This is the best car mechanic shop ever! My husband and I have relied on them for many years through several cars they have kept running and in tip top shape. We have never been disappointed. They are reliable, have reasonable prices, and are super friendly. As a woman, I especially appreciate their no nonsense honesty and highly professional business ethics. Outstanding service! We love you guys!!!

Absolutely one of the best service providers in the area. I've used them twice and they were phenomenal. Service was great. They were very thorough in their explanations and made sure I understood exactly what needed to be done and why. They were also surprisingly fast, I will definitely be bringing my VW back here if anything goes wrong.

Once again these guys came through for me. Had a timing belt to change. Took longer than hoped for. It was an unfamiliar car for them, Chevy diesel. But in the end they made it all good and hats off to them. This is a small shop. Honest mechanics. Professional work, done quickly, done well, and friendly too! These guys are the real deal. I honestly can't say enough about them. I leave their shop every time, with a smile on my face. Just great mechanics and good guys.

Was in a pinch where my coolant reservoir had a crack and I was taking a 700 mile road trip. Scott took my car switched put the reservoir and made sure everything was running ok for me with no appointment. He had me back on the road in 30mins and charged a very fair price for it. This was a great experience that turned my day from potential disaster to only losing an hour of time from my trip. Thank you Scott so much!!

Honesty is the big one. James is very honest and helped out even with the last minute request.I have problem with my beemer, Janes took a quick look and fixed the issue right away. I did not make an appt, I just called him right that minute, and he told me bring my car...right then and there, he fixed it.Then I asked, hima about my other car, again, he asked me to bring the car...right there and there thye fixed it - both cars without charges..His technician, Martin is a good guy too.Thank you James Service: Auto engine diagnostic

It's been a couple years since we had work done here, but they have my highest recommendation. We had an aging VW TDI that was falling apart, and they were very honest about which repairs were worth performing. Advising against a high cost job tells me they care about repeat business which is hard to find these days.

Took my 7 series for a lighting problem that had me stumped. These guys were really good at diagnosis and priced REALLY fairly. I was pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend them for your German automotive needs.

Really nice group of people. My engine was shot. They helped me identify it for free and set me up with a 'junking' company to pay me for the remains.They didn't bill me anything and gave great advice. Additionally, they were very kind to me and my baby while we waited for our ride to pick us up.

Came here randomly to get a 2nd opinion, after dealing w/ Midway Automo. thanks to Scott & James I'll continue bringing my Mercedes to this shop from now on, they are very thorough & take time w/ their work, they don't rush the job, they make sure their customers understand any issues going on & are safe & happy once the job is done, along w/ prices you can't beat, very thankful for Scott's team....

You know what this place is excellent the guy James and his whole crew are trustworthy and honest I'm a skeptical about mechanics but these guys change my mind completely thank you for all your help I recommend this place completely I need to be something higher than five star

James is an awesome guy and has helped be quite a lot with the chassis (don't think he touches rotary engines but at least he doesn't hear "RX7" and refuse to so much as look at the rest of the car like some mechs do) of my FC RX7 project. always down to press bushings or go for a quick ride along to hear that noise you can't quite describe completely.I highly recommend James and his team.

I m giving them one star because you have to give something. I went here initially based on the reviews and completely trusted them. Only to find out they pushed me to go home to fake like they worked on my car. The second time, they tried to pull this stunt once again. This time I turned around, got my car, and received a second opinion where they confirmed they were trying to swindling me. Please go somewhere else!Update: Below is a picture of the EVAP detection pump that they "fixed." It showed up on their diagnostic as well as a diagnostic machine from the dealer after they claimed to have fixed my car. I asked the technician about it and he said it was associated with something else. I also have the serial number from the detection valve in my phone from prior to the visit. It matches the serial number that's still in my car. Therefore, I said what I said. Please go somewhere else! Or, since you are so defensive you can kindly refund the $400 back to my account.
