Wow!! I can t say enough good things about Integrity Auto they did an AWESOME job paint-matching/refinishing the bumper on my 911!! Their work is high-quality and I couldn t give them enough stars if I tried. Maggie at the front desk is beyond helpful and amazing! She answered all of my questions/concerns and was super friendly and professional throughout it all. I ll definitely be going back to Integrity for ANY future auto detailing needs. Highly recommend!

I own a Corvette Z06 and forgot to lock the roof down. When I got on the freeway the roof flew off and was destroyed. My usual shop went out of business so I didn't know where to go? I did a Google search and came across Integrity. They had over 400 reviews and all were 5 stars? I had to go check them out. They were working on a Bentley and a 911 restoration and the shop looked very clean and organized. I left my beloved Z with Integrity and authorized repairs. The results went above my expectations. They walked me through the process handled the insurance company and finished in a timely manner. When I picked up my car there was a big reveal with the entire shop standing around to watch and take video. The work was absolutely flawless and I couldn't even tell it had work done. I am blown away with the entire process and results. I now know those hundreds of 5 star reviews are actually for real. I will definitely trust Integrity with all my vehicles and I highly recommend them to anyone.Service: Painting

I had the most wonderful experience with Maggie!! I came to Integrity Auto because the previous Auto body I was referred to was very unprofessional. I had the most honest lady to help me out. She told me exactly what was needed for my car, and on first visit, something told me that I can trusted her, that she was going to help me. I will definitely recommend Integrity to everyone!!!! My experience with integrity auto collision center was about the same as 2022 when I first worked with them. Customer service was excellent, it took about a month like last time for the body work, but hey these things always take time. I was super thrilled that they were able to even take my car in, as the holidays had many other auto body shops booked until the end of January. I appreciate my car being returned to me cleaner than it was, feeling like when I first bought it. Thank you Integrity Auto, thumbs up

Absolutely recommend and will never go anywhere else in the Bay Area for any automotive needs! Renato is who my husband worked with the most and he was excellent. They were quick, worked with us and insurance, professional, and they communicated with us to keep us in the loop. My husband is very particular with our vehicles and was blown away at the job Integrity Auto did with our truck when the rear half was totaled in an accident. Would not even look at another shop in the Bay Area after our experience here!

The entire staff at Integrity Auto Collision Center, Inc. were professional, attentive, clear, friendly, and transparent. I primarily interfaced with Renatto and he was fantastic. I spoke with other staff who were equally impressive. The work performed by the shop was top-rated. They completed the repair on the forecasted schedule and there was no surprises. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a top quality repair at a fair and reasonable cost.

Staff was extremely caring, answered numerous questions always with a smile. Even tho they did not end up doing car repairs, as my car was declared a total loss, I would certainly take my vehicle to them should I ever need that type of service again. My son has used their services also in the past and was the one who recommended them. I will recommend them to family and friends too.

The team at Intregity really care about their customers and are diligent in the process being as quickly as possible. Maggie made it stress free, even when my own insurance made it so hard with the repairs. Great communication as well every step of the way. I will forever be a customer. I m hoping we don t see each other again, respectfully. You won t be disappointed going there, they work with integrity and honesty. Know your vehicle is in great hands. They definitely live up to their name!

After my collision, Integrity Auto was super helpful assessing my cars damage (even before I dropped it off they helped assess it by text) and they gave me regular updates and helped me with insurance. Oscar will take care of you and your vehicle!Edit: Just adding that Oscar helped me submit a complaint to the department of insurance and helped me get $200 back from my insurance company, thanks Oscar!

21 Tundra Trd Pro. This place is amazing. This is the second time I brought a vehicle in for repairs and the work is flawless and quick. They use genuine parts and repair your vehicle to spec without cutting corners. Service is great and I would highly recommend Integrity Auto Collision Center to anyone who wants hassle free great work done right the first time. Not to mention the staff is easy to work with, nice and get stuff done!!

I have taken three of my vehicles to Integrity and all times have been a great experience. I am very particular about my vehicles and have never been more happy with the way it was fixed. The more you look for defects you usually find something but the more I look I just see the extra effort they put in to making your vehicle better then before the accident. Example they buffed out my yellowed faded headlights when that was not part of the job. I ve dealt with Maggie all three times and she is very professional and thorough,l.

