Great experience buying at a dealership for the first time! I've always gotten cars from individuals on CL, so this was a first for me. I'm an introvert and loathe sales tactics. I just want the facts and not a pitch.I did a test drive at my local shop, but when I made an offer, they declined. Fairfield had a similar car with a few upgrades, and when I reached out to them with the same offer, they accepted.I asked that the contracts could be ready so I didn't have to spend all day there. Marco was efficient, patient and low key and had everything ready so I was in an out quickly. It was all straightforward, and my wishes to decline anything extra were respected. Jeff showed me around my car and we took a test drive, and then I was happily on the road in a flash.Very grateful that they made it so easy, and I'm super happy with my car! My fears about what the day might be like were unfounded. I'd definitely drive out of my way again to work with them.

Probably the easiest car buying process I've ever been through so far. Jorge was super knowledgeable about everything on the car I was looking at and just super awesome to talk to in general. He was fantastic about answering all my questions about the car itself and the financing options available to me. He never made me feel pressured to agree to anything I wasn't comfortable with and really worked with me to make sure I was happy with everything. 10/10! Thank you!

I LOVE this dealership, service team, and parts shop so much. I m now having to edit my old posts to continue sharing my positive experiences because Google won t let me review this place more than once! Lol.I most recently was having some concerns with my 2018 Crosstrek and was able to take it to my guy Jay Valdez in service, the morning after I called. Long story short, I found out I was looking at almost $10k in repairs because there was a freak issue going on with my transmission. Every Subaru owner I ve met, including myself, prides themselves on the durability and reliability of their Subaru - so this news was upsetting in more than one way. Jay V. immediately reassured me that he was going to make some phone calls and talk to the people he needed to talk to in order to figure out how get my car right, and his goal was to not have me pay a single dime for it - even he was shocked at the issue my car was having and seemed like he took it personally as well. Jay did what he needed to do in the next couple days to work his magic. He called me back, and informed me that my transmission was going to be completely replaced and installed at ZERO cost to me. What a relief!!! This was such amazing news to hear and I could tell that Jay had a personal interest in making sure the proper outcome came true for me. I ve been bringing my Crossterk to Fairfield Subaru since I purchased it, and he simply wanted to show gratitude to a very loyal customer he said.To add to Jay s efforts I later found out he pulled some MAJOR strings to get a new transmission to Fairfield within 1-2 days when simply ordering a new one could have take about a month. While they provided me with a rental car for my troubles during this time (also amazing), Jay didn t want me to be without my baby longer than needed.I could go on and on about how amazing Jay and the whole service team have been to me over the years and I also don t want to forget my extreme appreciation for the mechanics who have worked on my car- it always come back to me running better than ever! I don t want anyone else touching my car!!!I even went back a few days later to grab a couple random parts for my GF s Impreza (cuz yea, I told her she had to buy a car from Fairfield if she wanted a Subaru) and Gerry in service also went above and beyond to help me figure out what part I needed and he actually had it in stock! He stayed after hours to finish helping me and I just couldn t thank him enough.Because of the way I m constantly treated when I visit this dealership, I will continue to show my loyalty to Fairfield Subaru for many more years to come. I will continue referring my friends and family there because they treat me like family. Thank you EVERYBODY at Fairfield Subaru for ALL you have done for me over the years, I am beyond grateful!

Thank you Fairfield Subaru for the excellent experience with buying our Subaru! The whole team was knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish! We appreciated the no pressure sales team who helped us understand all our choices, and ultimately build the vehicle we wanted. The team communicated the process with us and provided us with updates on the status of the vehicle's arrival. They did everything they could to make this a positive experience for us. Thanks again!

I recently had a positive experience with the fairfield Subaru dealership that left a lasting impression. The entire process was incredibly convenient, fast, and professional. Nicole (sales) was very knowledgeable about the Crosstrek and all it had to offer. Marco (finance) was able to work with me to make the monthly payment fit within my budget. Very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend. Traveled from Lake Tahoe to Fairfield and am glad that I did. Best prices and great staff.

From the moment that we stepped on the Lot Marco greeted us and toke his time to look at as many cars we wanted to. My wife being extremely picky made him work for our business. But he never made us feel rushed or like he as loosing his patience like my kids and I did.But thanks to him we have the family car that we need.

