Justin, Marisol were the front end representatives for Moorhead Automotive. They are very professional. They clearly explained the services and provided regular updates on the status of my vehicle. The turnaround time from when I dropped off my car to when I picked it up (repaired) exceeded my expectations. The entire team at Moorhead was great!

I ve had my 86 ford diesel in this shop a couple of times, maybe 3, and they re really good. Honest, fair pricing, and don t try to get over on you (I worked as a mechanic back in the day so I have some idea). Definitely recommended.

If you have any issues with you car that you cannot handle yourself, bring you car to Moorhead Automotive Center! They are far the best shop in town. I have taken my car there on two different occasions and they given great timely service. Explain everything about your vehicle and cost up front. This will be the shop I take all my cars to.

I chose Moohead Automotive because I want people that I can trust to service my car. I chose them because of there 4.9 out of 5 rating, which was the highest of any other shop. I scheduled my appointment in person. When I took my car in on the day that the service was to be done my transaction was handled politely and professionally by the young lady who was fairly new. When she wasn't sure of something she went and asked. The young man that drove me home I think his name was Graden was very friendly. My car was serviced in a very timely manner and they explain everything that was I received detailed information both verbally and in writing about the inspection. I was really impressed that I received an email from them inquiring about their service. I will become a regular customer.

My vehicle, a 2017 Ram 3500, with a 6.7 Cummins diesel engine, had the check engine light come on. The issue was diagnosed and expertly repaired by Moorhead Automotive in a timely manner by their dedicated and friendly staff. They went out of their way to expedite the repair and to make me feel welcome at their shop. I also received a follow-up inquiry the day after the work was completed, asking if everything was in good order. I appreciate the job they performed on my vehicle, and I definitely appreciate the courteous and competent staff of Moorhead Automotive. I enthusiastically recommend them for your serious consideration when your vehicle needs professional attention.

Very responsive and communicative! The lobby is clean and the front desk staff is friendly and accommodating. The problem on my car was something any other mechanic would have probably overlooked and I am so happy Moorhead took the extra initiative to make sure they found the problem. Highly recommend

My Jeep started shaking really hard one day and I called Moorhead for help. They diagnosed the problem and in their safety check uncovered a couple of other issues that needed attention. After I was told everything that was wrong, I half expected a quote for thousands of dollars. Happily, the quote was very reasonable. Twenty four hours after dropping off the jeep, I picked up a vehicle that runs better now than it ever has in the five years I have owned it! I really can t say enough good things about this garage. I m so grateful to have found a shop that I can trust. Communication is excellent, the work impeccable and repairs reasonably priced! Thank you Moorhead Automotive!!

Great experience here. I had to have work done on my catalytic converter and Ray and his team were able to find the parts I needed for much cheaper than another place I had taken my Suburu too. Honest mechanic with fair prices. Highly recommend!

Great experience. They fixed everything I was worried about and more. They even went out of their way to fix something I had no idea about and didn t charge me extra. Very pleased with this place. I also got my truck back the same day. Very quick and straight to the point. I didn t feel like they were trying to upsell me on different parts that didn t need replacing like other mechanics would normally do.

Excellent service! I needed a window actuator and cable replaced and asked for a brake system check. The work was done quickly an at the price stated. They checked my brake system and let me know everything was good and no service was needed. I can t recommend Moorhead Automotive enough. Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff. The owner is very friendly and hands on, great communication from the time you hand your car over to pickup. I m always satisfied with any work that has been done on my car there. Prices are extremely fair as well. It s the only place I take my car to now.

My daughter took her car to Moorhead because they honor the CarMax repairpal extended warranty. They were very informative about CarMax s Warranty protocol's. She came back a couple months later after following the CarMax requirements and they took her in right away. They had her car back to her within a week. Moorhead is very communicative and did quality work on her car! I m thankful her car is again safe for her to drive!

I am here working in the area out of Michigan. My window stopped working and was stuck in the down position. I got there in the afternoon and they stayed past closing to get the job done. The window now operates as it should. I was very impressed.

