Yesterday, I called JJ Auto Repair concerned my engine and awd lights were both on. They did a diagnostic test and in writing explained what was found wrong with my vehicle. I need to thank the receptionist Kenia for her kindnessand Francisco for taking my car last minute. I highly recommend. Fantastic service. Thank you both.

Man this is the best place I've been too. My car repairs went great! My car hasn't sounded this quiet since I got her. I've had her 4 years. I will be back for other things I may need.love the customer service.

Great prices, friendly service. They are now charging extra for debit or credit, so bring cash for any major repairs. My oil change was only about $1.50 more for using my card. Highly recommend, been a customer for a couple years now.

Didn t completely fix an didn t connect radiator after doing work very unprofessional an could have cost my engine never again will I go back after dropping 1500 cash to fix my car

Came for repair, they completed the repair.But I got my car back with the speedometer no longer working, I was told they would fix it so I was patient.When they went to check the issue, I was told my fluids needed to be flushed. He called my phone at 11am stating everything was fine and he would be flushing the fluids now, he did not call back until closing time on a Friday to tell me that my car is now running oil on to the floor due to something blowing or bursting.I was told they would fix it, just give them til next week due to low staffing. I waited patiently again, only to be told the issue wasn t their fault and they would not fix it.I would not recommend an oil change with these guys, thank you.Service: Auto maintenance

Took truck in for an oil change got it back, truck was leaking a lot of oil on start up. We took it back, they said it might just be oil residue so they cleaned it up and added a "dye" to see if it continued leaking, it did. We took it back and they said was a 14+ hour job they needed to replace oil pan gasket($2300+). We got a second opinion at an honest auto shop our truck hasn't leaked since and the repair was only $160. Will not be going back because I feel like we gave them a second chance when we took it in after they added the dye.

Staff was super friendly and quick service. Kept me updated on what was going on and when my vehicle was being worked on until completed. Super professional and kind. I highly recommend people check them out. I will be a returning customer forsure. Thumbs up

Ran over some debris on the highway while on a long trip, hundreds of miles from home, and banged up my undercarriage. Went here to get it checked 15 minutes before they closed, and Johnny was super polite + helpful. He took a look and fixed it free of charge in just a few minutes. I feel really happy with the customer service I had here. Johnny, the owner, took care of my truck s brakes and showed me the cause of squeaking I was having with my front brakes. He replaced the rotors and brake pads all while finishing up a busy day at the shop! I m so glad he took the time to fit me in his schedule.I ll be coming here again for service with my other vehicles. Highly recommended if you are thinking of an auto repair shop to go to.Service: Brakes

JJ Auto Repair was excellent. I had an issue with my car took it to Firestone and they were going to charge me over 2000.00 to fix my car, so I was calling around to other places and I found J J Auto Repair, when I called and explained the situation they explained that they would like to run a diagnostic themselves which I was ok with I was at peace talking to Joe and brought my car in Joe looked at it ran the diagnostic again and found the same issue but also found I needed new back brakes which Firestone never said anything about. J J fixed everything wrong for less then what Firestone quoted me. I highly recommend J J Auto Repair they are fantastic people.Services: Brakes, Oil change

They are highly unprofessional, lack of experience on most things other than oil changes. Even that they will mess up some way to get you to come back and spend more money.I brought my car for a simple repair, they have blown my motor and refuse to fix the problem, insisting to be paid again.Just a bad shop, DO NOT GO HERE!!!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection

Fantastic service! Above and beyond! Went in for belt replacement and got an outstanding overview of what I needed in the future (I already knew my car needed some TLC, but not specifics). I was looking for someone to work on my door locks and I noticed they had opened up a shop wher oil can Henry s was so I stop by to see if they could do anything to help me and they were very forthcoming and very willing to help me out they did find a couple other things that needed to be repaired but all in all they did not overcharge me to my understanding and I was very happy with all the work that they had done to my car I would highly recommend them to anybody who has anything wrong with their car
