Got an alert for low tire depth on my rear tires for my Tesla Y. Went to Les Schwab since I had a tire warranty there. They confirmed the tire depth was low and I needed new rear tires. Made an appt for Monday morning. Les Schwab had ordered my tires as they don t normally have Goodyear Eagles in stock. Went to the appt and got the tires changed out within a reasonable amnt of time. I had an extra rim that I wanted to put the new tire on and use the older tire as a spare. They accommodated my request. All in all, a good experience at Les Schwab.Also a little nugget, Les Schwab does tire repairs for free.

The shock of my life. No more clean cut men, but bearded men. Had my alignment done this afternoon. Took an hour. The ladies at their desks enjoyed their time with me keeping them laughing. Always excellent service.

Yo, every time I go here I am never disappointed. I have had 3 different vehicles serviced at Fairfield and other close-by locations over my lifetime and not one time have I been unsure about any recommendations they give me. If I m curious for more information, they re happy to share it with me. I know my money isn t going to go to waste here and each customer they work with is in great hands. These people are passionate about their work and it shows. The shop is always clean and business is rolling from the minute they open. Thank you Les Schwab for your professionalism, quality of work, and genuine compassion for the people who choose to do business with you.

They are the best tire and brakes front ends you name it they are on it I have never had a complaint about them.the staff are friendly and respectful with warranties for all repairs check them out I've been going there sine 1990.

Terrible business practices ! We have been customers of Les Schwab for 20 years and have never had such a bad experience. We sent our daughter into the Fairfield Ca. N. Texas st. location for an inspection. She was told she needed new back shocks. The quote was 800 dollars for front and back. She arrived to the scheduled appointment, they had the wrong make and model on the quote and parts order and could not do the work. The order also had 3 sets of shocks on it. They had added 500 dollars more to her quote.. We asked for the manager to clarify this process,and were given an assistant manager. He said he would help us out and that they had made mistakes. They did no work on her car for the scheduled appointment and the assistant manager sent us an email with a new quote for additional work needed which included parts and service that were not listed on the original inspection The price was now up to 2000.00 dollars There was NO compensation or care given to us not even an apology. Certainly does not foster any trust on our part. We won't be returning.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I bought a set of 4 new tires exactly a week before from Les Schwab. The Santa Rosa store is amazing! Never had to wait for more than an hour. I got a flat on my way from Santa Rosa to Sacramento. I called ahead because I sat on the side of interstate 80 for 45 minutes. I was told the wait was going to be 2 hours. I was also told that she might be able to get it handled sooner. I was stuck. There's really nowhere for me to go and no way to get there anyway. After 2 and a half hours my car was still sitting where I parked it. With no sign of being fixed anytime soon. I ended up leaving because I needed to get out of town before the traffic got too heavy. I arrived at 12:30 ended up driving off at 3. Still hit friday traffic and had to finish my drive on my donut. I did not feel safe at all having to drive that far. I went to Les Schwab in Galt the next morning and within 10 minutes my car was on the rack. P.S. I didn't have an appointment there either. They didn't have my tire in stock and had to have one brought in. Will still be less than an hour! Galt and Santa Rosa amazing! Great job! Fairfield needs to get it together! Very disappointed!

Friendly professional experience. I have a 2011 Prius with over 170k on it. Got my brake check, but no need for the replacement yet (original brakes still: 5mm front, 6mm rear). The advisor recommended checking again on my next 5k. I need my alignment as well, unfortunately, the machine was down that day. 4/2/22

Doing business with this company is like a big breath of fresh air.. these folks actually answer the phone, follow up, and are an absolute pleasure to work with. Have given this Schwab location all our business since moving into area 8 years ago. These guys are the best!

Reliable quality is the type of service as well as product you'll receive from Les Schwab. The best part of always coming here is if the flat tire can be fixed (patched), they'll do it for free, no questions asked. The environment in this particular location is clean, well-maintained, and the staff are professional. They have a TV to keep you occupied and vending machines for snacks and quenching your thirst. Highly recommend if you're needing tire service in the area!

Good price on rims and tires. Was able to schedule online. They even called to confirm the appointment and to let me know I picked the wrong wheel size. Sat in the store while they installed which only took an hour and a half.

"Trust but verify". Growing up in Oregon, I've known of their reputation for years and trusted them to do right. However, on 8/26/23, the salesman told me I had 90k on my tires and recommended a set of 4. I trusted him. At home, I checked my records. One pair only had 53k, the other 43k. Warranty is 80k. I came for a rotation and nail removal. 4.5 hrs. Ended up paying for four new tires including pressure sensor kits. Check tire light still on. I hope they reach out to make it right.

I called before going and was told to come on down. I had a great experience in 2020 and was going to take advantage of the Free Flat Fix they offer. I waited for over 3.5 hours before finding out there were still two appts in front of me and soon after just getting my keys back. I ran to Tire Depot, where I had a good experience as well a few years ago but I knew I had to pay out of pocket for it. I feel so stupid for losing such a huge part of my day when I could have been done in less than 10 min. for $15. Seems it would be better business to refer people out to some of the other places close by, like "Tire Depot" instead of losing your clients completely due to being really unhappy with the long waits.Kick down some of the free tire fixes to the place down the street if the wait is going to be so darn long. It makes sense to just be honest with clients when you are busy.......I don't know anyone that would opt for a loss of 4 hours to paying $15. Time is more valuable to me.To anyone reading this: Go elsewhere if you are just getting a flat fixed!!!!! Free up these guys time for appts. They are really nice and it is a cool place to wait on a hot day, but for just a flat? NOT The PLACE to GO!!!!

