable of suspension geometry and dynamics for high performance driving. They're fun to chat with, and you will surely pick up knowledge as well. I never noticed the time fly by, as I felt like I was just chopping it up with my mates! I would trust them my cars and only them in my area !

Jesse is the man! I'd give these guys 10 stars if I could! They are the place for anything tesla related! True experts! Call them before you pay for any suspension or front end work with tesla service!

Jesse and Jarod really know what they're doing. They explained everything they were doing to my car. They took car of my car like it was their own. My coilovers needs some major adjustment after it was installed. They got the ride height, preload, Suspension tuned and alignment dialed in properly. I drove an hour away just to get it done because I heard and read good things about them. No doubt at all, they are an expert at the craft. I will be going back there again for sure for all my chassis and suspension needs!!!!

I brought in our 2022 Model X to Jesse at NorCal Chassis Works for a custom alignment after having adjustable rear camber arms installed. It was not an easy job and it took time, but Jesse took his time to do the job right. He also kept me informed of exactly what he was doing the whole time.Through my first encounter with Jesse, I could tell Jesse takes pride in his work and is passionate about his business. Not only did he do his work well, he also took the time to educate me about the process, which I appreciated.Jesse and NorCal Chassis Works has earned a repeat customer in me. I d like to start off by saying NorCal Chassis Works has come through with my 91 Mr2 for me many times. I first found out about the shop when coming to support it s grand opening due to word of mouth of a friend. I found out that one of the owners, Jesse has an Mr2 as well so it was awesome to learn more about my car from someone who has experience with the platform. So far I ve had alignments, suspension geometry installs, and coilovers during multiple trips to the shop. I can honestly say Jesse and Jared (not sure if I spelled that right) have a real passion for the work they do and they know what they are doing. My coilovers feel great, they took time to properly install my geometry kit and I am just about where I d like to be.That being said, there is one point that I feel that the shop needs to work on heavily and that s communication. We recently ended our business relationship over a miscommunication and I was asked not to return. The Mr2 can be an unforgiving car to work on and I think the fact that Jesse has the car and has to deal with it daily contributed to the fact that I did not feel as if the shop wanted to work on my car based on the communication I received (he has even mentioned this) as much as say a newer car that s easier to work on. I do have to say, they DID work on it and did a great job and they made some suggestions on how to get what I wanted in the beginning which I happily obliged and got whatever they recommended such as lugs, spacers and wheels in my case. But after coming back for other things I did not feel that that same passion or enthusiasm was there as my car turned out to be more difficult to get the results I expected as much as say, some of the higher profile cars that come into the shop. As a result, I was reluctant to ask additional questions because it didn t seem as if Jesse wanted to work on the car anymore in the first place due to him having to deal with his own mr2. In the end I know I need them more than they need me so this is most likely why we cut ties.I think with a more careful explanation of specifically what was needed to succeed and taking the time to ensure that the customer understands not only whether something could or could not be done but assisting in recommending a specific list of parts to get what is needed (an A to Z approach) would be all that s needed for me to feel as this is a 5 star review. Perhaps I should have been more insistent on communication but they are the experts so we customers are relying on them to tell us what we need as we often don t know the questions to ask.I don t know but that s water under the bridge now.All in all they have done some great work for me and spent lots of time working on my car and I wouldn t hesitate to recommend and rep them for anything and everything. When NorCal does something they take their time to do it right and that s definitely a welcome breath of fresh air amongst all of the other suspension shops these days. I can't say enough good things about this place! I first brought my 370z here after installing a brand new set of coilovers. I also brought along a set of rear camber arms, and toe bolts, which they installed as well. Jesse was highly professional, and really easy to talk to. He was more than willing to address any concerns, and really put me at ease.Just today I took my car in to have a pair of adjustable front upper control arms installed. They aligned the car to spec, and the steering has never felt tighter, and more responsive. I recommend calling NorCal Chassis Works, if you own a performance car, or a car with modified suspension. These guys are all about customer service, and setting your car up properly!

