My mom's car was taken in for a oil change . A month later the car stalled out. Not knowing what was wrong we had a mechanic come look to put a code reader on it. The mechanic said the car had zero oil in it . They put 4 quarts of oil in the car. The car never leaked oil and still does not, no oil spots in driveway at all. My fiance who took the car in went and spoke to the owner. He said he realized he didn't put the oil in . They had a long conversation about the issue. The owner said for my fiance to have the car towed to his shop and things would be worked out as he felt bad about the whole situation. The owners wife was not there at the time of the conversation. When she came into work. She called us for the date on the paperwork. Which they should of had a copy of. She states how it's not there fault the car would of never drove with no oil. Funny how the husband was taking responsibility when she was not there. Then his while story changed. I asked for his insurance to try to deal with it further which he denied giving to me . I had used this business for about 20 years and referred them to many friends and family . Which I will definitely no longer do. I will be contacting the BBB and continuing with this issue. If I could leave a zero star review I would . This whole thing is a shame. The man had always been trustworthy and honest until now.

Such a great automotive repair shop! I ve been coming here for the last 20 years to have my vehicles smog done and repairs. The shop is run by a husband and wife, they have always taken care of my vehicles, they are an exceptional team. I m happy to support small business and I always refer my friends and family to this particular shop. I ve never had an issue with the work performed on my vehicles and I will continue to bring my vehicles to them in the future! I highly recommend this business!!!

Besides the price, (which is competitive), they did a wonderfull job, mom and pop shop, quick cheap smog, great repair work. They got my lemon car (Ford Taurus) up and running and smogable when no one else could. I highly recommend them to any one with car trouble, 100 dollar diagnostic fee was well worth it. They dint lie to me, didnt price gouge, and got it done in a timely manner.

I have been coming here for my smog test for the past six years. the auto technician"the owner" made a error in putting wrong information and milage odometer miles. now carfax history report is reporting wrong information. I dropped by the shop and he told me I had to pay for his mistake, what the f.......k. if you don't want headches don't go there.like my boss tells me, takes a lot to gain a customer and a second to loose one.

Kinda new in town, didn't know where to take my car. Found this place and had a good experience. They're so friendly, explained/showed me what was wrong with my vehicle. I recommend this place 100%..

Went here for smog fail diagnosis, I was here once prior and so was my husband we got a $97 diagnosis cost the first two times and then $150 the next time for the same car. Unsure as to why he changed the price. There is a language barrier so he was impossible to speak to over the phone and then when going on he told us car was smelly and very dirty and that it would have to be cleaned before he could perform the diagnosis and repairs due to allergies. We also were told both times that the car would have to be left there overnight for the diagnosis alone, which might be normal. Our car was messy probably due to the fact that my sister had the car for over a month, it didn't smell to me but whatever. Due to that experience I would not go here again especially for CAP repairs. They must be rich and don't need business.

Straight forward no nonsense shop. They get the job done in a timely manner and dont over charge you. They didnt try to lie or cheat me and did exactly what I asked for. I am happy to help support this family business.

Do not let them touch your vehicle... Warning!!!! I was Over Charged, Their service is over priced save your money and do not go here. There are many reputable smog places in Fairfield and unfortunately,, this is not one of them...

Just called, the lady who answered did not even greet me. I asked if they can take an oil change and the lady just said no. I asked when, then she said not today. Ok? I don t know if this one is affiliated with the other one, but that s no way to run a business. Explain something!

For over 8 years I've been bringing all 6 of my vehicles here. Friendly, fast �nd honest. Very hard to find now a days. Highly recommend!!!

USING FAKE REVIEWS ON YELP TOO. THEY WILL FAIL YOU & OVER CHARGE YOUR CARD WITH RANDOM FEES ONCE YOU LEAVE. NO REFUND AND WILL BLAME BANK. THESE TWO SHADDY BUSINESS OWNERS ARE WORSE THAN EASTERN TELEMARKETERS..! BEWARE.
