Every once in a while you get a puncture in your car's tire. I come here because it's a quick and very affordable repair service. Tom and the rest of the staff have been running this shop for years and provide friendly, high quality service. My repaired tire took about 20 minutes, no appointment needed.

I had ordered some tires from Tire Rack and had them shipped to FTC since they were a recommended installer(by Tire Rack). Nick called to let me know the tires had arrived and to scheduled an appointment. I dropped off the wheels the next day. The staff were friendly and helped unload the wheels from my truck. They did an excellent job mounting and balancing the wheels and in less time than expected.

I'd give five stars except I have limited experience with the place. But both times I have used them (to mount and balance tires, and a needed alignment) they have been quick, professional, and did not try to sell me on unnecessary stuff. They have a comfortable waiting area, and an excellent donut shop immediately across the street!

They are a joke, do not believe what they tell you, their work is below standards, went for a brakes job, tire rotation, and Alignment, dropped off my truck at 8:15 in the morning, got a call around 11, say the work was done and I can come pick it up, around 30 minutes later they call back saying it was a mistake, went there around noon, my truck was in the parking lot just sitting, The only thing They had done was an alignment In four hours Went back 2 hours later. Still in the same spot hadn't even been worked on. And when I went back.To get my vehicle to pay for what they did just to get out of there. No one would help me. They just left me standing there and when someone finally did no apology. No explanation just took my money and left. What a great way to treat a senior citizen and a veteran

They did not honor my appointment time. I was ten minutes early, and they told me my appointment would have to be moved back one hour.i told him I would come back in one hour. He then wanted to start my paperwork. That tells me they double book their appointments, or they have no respect for other people's time. Mine will not be wasted..I said have a nice day.

Just by starting I bought my first set of tires at this place when I was 18 years old I'm now 60 this will be the last time I stepped foot in that door I spent $1,200 on tires and I still leave with a tire light on my dashboard and they tell me oh that's extra why in the at double toothpicks would you put that truck back together knowing it's going to have Tire lights on I do not recommend this place do not go there dishonest

I had a blowout on the highway and had to go to Fairfield tire center to get a tire and they were exceptional, they were quick they were reasonably priced and the gentleman that took care of me were wonderful!

Really bad experience with customer service in this place. I went to buy some new tires. But when I gave them the key to move the car, when they removed the key they forced it and broke the key. The man said that it was okay just to stick it with some glue or tape. Supposedly the man said they were gonna call the Volkswagen dealership to get me a new one. They next day I came to make sure they were gonna do it and they said that it is not their responsibility if parts of the cars brake. They literally said it was my responsibility to go buy a new one. They said that it broke because of wear and tear. But when I gave them my key to move the car, it was totally fine. The key wasn t broken until they told me that they broke it. They said they were not gonna take charge in helping me find a way/solution to getting me a new key even though it was their fault. The man was really rude with me as well. I was trying to explain things and trying to see if they would fix my key and he said that I was being disrespectful. They don t want to blame themselves for things that the brake. They don t want to replace pieces. Before that I had also went to this same place to buy some tires for my Toyota mini van and I ordered a specific type of tires I wanted. The day I came to get them put the workers actually put different tires that I didn t order and also they scratched the rims of my tires that were totally fine before. I really had bad experience with this place and the workers are really rude to you if you start to complain about something that they did. They do not know how to treat people or work with their customers.

Great experience, I called they told me a little over an hour to do an oil change and tire rotation. I needed it done quickly before I left out of town for a real estate conference. They fulfilled their promise and it was cheap too. I might start going here instead of Toyota. I They even have WIFI. I was able to write my real estate contract while I waited. Loved it!! I ve had 2 cars realigned with new tires and this time I have loose lug nuts on EVERY TIRE!They should definitely be snug and torqued.They are unprofessional and Nick promised they would be done correctly. Avoid this faulty business

Blew a tire 3 miles from Fairfield, found Fairfield tire center and Employee Nick did an exceptional job at finding me a reasonable priced used tire and less than 1/2 hr later I was back on the road to Sacramento...friendly employees, clean store and fast service....Sue 8/2/2023

They will take care of you here if you're in a bind, and matched a competitor tire price... but still charge more than other places for tire installation and balance, and don't offer any kind of tire warranty/repairs.

They are a great shop! I took my work vehicle in, they got it back to me the next day and it's running better than it ever has before. Courteous and swift service. I plan on bringing my personal vehicle to them as well when I need maintenance. Top notch!

I've been going to them for years now, and they've never steered me wrong. They'll do what it takes to make sure your ride rolls straight and right. They have a wide selection of tires, and if they don't have it, they'll do their best to get it. They do breaks, shocks, struts, balance, and alignment. They're the professionals that I trust with my car.

