The employee at the desk was helpful and courteous. Now my problem is if your vehicle maintenance record is not with them they will recommend services that you may have already done. Beware. My other issue was what the dealership auto center said was different from what they said. To be safe we just went back to the dealer. If you go here good luck chuck

Just took my car back to this place. I had a credit of $93 because they charged me a brake fluid change last july 23. I took it in for an oil change last july , had an appointment at 9am and did not leave finish until 3-4pm. They told me my brakes and rotors needed to be replaced which was reasonable since my brakes were squealing. But before this happened i left my car while i walked around in the mall and when i came back at my car was not yet finished and they charged me for brake fluid without telling me. So fast-forward, i used the credit did the oil change and i stayed and waited in the shop to make sure they'll take care of my car. It took 2hrs and i made sure to follow up for status. After only putting in less than 5k miles since their last service, they are now telling me my rear brakes and rotors need to be replaced. I'd rather go elsewhere. I don't trust these guys.

Made an appt for an alignment. I had previously purchased a lifetime alignment so needed an alignment since just had some wheel/tire damage. I waited for the alignment to be completed at the shop, took about 2 hours to complete. Docked 1 point b/c tech started the alignment 30 min after my appt.I would recommend getting the lifetime alignment for anyone who plans to keep their car for a few years. It will be worth it.

Went to the mall to do some shopping and came out with a flat tire. Being a late Sunday afternoon with no car jack I was stressed out. Then I looked up and noticed Firestone there. Unfortunately I just spent most of my money in the mall and couldn t afford a brand new tire. The Firestone team came to the rescue informed me about a credit car I could apply for and get a discount even if I didn t get approve. They went out of their way to make sure I left with a brand new tire at a decent. My luck it was the last day of a huge blow out sale that made it possible for me to afford. Thanks for everything Firestone!!!

John and James saved us! We were stranded between our home and our destination. Flat tire, no spare, and all the shops were booked solid or closed. The dog, kids and I would have been stranded. Wonderful people. Thank you both!

Work has been good so far ,but when you make a appointment at 9am and don't even bring car in til 12pm just to check rotors is nuts. Twice now this has happened last time was front end alignment 4 hr with appointment still didn't take car in .

Staff was friendly. John explained in detail so I could understand. John was very patient with me.I was able to pick my car up same day even tho I took it in later in the day. John also double checked everything. Very good overall experience

In the middle of a road trip, we found a screw in the sidewall of one of our Bridgestone run flat tires. Bay Largaespada kindly assisted us by preordering the replacement tire from the closest Firestone location, and then scheduled the replacement under warranty within three hours. Upon inspection, Bay s tech inspected for an air leak (none), then carefully removed the screw, rechecked for an air leak, and determined the damage was only superficial, and did not affect the air chamber. We were there and departing in about five minutes.Service: Tires

Went to this Store 2 months ago to get new brake pads and resurface routors, I find out today that pads were only replaced they did not resurface the rotors and I paid over $600 and now having to have Brake Masters repair what they never did. Bad over priced service. I don t recommend this repair shop.

Awesome customer care! I came as a walk in with them booked solid til next week. Bith of the other locations near here are booked as well. Charlie was able to squeeze me in to put the LAST tire in my size on the rim. First time in my life to hit something on the freeway and wreck one of my brand new tires!!! Firestone is so awesome, I won't get tires anywhere else since I found them in Ventura, CA. Thank you Firestone!!! And thank you Charlie for squeezing mine in. #lifesaver #yourock #teapreci�mucho

Had an appointment for 11 AM. Showed uo on time for an oil change. Was told it woukd tske 1:30 hrs. and wud be ready by 12:30. I asked my wife to come and pick me up. I arrived at 1:05 to pick up the vehicle and the vehicles was still in the parking lot. I asked and was told they wud take the vehicle to work on in the bay right away. I asked the desk why I was not texted or called to say that the vehicle would not be ready. No reasonable response. Seriously the service and the communications suck and wasted 3 hrs for an oil change. Will look for another company for future setvice.

Absolute worst service ever. My husband and I were visiting we had a problem with our power steering. Took it in for repairs. They took the whole car apart instead of fixing what we brought it for. The kids and us were stuck at the hotel all day. Then when the service is done my husband asks if we will make it back home on an eight hour drive and the ,tech tells us to pray. Worst customer service ever. Then a few months later we're at home and we have to take it back to a local Firestone to repair the work they did. Som my husband tries to get his money back for the poor work that was done and they refuse. Needless to say we will never go back to this Firestone.

