The team at Hanlees Toyota were great. I had to have some major work done on my vehicle which took over a week to complete. Ryan was able to get me in to a rental vehicle while the work was being performed. I definitely recommended Hanlees for anyone looking for an honest team who does great work. Thank you for all your help.

The service advisor (Tony) said he would put his best technician to trouble shoot anOngoing trouble. They keep my car over night to make sure everything was okay. Today April 09, 2024 my car went completely dead. Thinking it was a dead battery I call AAA emergency road service. When the technician from AAA began to unscrew the negative side of the battery post, we both saw that it was not screwed down at all. If this is your best technician, I would hate to see what your worst technician is all about. I will be calling the service advisor tomorrow morning.

Brandon,service advisor was great to work with. He got me in on time and kept me up to date on vehicle.Car was ready as promised. Went over everything the tech suggested with estimate.Happy to continue working with Brandon every time I bring car in.Thanks Hanless Fairfield Toyota!!!!

The customer service, as a first timer, was excellent. Being a new car owner they put my fears at ease as I brought my car in for a routine maintenance check. Brandon told me of my options but never pressured me to up grade if it wasn t necessary. He kept me updated on the needs of my car throughout the day and made arrangements for shuttle service to drop me off and pick me up from work. I knew beforehand how much I would be paying and what would be under warranty. My experience with Brandon and Hanlees was seamless and I appreciate the care they took in making sure I was informed and my car was taken care of.

I was just going to have my oil changed. But after talking to your agent, decided on the minor service. I asked how long it would take. He said 1 1/2 to 2 hours. So to my surprise when he finished in 45 min. After looking at my receipt, what the mechanic put down would take longer than 45 minutes. Then when I saw the suggested services, would cost me an additional $4600. I have decided to get a second opinion from someone else. I think the trust I had in you has now disappeared. I'm going to take it to a more trustworthy place.

Excellent service and very prompt. The shuttle servicemen Ed was very hospitable. Also Tony the (service representative) taking receipt of my vehicle was hilarious and entertaining, but very professional. I will bring my car here for my next scheduled maintenance.

Best place for Toyota service, everyone is very nice and knowledgeable. They don t pressure you into doing any service you are unable to do but instead will help you plan out which ones are critical to help you with costs. Very comfortable waiting area and all the employees will greet you like family.

Brandon has been a huge help and is the reason why I continue choosing Hanlees today. He was a phone call away from major help. Recently, my vehicle died on me. After hours, I was able to get into contact with Brandon who got me in the following morning right away. He shared updates, prices and timeline of the vehicle. He took the stress out and made me feel at ease!

Ryan is a great service manager, he takes care of the customer!Brandon was my service advisor, he is responsive, detail oriented and very personable.Rob is the only mechanic I will let work on my truck. He has been my go to since 2014. He is a master mechanic and knows Toyotas front to back.I appreciate everyone at Hanlees Fairfield so much that I drive to Napa to take my Subaru to Hanlees Subaru. Kept my car for almost 3 months ordered the wrong part multiple times. Very bad communication skills. Didn t even let me know the part came in or let me know what they started working on it. Horrible. Will never EVER go back to this Toyota again !

I got stationed in the area and was trying to find a dealership for my Tacoma maintenance. At first, I took my truck to the Toyota dealership in Vacaville and they over charged me on everything. Since then I been going to Hanlees Fairfield Toyota. I cant say enough good things about the Part/Service department. Great customer service and fair price.

Brandon was the rudest person ever ! I informed him I could not purchase the car he was so pushy with no ease. He texted me the next day after my other car broke down and I couldn t make it saying that oh I could have told him . I had other priorities. Trying to make me feel bad and when I had told him I am looking else where that s when he really got nasty . I blocked him . I went to ford in Vacaville! Best service ever !

I recently visited Hanlees Fairfield Toyota. It was a wonderful experience. They were very helpful. I live about 20 miles away from the dealership and it s well worth the drive for the level of service that I receive!
