No added charges for this service or that additive. Just straight forward service. I was given an estimated time 1 1/2 hours for brake install. They were very accurate. This is my new spot for auto service for my car. Thank you everyone involved in the service of my vehicle.

Always have a good experience here, Demetri always takes good care of our vehicles and will always try to squeeze you into his schedule last minute which I understand can be difficult at times, but he always comes through! Can t say nothing but great things about Meineke Car Care Center in Fairfield. Don t hesitate taking your vehicle there. Demetri will take care good care of you!

Highly recommend! Excellent work at a very fair price. These guys went out of their way to help us out of a jam while we were driving through for the holidays. They got us in right away and fixed the problem while our toddler napped in the lobby. Thanks again!

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I had an important part come off of my car on a roadtrip and I called Meineke. Not only were they happy to help, but they got me in and out of there and back on the road in less than an hour. Deonte not only assured me that they could fix it, but he was so very kind and didn t charge me for service as it was an extremely quick fix. Thank you so much Deonte and Meineke for getting me back on the road quickly and safely! You guys are amazing!

The work they did on the car was excellent, but what I didn t like was I was given one price and charge another one at the end without being notified of a price change I do not think that is very good business, and I was disappointed in that. I was very disappointed in that part. I think I should ve been offered the first deal.

Hello. I only wanted to share my experience so others do not run into the problem I am having.I have been to Aegis a few times for an oil change and everything seemed to be okay. The last time I went in April 2023 they recommended I do my rear brakes, so I did. I spent $719.56 to just get the read brakes done. Everything seemed good until the day after. I started hearing a loud rubbing noise coming from both rear tires after I had been driving for a few miles. I attached a video of this sound.I took it back to them and the first time they said it looks fine so just drive it. That it could be my shocks and I should get them done. This did not make sense to me because the noise did not start until they messed with my brakes. The noise also gets louder when I push and let off the brakes. The noise got worse so I took it back again and they changed the brand of brake pads. The sound went away for a few weeks and came back.I have decided I do not want to go back and get told everything is fine and waste my time again. Obviously they did something to cause this noise on my car and are not knowledgeable enough to fix it.So, please do not get your brakes done here. I still have not gotten my brakes fixed and it's very upsetting I spent so much money to ruin my rear brakes. Driving around with that noise is super embarrassing. I think a oil change is all I would do here honestly.*I have a video of what my car sounded like after taking it to this place posted on yelp. It wouldn t let me post here*

I've taken my vehicle here for warranty work a few times and they've always repaired it better than new. Great customer service that stays in contact with you throughout the process.

I honestly wish I could give Aegis more than 5 stars! They have excellent customer service and were beyond professional. I took my car in because it was making an awful noise and I was positive I had bad breaks that damaged the rotors. Adam helped me from start to finish, he was super professional and when he called me to pick up the car I was pleased by how fair the price was! My rotors were actually fine after all, apparently the hot spots on the breaks were responsible for all the harsh noises. Regardless, I was thankful that they were so fair and honest with me despite my lack of car knowledge!I also thought I was going to have to order a part to fix a cosmetic piece in the car but Adam was actually able to snap it back in with no new parts!!I really can t say enough about the service!!!! Just yesterday, I went to what used to be Meineke and found that it recently changed to Aegis Auto Services. They provided the exact same automotive repair services, but they've been able to go entirely contact-less. Talking to Adam (the manager) about the work that needed to be done was actually a very pleasant experience--not once did I feel like he was trying to gouge me in terms of pricing. I went in for a pretty big job an engine replacement. I thought I might also need my brakes replaced, but upon inspection, they found that they did not need to be replaced yet. They also have the same great warranty on their work. As far as I'm concerned, I think this place just took it up a notch! Will definitely be bringing in other family vehicles soon.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic, Transmission repair, Brakes, Oil change

I'll start off with five stars for now. I just dropped off my vehicle and found out that it is no longer being serviced by Meineke. It is now Aegis Auto Services. The prices seem really good and the gentleman at the counter explained to me how the business became Aegis. He also informed me that there is a coupon available that I did not know about and applied it without me asking. Now that's customer service! I'm anxiously awaiting to see how the work is. But so far so good. If everything keeps going like this I'll be coming back.This is an add-on to my previous review. So far I find Aegis auto services to be reputable, Fair, talented technicians, and good prices. The manager, Adam, I was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable about the business. He explained to me exactly what was done and other things that should be done in the near future. He asked me if I had any other questions or thoughts in regard to the services provided. I will definitely be back.

Someone posted best shop in town. Correction..they're the best automotive shop in Solano county. There's a list of positive things I could say about them, however, you will need to bring your car to experience excellent service, true response and affordable pricing. I broke down half way through an 80-mile trip, and couldn t be more thankful for Aegis. Professional, kind, reassuring and skilled. The best of the best. Excellent place of business! I got the privilege of the owner of the facility helping me out, he was friendly and very accommodating to the fact that our car had suffered major damage not too far from the establishment. He took the time himself to come down and inspect the vehicle as well as stated late for us to get a tow truck to bring it there. Very professional and kind, would reccomend to friends and family.

Having several autos in my family, I trust the great service done by this facility in Fairfield. to my vehicles, even my antique Mercedes had a complete brake service performed at a very reas0nable price. Parts mark up of 400% on my 100K mile tune up. $56.67 dollars for a spark plug, I took the part number and I found the from $8 to $13 per plug. We broke down on 80. Fortunately we were able to limp into into Aegis. Adam was a pro and got us on the road with no hassle. Great service, quality people.