A+ plus dealership. I ordered a brand new WRX it was delivered right on time. The staff at Fairfield Subaru is very professional from the sales people to the finance manager. Besides being a customer, I ve been a licensed dealer in the state of California for 40+ years. I appreciate the integrity of this dealership and will be back to buy more cars in the future.

Jorge was our sales rep and he was great. We told him 3 cars we were interested in and he helped explain the different packages and difference in the cars. We ended up buying a car. Finance was great and didn't try and push extra warranty and stuff on us when we said no the first time. We've had horrible experiences with other dealerships where we said no to extra warranty and finance kept pushing us. So the fact that we told them no and they respected that is a huge plus. Overall shopping and buying experience was great and would recommend this dealership.

I had the most remarkable experience with Fairfield Subaru. My lease was up and I only a few weeks to come to a decision. Luckily for me I was able to connect with Marco who made the entire process stress free. I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle at this establishment. I can promise you that Every person you encounter will have a smile on their face with eagerness for customer satisfaction. Marco the manager and Nicole were AWESOME! They helped my husband and I find the perfect Subaru. Marco listened to what we were looking for and within our price range, he went above and beyond and was able to find exactly what we wanted. My son and I went to Fairfield Subaru to look for a car. Within 5 minutes, he had found the one that caught his eye, and his heart. We spoke with Jeff and Marco, which were fantastic! They answered all our questions, got my son pre-qualified, explained the rate and loan terms. By the end of the conversation, Parker was pretty sure he wanted the car, but also doesn't like to impulse buy. Marco offered to hold the car for 24 hours with a small deposit. No problem.The next day, we went back and Parker purchased his first car. Jeff and Marco were so patient and helpful. We also enjoyed working with the finance manager as well, whose name, unfortunately, escapes me at the moment.We had a great experience and my son is driving around showing off his first big purchase. If I weren't a Jeep gal and was in the market for a new car, I would go back to Fairfield Subaru. They made what could have been a nerve-racking situation enjoyable.

Just got my first Crosstrek at Fairfield Subaru and had the best treatment and experience. Werner and Marco made my life much easier and convenient matching my trade in offer on the spot and letting me pay my down payment with a credit card so I could leave the same day with the new car. The process was super easy, very different from my previous experience at a dealership. I had all my questions about the car answered and the experience couldn't have been better. Love my new car!

Shelley K. and I We're looking for a Subaru outback at several different dealerships around the Bay area and it seemed none of them wanted to negotiate on the price at all. Or throw in something to sweet in the deal. Until we found Fairfield Subaru and spoke to Marco, he offered us a deal that we couldn't resist and there was no hassle and he even.gave us a discount on the extended warranty and the best price we found for a car with more options than all the other dealers.We highly recommend Marco at Fairfield Subaru

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Jorge and his outstanding colleagues, including Moe, Marco, and Sech, during my recent purchase of a 2024 Outback Wilderness. From start to finish, the entire process was one of the smoothest car-buying experiences I've ever had. My ex bought a sweet used Outback from them a few years ago, so I decided to take my new-to- me Crosstrek bought from an acquaintance for a check -up. I was shocked to hear there were thousands of dollars worth of repairs needed, especially since I had the car inspected before purchasing it. Needless to say, I was devastated. The owner/ manager took me into his office and explained the repair in more detail and I frankly just zoned out. And then he told me he had a soft spot for folks in the teaching and helping professions and basically waved his magic owner wand and made most of the cost of labor go away. He sent me home in a brand new loaner Crosstrek (of course, now I m in love with the newer model, and so is my daughter) and a feeling of gratitude and disbelief that I m finding hard to shake. Thank you, Fairfield Subaru.

I bought a Subaru Legacy from Fairfield Subaru 2 years ago, I usually don't do reviews, but i have to say this, i am really happy with their service. Their Personal is super friendly, The manager is super Nice and professional, Werner and Jorge Luis are outstanding with their help, I bought the service package for my car and this is the best part, easy to schedule a service, i just got there, they perform the service in a timely manner, they explain the report about the status on the car, no out of pocket and so far no issues at all and they washed my car every time, I have had a positive experience working with them, i can recommend this dealer to anyone who wants to buy a car, thank you! (They also speak Spanish wich is really helpful for us)