Shop around before you take your car for alignment job to this shop. Technician do not listen to customer, he will feed you his own opinion that will most likely cost more money. Even though the owner and Nick are open in helping solve my issue I m not going back there.

Scheduled and appointment a week in advance for a set time. Arrived on time for my appointment truck wasn t even touched for 3 hours before they got to it and they attended people that got their way after I had arrived. Work was good but just terrible customer service and time management.

Would have been a 5 star. Went on Saturday the 15th of May. Spoke with Nick, I made an appointment for today took 5 hours. Brakes are great. There is no shuttle service and I live in the same town. The other side of town. Tom was Great with good customer service skills.Nick on the other hand; needs to enroll in charm school.

Terrible experience. Fairfield Tire Center, I ve been coming with them a lot of times already and service done with them since it s the nearest service location near me and i could see that they r one of the top rated service area near me in google. Everytime I come they always told me to go the next day that I came in since theyre busy and thats totally understandable, I wont have any complains and be back the next day. The way they talk and providing customer service with me is kinda providing solutions but you can feel that they dont want to accommodate me. I could even see other people, older than me, whenever they came in they never deny service with them. My last service with them was replacing brake pads and rotors, the day after I picked my car up, I am experiencing vibration with slow speeds and eventually goes away, my tire pressure sign was on too, which I never experience since having the car. I called them and was talking to Matt and explained everything he told me to come by the same day so they could check, I even asked him if I could come now, he told me yes you can. Then I came there and told Nick the reason for my visit he then asked me if I could go back tomorrow? Like again? I told him that Matt told me to come in now and youre telling me to go back again tomorrow? I even told them you must have told me earlier so i didnt come here for nothing, And he was rude he even told me okay I m gonna have my guys stopped working for you like what??? That is so annoying if they dont want to provide service with me the day that I came in they shouldnt told me to go there at the first place. They r charging me $48 for the first half hour and Tom who was with Nick told me that if they didnt see any problem it will just go to $120 after that half hour, I dont mind paying a lot, but the point that you experience this all kind of issue after service with them was totally unacceptable, I feel like they would just like to make money out of it. I never write a review anywhere, but this is kinda not right, and I m concerned with their next new customers like me. I am so disappointed everytime I go there I have always having the same issue, I wonder why do they have 4.5 star rating on google when customer service wasnt good already, or it s just me who experience that since I look like a kid and I m asian? They are good with their regular customers but not with new customers like me.

The staff was super friendly and got me on my way quick! One guy in particular who has been there for years! Not sure if he was an owner or what but he was very helpful. So happy I found them. They will def be my new tire spot.

I accidentally overfilled my oil in a Saturday while on a roadtrip :/ . I was near this place and asked them to drain and refill (on my newer Audi). I called and was told to come by.When I arrived someone begrudgingly looked at it and then he claimed he heard a bad noise (Audis make the noise he was referring to, longtime owner and discussed this with my German car mechanic as well). He absolutely refused to do an oil change claiming I could sue him or something. I reassured him I wouldn t hold him accountable for anything, I just wanted to pay him for an oil change. He still refused and basically left me in a bind. Most places were at closing time and I wasted my time getting denied service there.Another mechanic came over to me and was super nice and empathetic, and said No biggie, we can totally do that. He tried to get the oil change done for me and was stopped by the other guy.The stars I did leave are for Tom, because he actually acted like he cared and wanted to help me. Thank goodness I won t ever need to return here.

Oil change on my pickuo. Did not have to remove camper. Needed a small part which added about $10 inc tax. About $150 total inc tax. They did a good job for what the market will bear but I had to return for my sticker.

These guys do good work. I have custom suspension parts that require adjustment during alignment. Another shop told me the parts were in spec when I installed them and a few months later I have bad tire wear. These guys actually did the work, there are tool marks on all the pieces I needed to be adjusted and the truck drives great. Seems like an honest place that does what they say they will.

I absolutely love this place they took such good care of me and my tires.I called in they quoted me a price gave me a new tire and had me on my way in 15 mins. I highly recommend this place. The guy who helped me was so nice and didn t try to push anything extra.

I had an oil change done a few months ago and after putting the oil in they put the cover back on and the person didn't realize a black wire was caught while he screwed back on the cover which ended up cutting the wire so when I returned back and told Tom who was working at the front desk at the time and explained to him what had happened all he said was "thank you for letting me know"! And I was speechless.. Never again will I let them do work on my car!

JR and his team went above and beyond! I will definitely recommend this shop to others and will return in the future (but let's hope not too soon). All the members of the shop were extremely courteous and polite. I am very satisfied with the service I received here today. I'd give 10 star if I could- Emily & Greg
