We have been going to Multi-Tech Auto since 2018. My husband and I both take our cars here and are very happy with the customer service we have received. Jeff is so helpful, taking the time to explain and show us the work that needs to be done. We left for a short time to find someone closer to our jobs, but have recently returned because no one beats them. It truly feels like taking it to a friend you can trust.

I am recommending anyone in need of auto repairs to have it done at Multi-Tech. The owner (Jeffrey) provides you awesome courtesies and professional years of experience. I am not just blowing smoke in your face. The truth and my BMW 650I performance speaks for itself. Thanks so much for going far and beyond dealing with warranty and dealership specifications . Oh by the way ppl, I had my car towed 50 miles from where I lived because I knew he was reputable. Also, thank you David, his co-worker.

I recently brought my car in for an unknown issue with the electronics in my AC and a window that would not go up. The folks at Multi-Tech Auto did a great job diagnosing the problem and getting it fixed in a timely manner. I was very grateful and honestly surprised at their expertise because the car is a fairly rare and uncommon car here in the USA but Jeffrey, the mechanic did a great job troubleshooting and coming up with a solution that worked and got everything in working order. I was very impressed with their services and will certainly come back here for any other issues that I might have in the future.

Multi Tech did a great job replacing a timing belt gasket. Jeffrey walked me through the process and all that it entailed. Kept me up to date via text and phone calls. Handled the deposit over the app and paid in full when I picked up my vehicle. I was particularly impressed by his professionalism and how clean and immaculate he keeps his shop. I came here to do the oil change. Although they had a busy schedule with short-handed employee for today. They did it within the time frame of what I wanted. Thank you guys for the awesome service. I will definitely come back here again.

Needed a wheel hub ( bearing) so I went to Multi-tech , they took care of me with efficiency , called me with updates, and work done Ronando I believe was his name was the technician very helpful, my 1998 Buick Park Avenue was ready for the road AGAIN, YES 185K STILL going, lil rubber mallet hit to the key and UNLOCKED MY steering column and key and turned ON , this worked for my old 1998 , in case this helps anyone, multi tech was patient with me while my car was being difficult like any car can be, fix something then you really see the OTHER Issues cars can have over time , Multi tech honored mymonthly coupon , I was so happy today for that , remember those monthly coupons ppl save some money , thank you to the helpful front office so polite and nice Cash option is better also I lived in Fairfield 20+ years and I recommend Multi-tech to anyone new drivers or older vehicles in my experience was Fantastic.Service: Auto brake replacement

MultiTech is the best automotive shop around. Owner Jeff is a high integrity, highly knowledgeable owner and technician. I ve been taking all my cars to MultiTech for years now. On July 1, 2023 I had to have my car towed to Mult-Tech Auto because the car stopped. Jeffrey, owner, called to tell me I needed an engine and the parts that go with it. Well, because I'm on a fixed income, he worked with me while I tried to figure out how I was going to pay for the parts and labor. I have an extended warranty, which ended up not agreeing to pay even though the engine is covered. I was blessed to be able to secure the funds for the repairs. The engine was ordered Friday, July 28th and I picked up my car August 2nd. I am one happy camper. I referred one of my sisters to Mult-Tech Auto and Jeffrey got her vehicle in and out within a couple of hours. She was super pleased with the quick and efficient work done!!!You couldn't ask for a better Auto Repair shop than Mult-Tech Auto. Honestly and integrity is this shop!!!This was the second time I had to go to Mult-Tech for service repairs. So very happy I found them just by driving down N. Texas. My car has been having issues since I bought it in Germany. I moved here and this place was the #1 recommended by google. They took care of my car in a very timely manner even though I required a lot of work (valve cover repair and other things). STAY AWAY!! BAD BUSINESS! I called this Repair shop on 4/26/22 to schedule a full diagnosis and repair of my vehicle. An appointment was scheduled for 5/3/22 at 10:30am. During the initial phone call, they never asked me what time I will be there even though they scheduled my appointment (I will tell you why that is a red flag). On 4/28/22, I called to move my appoint from 5/3/22 to 5/2/22 at 9am. The accepted my appointment change and didn't ask what TIME I should bring it in. I had to inform them that didn't they ask me what time I should bring vehicle in, and then they asked and I said 9am. On 5/2/22, I arrived there for my appointment and the mechanic took my car and mentioned that it will take 90minutes to complete full diagnosis. I informed him that I will sit and wait in the office, and he mentioned no qualms. After 30mins of waiting, I found out no one had started working on my car after I looked through the office window glass. About 60minutes later, a mechanic (different person than the one that checked me in) came into the office to use the computer and then I asked how the work on my car was going, he mentioned he will look into it for me. He returned after 5minutes to inform me that I needed to make an appointment as there are 3 cars in from of me. I informed him that I made an appointment. He informed me that I am suppose to drop my car off for a least 4hrs minimum. I asked him that why wasn't I told that information at the time I checked in and why am I finding out after over 1 hour of waiting. I also informed him that no one mentioned that to me at the time I made my appointment. He had no response. I asked for my keys back and informed him that I will be leaving a NEGATIVE GOOGLE REVIEW of their business today based on my poor experience, and he mentioned that I should do what I need to do, and I should have a blessed day. He did not take ownership or apologize for their poor customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great customer service. I didn t feel taken advantage of. I thought I needed new brakes but Jefreey said that I don t need to just yet and gave me options on what kind of maintenance I can do at that moment. He didn t try to sell me services that I don t necessarily need. My car runs great. Fair prices, I would recommend them to family and friends.Services: Auto engine tuning, Oil change