I had 1 small service done yesterday and my appointment was at 9:00am. My car was not done until 4:00pm. I checked my trunk this morning and find it like this! They obviously do not care for customers and are all about the money. I spent about $500 for them to be this careless

I just had work completed at this location after geting a inspection done here with recommendations 3 weeks ago .My overall experience was great both men at the front desk were kind and patient they explained everything in detail. Before having any major work done I would stop by here without an appointment occasionally to get air put in my tires and would be helped without a problem. Yes sometimes it takes longer to get someone on the phone but if you've been here you know it's because there is one guy at front desk that is actually helping customers check in and he is also answering customers questions. This is not a quick oil change stop shop. You should plan to have time to wait or leave and come back after your repair is completed .If possible you should make an appointment they have an a APP where you can do that and more . OVERALL I'm pleased with the service I received and I will be back.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

I am so satisfied with the customer service at this Firestone. I am in the Sacramento area, but I recently sent my granddaughter there to fix a tire blowout because she works at the mall by this location. The technician (Jesse) called me and explained the rim was damaged and he would not feel safe mounting a new tire on it and they would need to find another rim and keep the vehicle another day. I told him I was on my way to pick her up , but was at least 1 hour away. He said no problem and would wait there until I arrived. I got there around 7pm -(they closed at 6) and he was still there and then he took the time to show me the damaged rim and tire. I gave her a ride to work the next day and Her car got repaired before she got off work. Thank you Jesse Zamora, I m so glad you went out of your way to help me and my granddaughter out- Firestone is lucky to have a such a dedicated employee like you.Sincerely,Bruce Brummett

Of April of this year I was having work done took my car in to solano Fairfield Firestone from San Diego me and wife and kids where stuck in hotel all day I was charge on credit 1700 rest in cash that they won't refund me back rest money I put down I will not got to this firestone in the future on any time soon. area manger was going give me this week coming up . a call guy told me good luck after the car was done after they work on my car .!!!good luck driveing home rember home is in San Diego California 8 hours away got a call Friday from manager and didn't want to give my money back !!!! So hopefully I get this resolved from you guys soon. I was passing through Fairfield to visit family at the hospital. Read the reviews on how many came with no appointments and experienced good service for an oil change. I wished my experience was the same. Person at the front desk could do better customer service. I asked if it was possible to do an oil change. He smiled and said NO. That's it. Not, "unfortunately we are fully booked today or there is no availability today." It's as if he enjoyed saying it brief like that with his smug face. It makes me feel like I'm being overly sensitive. It takes one time to leave an impression of the company.

Bought four new tires from Firestone. Less than two months on one of the tires had issue. Brought over to this location. Told me it will take 2 and 1/2 hours to fix the tire. I came back and my car was still parking in the same spot. Ended up taking over three and a half hours.Last time coming to this Firestone!

Very expensive, but I needed brakes replaced on a Saturday. I probably paid 30% more than I should have. Shop around if your schedule allows.

Unprofessional. They need serious managerial reorganizing. The service techs are milking it and taking too long to do simple work. The only good thing I can say is they had inventory of the tires I needed in stock. Beyond that the place is a joke and I wish I went somewhere else. They wasted my entire day. Appointments aren't respected. I made an appointment to have a set of tires installed with a alignment and it took this inept shop all day to get the job done. 5 hrs to align mount and balance. That's tremendously slow. I could've learned how to do it myself in that amount of time. Avoid this place. It's a waste of your time seriously!

This is by far the worst Firestone in the Bay Area. I had an appt for 9am, I made it for this time because I had work at 330pm, I call at 230 for an update and they have not even started my car yet so now I m forced to call out from work, I see there is no point of actaully making an appt with them I ve never heard of an appt getting pushed back 6 hours, I value my time and it seems like this Firestone does not value the time of there customers. I do not recommend any one to go to this store drive an extra 15 mins and go to the Firestone in Vacaville save your self the headache and wasted time.

I work cross street from Firestone on travis Blvd it took me more than a month to make an appointment because no one picks up the phone so finally today 10am was my appointment for oil change when I got there there was 2 people attending customers both on their computers after a while waiting I said I have an appointment and I need to go to work so one of the attendants helped me and I left I was at work I realized that it s almost 6 pm and I panicked I called them again and again no one answered I just went to the store no one was there but the door was open from after a few minutes one of the employees came and the he said oh we were busy that s why we didn t call you to pick up your car it was 5 minutes to 6 I said .than he charged me $106 for the oil change which other places only charge $29.99at the end I want to say I don t know how good their work is but I give them one star for customer service I will never return to this location oh to let you know he asked me too many questions even my home address

After being told two hours before my appointment was to take place in vacaville I called this location spoke with a guy with an accent. He told me to bring it in at 1 and he would service it. I went in only to be told they couldnt do it. The guy at the counter said he knew who it was but couldnt fit me in. I wasted gas just to be told by Firestone for the second time. This is the worse company ever and i would not recommend going to this firestone nor the vacaville one. They have to be owned by the same owners who run an amateur operation and has no concept of customer trust or service.

1st time here & Made an appointment for an oil change, was told $117 for a oil change which confused me because I ve been going to oil changers for the past two years and have never paid more than $60 for an oil change. I would give this place a 0 rating if it were an option. I had an appt for 11:00am, and I stood waiting for assistance for 24 minutes. There was one customer at the counter, and one man in line in front of me. Nobody EVER said a word to me. The young man at the counter didn t greet me, apologize for the delay, or seem to have ANY sense of urgency about his job. Another man named Marcus came in from the shop and proceeded to look something up on the computer, then answered a phone call and helped that person without ever even acknowledging me. A 3rd employee came in from the shop twice and never offered to help. Finally, the employee finished helping the man in front of me and I thought he was going to help me now. Instead, he walked out to the shop with the other two employees, after five minutes they all came back in and continued their conversation without speaking to me at all. I finally decided to go elsewhere and asked for the manager. Deplorable customer service.Service: Oil change