Had my 1st accident in 43 years. Took my car to Integrity Auto Collision Center,Inc. for an estimate. It was a fair deal I felt, so we took the car in and had it repaired.They did an awesome job with the car I'm about a week.

Integrity has been nothing short of awesome!! I was having difficulty with my insurance company covering the damage costs of my vehicle that was damaged in a hit and run. Integrity quickly saw the runaround they were giving me and helped me obtain an attorney to get a proper appraisal. In the end, my car was fixed, integrity did a fantastic job making it look brand new again, and I m forever grateful for their help. Integrity will always have me as a customer if I need collision repairs (hopefully not too often!)

Overall great experience with Integrity Auto. Renatto was my point of contact with the shop and I'm glad he was. From first visit to picking up the vehicle after the work was done he proved to be knowledgeable, professional, and showed genuine care that I was properly compensated by the insurance company. I had a minor dent in my rear bumper of my 2017 Hyundai Sonata. I dealt with Maggie of Integrity. She was very professional and efficient. The repair took a couple of days longer than estimated because there was a delay in getting the parts in. Integrity did an excellent job on the repairs. The car looks as good as new.

This is by far the best work I ve ever seen from a body shop. I use to paint aircraft and know what to look for and I honestly can say the work that was done was perfect. Also I was updated every time a step was completed and I received my vehicle on the day promised. Everyone was amazing to deal with and they are now my go to shop for anything auto body related.

If you re trying to decide which auto body repair shop to use, stop here! You ve found the best place. My whole experience with Integrity Auto Collision Center - from the first phone call and walk in the door, through the end when I picked up my repaired car - was such a positive one. I was completely impressed with how much they took care of communicating with my insurance company, working for my best interest and clearly explaining the whole process, keeping me informed and updated. Maggie was amazing! Seamless process, professional and kind. My car looked amazing when I went to pick it up and I was not expecting this whole experience to be as positive as it was. I am blown away with the amazing customer care experience at Integrity Auto body. If you re looking for a collision center look no further, Maggie my Estimator was amazing along with the entire staff that assisted me throughout my repairs. I was kept informed on every step of the process. The front admin even tried to make the process simplistic in attempting to coordinate my rental/drop off. If I ever need a repair shop I will be using them and recommending them to friends/family! Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Taking your vehicle to a body shop for repairs can be an extremely stressful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Rennato and the Integrity Auto Body staff my stress level started to diminish. Integrity Auto did an amazing job repairing my damaged Infiniti G35 rear bumper. I worked with Renatto who was very professional, forthright and very responsive throughout the process. They were able to provide me with a rental car and made dealing with the insurance company painless. I would definitely consider going to them for any future work.

Had the Rhino Pro liner installed. Every aspect of the process was fantastic. I dropped it off in the morning and picked it up just before closing the same day. There's only the slightest bit of overspray on the tailgate that got past where they taped it off, but I'm very picky about my stuff! I would highly recommend letting them do this for you after watching several people destroy their day on a DIY application. Save yourself the wasted weekend and mess; let Integrity help you!

From the moment I placed my initial phone call, I experienced a pleasant person on the other end of that call. Maggie was very pleasant, and wanted to help with the damage that my daughter's car had sustained. The repair would not be terribly complicated, but she put me at ease nevertheless, and quoted me more than what the repair work actually ended up being.She really listened to my concerns, and assured me the vehicle was in good hands if I (we) entrusted Integrity with it. Staff is very knowledgeable. I did not end up getting my vehicle repaired due to it being declared a total loss. Despite this Renatto was very helpful during the whole process. I would highly recommend this shop!

This has been the BEST place I have taken my Durango for auto repair. I was recent was in a car accident and found this place through google with good reviews. BEST decision ever. Maggie was so helpful took care of everything for me keep me updated in how things were going with my car. The day I pick up my Durango best experience ever they had my car wrap up with a big red bow and said are you ready to see your car and said yes! My Durango look sooooooo good I can t not thank this place for doing the EXCELLENT job ever. All the details were excellent. I MOST DEFINITELY recommend this place for your auto repair. they sure do treat your car like their own. :D

They are the best in town. My car has been hit a few times and I always go to them. They keep you updated and try to make the process as easy as possible. I definitely recommended taking your car here. They make it look brand new again like it just came straight off the car lot.