Jeffrey is very helpful my husband and I have gone to his shop a few times for oil changes and other issues our cars have had. He is straight forward and efficient at what he does even with his busy schedule he will try to have your car available as soon as possible. Prices are reasonable depending on your car needs. Jeffrey at Multi-Tech is an excellent mechanic and I highly recommend his service. The shop is clean and well organized. The guys that work there are sharp and professional. You'll get an honest estimate and top-notch work. They take pride in their skills and it shows. You can get almost any type of repair, from a simple oil change to more advance engine work. They are now my official go-to guys and they'll be yours too.

Let me start off by saying I m that typical girl that just knows to get the oil changed and when something is wrong a light comes on.. Well when I took my car here to Multi-Tech Jefreey took the time to explain what was wrong and didn t just try to rush me out.. The service was amazing and what could had taken a weekend to fix being that he was busy took just one day.. I will be back again and highly recommend this shop!!Service: Auto engine tuning

If you are looking for a mechanic that is honest, has integrity and does excellent work, then you need to go here!I went to my previous mechanic for 25 years before he retired. I have been looking for a mechanic since then (about 5 year). I have finally found him! Jeffrey, you are outstanding and I am extremely thankful I finally found you and your shop. I brought my 2008 BMW 335i for an oil change. The shop gave me a great deal for an oil change of $75. The owner is a very nice guy. Their shop is very clean and looks professional. They seem to work on German cars a lot. They were very quick changing oil. They also did reset oil change service. I will come here again.Recommend this shop!

Excellent service! When many others gave me the run around for something simple and urgent like changing a light. Despite the fact they were busy, I was given immediate assistance. Great price and location. Other locations quoted me extremely high for tune ups. The price here was reasonable and I don't have to wait days to get my car back like with the local dealership for a BMW. Thank you!

My 2001 PT cruiser s timing belt broke on the way to work. I saw the reviews for Multitech auto repair we re good and thought I would take a chance. John gave a decent quote. He tried to get the part earlier but was unable to. He got it that evening and told me it would be ready tomorrow. He called me 9 o clock that night to tell me that he finished the repair. It was impressive that he would keep working until the job was done. He even called the next day to make sure the car was still running OK. Great follow up! I think I just found my new go to mechanic.

My car desperately needed it s 105,000 service. I never have time for anything. I m trying to schedule this service for first appointment Saturday morning. I asked for a few quotes and decided on Multi-Tech because they worked with my schedule and they gave a reasonable quote. I explain when I dropped off the car that something is hang and dragging under the car and car has a rough idle. Jeff said he will look at it. He called me at 11:30am, the time I needed my car told me it was ready. We went over everything when I arrived and he explained the thing dragging is a broken cover. He made a temporary repair and told me I can get it fix when I m ready. Also he made additional repairs that I needed. The invoice was less what I was quoted I was impressed! When I drove my car home, I immediately noticed that the rough idle was gone! My car is back to normal!! I will be back for my oil change in three month. Thank you!

Had some vehicle damage underneath my car due to hitting a concrete block in the middle of the street. Jeff did an inspection and worked with my insurance for repairs.