The way I describe how I seek out a honest, affordable, knowledgeable expert automotive mechanic to partner with me in caring for and maintaining the health of my vehicle is how I would describe my experiences in seeking out a health-provider and expert for my child or myself for longterm future partnership in healthcare.I am a single mother and new to Fairfield. The journey has been daunting and full of twists, turns and unfortunate events getting to know the area and seeking and maintaining my lifestyle and the things I value. As a consumer, finding new providers comes with the territory when relocating. I am not one to get too bent out of shape but still- there is a natural vulnerability and requires ones-self to To read the room . Money is tight and I am a consumer who always states my needs and expectations up front politely however emphatically to any business owner I come across. I voice my need for honesty and describe the kind of consumer I am and my value system. I knew after talking to this business a couple times on the phone- that they deserved an opportunity to become a long term provider for expert care of my car. So far, I have not been disappointed.I have not had need for major service to my high performance vehicle and have kept it well maintained - but unfortunately I experienced a terrible triple blow out of my tires a month back and ran over a lot of debree on the interstate. After that, my vehicle was talking back to me.I knew locating an expert car mechanic to perform diagnostics and a good comb over on my vehicle was my responsibility. If not, it could be costly mistake later if not taking the time to seek out good reviews by other consumers.Moorhead automotive held high regard for providing the best service to me as a prospective client and my vehicle was also shown the same respect. They see a car as not just a transportation on 4 wheels. Metaphorically- they acted as they held the same value system I do my vehicle - that it is an extension to my ability to maintain my independence and remain reliable and extend the performance and life of my vehicle. They spoke on their word that they didn t want my vehicle to interrupt my financial obligations or make me as a car owner to feel vulnerable. They understood that I needed them to go the extra mile and perform up to par for my business and not to be crooked or oversell me. They needed to walk the talk and they over exceeded my expectations. They learned about my cars history and driving habits, its overall-susceptibility s, sensitivities, etc. They took the time to perform a proper diagnostic check and maintained transparency for my need to build a trusting relationship with them, knowing still - it doesn t happen overnight. However, first impressions are lasting impressions and Moorhead is an operation full of individuals who are car owners and business leaders that deserve to be a part of the competition of high performance car experts. In my first experience and in my mind~ they ve been cut from a different piece of clothe. This is my observations based on their ability to listen, process information and communicate affectively. They were timely with their responses, truly genuine in wanting to help and do the right thing for me and my vehicle. They operate like a well ordered machine, checking in ensuring I was kept abreast of what they are doing and when they plan to have the job completed. Their recommendations are not to make any extra money- because they shared with me what I needed to know but give me a choice when there is one needing to be made and (documenting it) for historical reference. They expressed the diagnosis in lamens terms- not to make me feel ignorant but so I can participate and follow along so I can know my vehicle as if it is a body of its own - because it is a tool that helps me remain reliable, dependable and perform my daily job well. I have a brand new Jeep warranty just ended do the dealership from Vacaville Dodge Chrysler which is absolutely terrible place to take your vehicle I'm pretty sure they're the reason why my water pump went out was recommended to Moorhead spoke to a gentleman named Thomas excellent service on point kept me up to date with everything was going on pretty much found my part within an hour had it all done with one day when the dealership was going to try to take over a month and charge me an arm and a leg this company was very professional they were really quick they got all done in the same day in fact less than half the day to get it done. Very impressed extremely satisfied very neat and clean facility definitely going to continue to go there and send my friends and family.Shout out Thomas for being a huge help appreciate it bud.Service: Auto water leak repair

II am more than pleased with the work Moorhead has done on my vehicles and I will continue to take all of my automobile needs to them now and further. I also like the fact that they inspect the cars for more than just the obvious work I request to be done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for automobile repairs for foreign or domestic cars.

Very fast service....we went from a nightmare experience at another place....to being recommended here. They were honest about what was needed gave me a couple options...listed financing options if I needed help paying! Very friendly staff and FUNNY! I don't even know if they know how grateful I am to them. We had a nightmare before coming to them and I'm so thankful they were able to fix the car so quickly. Thank you Ray! This place is amazing. Customer service was great and work on my vehicle was great as well.