They saved me... Patching my tire...I ran over a nail in a parking lot and heard my tire hissing as as I was driving away... I drove to this shop unannounced 30 min before they were closing and they kindly patched my tire for free on a busy Friday night .... Thank you to the workers and the friendly receptionist... Thank you Steve, Marie, Tyler, Cesar!!! I will buy my next set of tires here as a thank you.. see you guys soon!

I popped a tire on the way home from the airport. They got me in same day and made sure my car was finished same day so I could finish my long drive home. All staff were very honest and friendly. Waiting room is kept nice and cool for July, with lots of seating. They made a really bad day a little better.

I got a flat tire on my way to work and Andrew helped me right away and was able to get me on the road as soon as possible. Everyone at the Fairfield Les Schwab was really friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend Andrew to help you with any of your tire needs! Thanks again guys! 10/10

They did an excellent job, I brought an older 90s mk3 Volkswagen GTI in and Landen serviced everything he could possibly see wrong with it in a day (And during a storm power outage) for less money than what was initially asked for. The car was running dangerously before but he got it nearly good as new and gave me advice on other problems. I ended up buying a new front fender liner after you guys had serviced my vehicle and did not need to take the car back to you guys for a realignment but it was nice to have the offer available for those 30 days. Highly recommend taking your car here for suspension and tire check. My car is low and smooth:)

When we came in we were frantic and they were so sweet and accommodating! They stayed past their closing time just to fit us in and on top of that they fixed our car first thing in the morning in less than an hour! We are so grateful for everyone who worked on our car! This place is number one! Best Les Schwab I been to!

Got a flat tire in my new car and there was no spare! Landon, Hunter and Ashley at the Fairfield location and Jen at the Dixon location were the ones who helped me get the matter sorted and they were all impeccable! Amazing experience, went in with low expectations (dealings with a lot of autoshops) and was completely blown away by how courteous and helpful everyone was. I had both of my tires repaired and full rotation.

A few last month(9/2022) I was sent an email about my tires and forgot to respond. Well, I love my tires. My van rides so much smoother now!!! I've always had nothing but excellent service at the Fairfield CA Les Schwab!! The staff is friendly, efficient, professional and explains everything before beginning the work. Thank you Les Schwab!

Came in on a Saturday morning to fix a punctured tire. I was told they provided this service free-of-charge which was true. The older of the two ladies behind the counter was nice and I asked that they check and pump up all four tires. I get a phone call later that day informing me they didn't find any punctures. As soon as I take my car back, I realized that not only was there definitely still a hole in my tire, but also they didn't even bother to pump it back up for me after (possibly?) checking the air pressure. I ended up driving 20 miles on the freeway before realizing the tire was almost completely deflated.

I called, the phone service was great, but he told me one thing and the gentleman who helped me only gave me the most expensive option, they never once told me they were keeping my car over night, very frustrating. No call, nothing when I dropped it off, I have a second job that I was not able to make it to since I didn't know I needed to make other ride arrangements for. All in all they are nothing special, very over priced, and I'd go anywhere before I ever go here again. Wouldn't recommend at all, unless you got money to throw away and you really don't care, I've been to places where I've paid half what I paid here and I got my car back in about an hour, worst experience at a tire shop ever. We called the receptionist, she was so very rude, almost as if I was in the wrong for bringing my vehicle here. Regret spending my money here.

Been going here for years. They are so kind and quick. They "get" customer service and provide just that! Aside from their customer service they have awesome warranties on their tires and lord knows I get a flat yearly. Thanks Fairfield Les Schwab for your excellent service and making my experience less stressful.

Took my truck to Fairfield Les Schwab tires today. Had a bolt in my left front tire. They plugged and patched it. We ve used them for years. Picked up the truck and was told NO CHARGE. They had our history, but not this PU, and even though the tire was a Ford original. They took very good care of usThank you to the crew at Les Schwab for great service again.

They are very helpful and fixed my flat for no charge. There is quite a wait so plan on bringing 2 cars and go and do a few things and come back in a few hours.

Stopped in around 12:30 pm to have a tire repaired and was told it would be a couple of hours. I had to be at 5:00pm so, I left my car there and went home expecting a call around 2-2:30ish. When 4:30pm rolled around and I hadn't gotten a call, I went to the shop to get my car since I had to work soon. My car was still exactly where I parked it with A FLAT TIRE! I had to use my compressor to air up the tire so I could get to work!! They hadn't touched my car. I have had tires repaired at other Les Schwab stores and never had to leave my car. Repairs were done in 20 minutes or less! This store is not the place you want to go to for tire repair

Awesome place for anything tire. I brought in a tire that's never been to a Les Schwab before and they still didn't charge me for a quick leak fix. I will always use Les Schwab when available
