I had a good experience Ex was very friendly and helpful. Walked me through the options using the demonstration device to show me what I would be getting with every option which really helped me make the best choice. Overall great job on my car definitely would recommend !

First time visiting this shop. Ex took me in as a walk in, and finished within an hour or so! Discussed different options in terms of tint and heat rejection. Very straight forward! Ended up going with the highest quality type of tint he offered. Will be going back to do further business with him!

I brought my Honda in to get a window tint in the front. I needed ways to help keep the car cool and help with my astigmatism at night. EX was super knowledgeable and friendly about what I needed to get. I didn't mind paying a few extra dollars for the best tint to keep the heat out. EX did a fantastic job with the installation, and I'm super happy to see the results. Definitely would recommend coming here.

Updating review again (Nov 29th): the bubbles went away by itself after 3 weeks, so I ll keep only the complain about insisting to get a review and grabbing my phone to give a review to another store without my knowledge and permission.Updating the review (November 20th)I have few bubbles in my tint, what is not the end of the world. I ll be back whenever a� have time to get it fixed then I can update the review.I didn t like that the guy asked/insisted to get a review and then grabbed the phone from my hand, then after I write the review he copied the review that I did for Jet black in Fairfield and he pasted to the Walnut Creek location without my knowledge and without I have been there.I didn t appreciate that. Not nice and professional this attitude of insisting and after getting the review copying and pasting for another location without having my approval.Good experience, fast, seems a good job, I ll come back in this review in 5 days to say if the job keeps good. Thank you so much Mike, very good guy!

Mike was a very helpfully and patient. I need my vehicle done before 3:30pm and he got it done at 2:50pm for me. Ex did a great job with my tint. I love the overall result of how it looked with my car! Though, there was a lot of water residue left inside the car and wish they could have wiped it better :)

The process to get my window tinted was smooth and easy. They were able to finish my car within 3 hours for 7 windows. I was able to chose from good quality tint and Ex was super helpful on showing me how the heat goes through the tint. Definitely recommend Jet Black Tint.