After searching for different suspension alternatives, I came across NorCal Chassis Works in Fairfield and discovered they were an Unplugged Performance approved/recommended installer.At nearly 50, I wasn't looking at "doing" or modding anything on my daily commuter but the oem suspension was garbage and I needed a swap.Ultimately, I decided on Mountain Pass Performance Comfort Coil Overs and Camber Adjustment arms. The guys at NorCal Chassis were on another lever with knowledge, customer service, craftsmanship and installation! I had clear and concise communication from start to finish and their shop/garage facilities was super accommodating. The guys at NorCal Chassis are knowledgeable, capable, humble and punctual. They made me feel as if I were family. They will be my go-to location for all my 4 wheeled vehicle needs!Definitely worth the drive. I drove 40 miles out of the way to have work performed by m and couldn t be happier! Came in because I heard by word of mouth just how good this shop is. I ve never had a go-to alignment spot, but now I m sure I ve found one with NorCal Chassis Works. It s incredible how they ve been able to dial in my car just by knowing the kind of suspension I have and how I use it. Their expertise is especially exceptional considering I have a setup (air ride) that is used in a somewhat unconventional way (tracking/spirited driving). It s refreshing to know that they re willing to help you and to work around your specific preferences and style. They re definitely very open and non-judgmental and are true car enthusiasts because of those qualities.I ll definitely be coming back for more alignments and will surely recommend them to my peers looking for similar work or other suspension tuning. Jesse and Jared won t let you down!

Excellent Customer Service!That's just for starters, I called around to many different automotive repair shops to get springs & shocks installed. I all ready had the equipment so every place I called wasn't interested in doing the job. We don't install brought in parts I was told over & over again. I call NorCal Chassis Works and was told no problem, got everything installed in one day plus wheel alignment. Was dropped off at home and was picked up when work was completed. Jesse is very personable and friendly as well as informative. I'm very satisfied with the work, if I have more business to give regarding my car NorCal will be getting it. Thanks for the Great Service.

Just came home from NorCal chassis works. Jesse and Jared were awesome and very knowledgeable. They got my F30 aligned to my specs which is very important. Not everyone drives a boring stock car. Some people modify cars as a hobby only to get talked down on other shop owners when going in for an alignment. These guys, they are deeply immersed in the car scene so they clearly understand the need for custom specifications while still keeping the vehicle driving straight and true! Don t hesitate to give these guys your business! 10 stars from me!

Fantastic overall experience with Jesse and Jerad. Tons of knowledge and first hand experience between them. My Subaru had a very unique situation with bump steer correction and a custom steering rack but they knew exactly what to do and what to recommend to improve my setup. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. From track to stance, take your car here if you want it done right.

Couldn t find a local shop in Sacramento area to install springs on my Tesla Model 3. Glad I found NorCal Chassis Works. Jesse and Jared are knowledgeable and professional. Great customer service they let me use their office to plug in my laptop and work. Jesse and Jared are car enthusiasts and racers who appreciate the value of a precision alignment. After speaking with me about the handling behavior of my car, they went out of the way to consult with a performance parts manufacturer before completing the job. My car now handles better than it did when it was new. I am very pleased with Norcal's work, and highly recommend them.

Highly recommended shop for suspension, tires, and alignments. My 2008 corvette was steering towards the right and shaking when driving. I was able to book an appointment the next day and left with a perfect alignment and no shake. Employees are kind and have very well knowledge about suspension. Was really impressed by their knowledge of cars and were able to explain to me how important alignments are as they installed some rear camber arms. Install was quicker than expected. Not sure what the other Christian was spouting nonsense about, but Jesse and his team were truly amazing. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. The services they provided to me were a front camber kit installation, along with a 4 wheel alignment. Everything was done in a timely fashion and I was also told of some parts that needed replacement in the very near future, which I really appreciated. All in all if you need any suspension work come to this shop, you will not be disappointed.

Great guys, Jesse & Jared, even though they specialize in sports cars, they helped me sort a suspension issue with my Nissan Armada, and I will recommend them to anyone. Fair priced and honest.

Jesse and Jared went the extra mile to make sure my car was aligned as perfect as can be. With a the new Supra, dialing in the alignment has been real tricky with SPL arms but Jesse went above and beyond my working with SPL to make sure me and my car were taken care of. I highly recommend them for all your suspension needs.

First off these guys know their stuff. It s nice to go to shops that are owned and operated by real enthusiasts. This was my first time using this shop and I was really in need of an installer who would take good care of my custom wheels. I m more than happy with the work completed. Top notch. Great people and awesome service! I brought my 350z to get aligned and some custom specs for the car because the previous shop I went to could not figure out their own mistake. I should have posted this at the end of last year but bad customer service is bad customer service. The guy that works there and the owner are super nice its the service that is bad I had my car aligned there the end of last year after fitting brand new BC coilovers took it to their shop explained to them what the car was doing and they aligned itI paid $200 and it made absolutely no difference to the car and when I politely inquired about what I should do next they told me that was it I got zero satisfaction nothing and that is the reason for my post if I had know that it was just a gamble to see if it worked or not and if it didn't its my loss I wouldn't have gambled I would have went somewhere else so save your moneyService: Wheel alignment

They sent me a Gmail calendar invite which i accepted. Showed up on time and the alignment took no longer than an hour at most. Afterward, they sent me a Quickbooks invoice and paid from my phone. Easiest trip to a shop I've ever had!Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment
