Great people to work with, very courteous, professional and friendly. I brought in my car for a crank, no start. I was giving a price that I could not refuse, the price included sending the cylinder head to a machine shop for valve guide replacement. They also noticed other issues on the car, it was fixed or replaced without charge; i.e. broken airfilter housing assembly replaced free. I will certainly come back and recommend this shop...Service: Engine repair

TJ IS THE BEST!!!!! He genuinely is. He is honest and on top of everything. He always manages to get me on the schedule and call me about every detail with my cars. He is extremely busy but yet finds the time. Besides being amazing with his workload he always has a friendly smile and when I come into Factory Specific I already know his customer service is above and beyond. It s always so nice to see such a friendly face coming in here and knowing I m always going to have great honest service. Honestly, this Auto service is the best of the best, I service my car at the dealership & they never fix it right, but when these people work on my vehicles, wow! I am very impressed with their work! I really recommend factory specific to anyone there who may have mechanical issues with any vehicle. They will fix it, and you will be very happy with their mechanical work and skills, I know them for years & they really know how to fix any problem. I love this people. Sincerely Alberto Lombardini.

My husband and I live in Yountville and we found FactorySpecific through a colleague's recommendation. So far, they have taken care our 3 vehicles from doing just a simple oil change to handling transmission issues. I appreciate the excellent service and the honesty and integrity. I think they are talented mechanics but after years of their service I was very disappointed to be treated with vague animosity because of petty rumors circulating, the last time I came in. I ve never done anything that would warrant such strange alienation from their crew.It doesn t make me feel safe to know the people working on my car are so immature they are willing to whisper and ostracize a respectful person who comes in regularly and shows nothing but respect for more than a decade.I m just not okay with that kind of pack mentality.

I've been going to this shop since the early 2010s. The guys there are spot on. They don't up sell you on services that you don't need and the labor rate is spot on vs dealership prices. I currently live in Concord but still bring my cars here! I trust them to take care of me and my car. One service they did was the AC on my 2009 Honda pilot. The Honda dealership estimated me at $5k, all labor I'm assuming. Got a great deal here for under $3k!! What a difference!! No one else will have access to my cars! I'll make the trek out to Factory Specific any day!

Need an oil change or check up? This is the place to go. They are not only knowledgeable, but also honest and reasonably priced. TJ makes you feel like you're apart of the family. Everyone there is so kind, definitely a plus when you're dealing with your car.

My car needed repaired just a few days before a long trip. TJ was able to find the needed parts in-town and was able to get me in just a couple days later. I highly appreciate the quality work done in a fast manner, can't thank these guys enough. When the work was done TJ mentioned a couple of other things they saw underneath the car and fixed these issues as well. TJ and the entire staff were very nice and professional. Would certainly recommend to anybody looking to get quality work done on their import.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Awesome experience! Honda Civic was having issues shifting, and was worried the transmission was going out. But they found out what I had suspected, just a simple sensor replacement, and it's running better than before. This Mechanic is most trustworthy!

I take all my Honda's there! Del Sol...CRV. They always go above and beyond in service. Excellent diagnostic technicians. I have had several mechanics look at my sons Del Sol. They were the only ones that pinpointed the problem and fixed it, after a year of others guessing. I will ONLY use this team for my car needs. Excellent service...very fair prices! Love them!! Honest...they will not disappoint! The best in town!

I went here on a recommendation from my neighbor. I would not recommend them or ever go back.I went in for a check engine light, left with the light still on and $500 lighter in my pocket. I did get my oil changes and transmission serviced.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Everybody there is fantastic not to mention the service you get is way more than any other shop in Fairfield. You can always count on the team there to let you know what does need to get fixed and or replaced but also what things can use a little more time before replacing. They are very knowledgeable and fairly priced hence the reason they are always booked up to about a week at a time. They have a customer for life

The only place I've taken my Acura to for several years now. They always give great service and provide complete information. The technicians are manufacturer-trained and they use factory parts, all at less than the dealership charges. Can't say enough abort how good they are.

Came at the end of the day with a surprise flat, couldn't be saved, so they worked fast to find a good tire at qood, put it on, and adjusted the pressure on the rest, good folk here, and got us back on the road faster than expected. Thanks

Choi and the boys are great. Helped me with my 2000 Durango pass smog. They are very thorough and only recommend things that are important. Good prices for high level of service. Will bring all my cars here. Thanks again!!

I had my Acura towed in because of an engine problem. I was expecting an estimate of a $1000 to $1500. I was given an estimate of $261. It was finished the same day. I was very pleased! I recommend this repair facility to everyone!

I found them on some internet review post for Fairfield and Duos in. I took my car there twice and they did a great job. Very honest mechanics. Andy is very knowledgeable and explains what the issues are. They will not sell you something you don't need! You need to make an appointment several days in advance bc they are always book. Their service speaks for itself!

Koi and crew are great!! Had my 2019 Lexus is350 in for lowering springs. Had it done in a timely manner, also gave me a ride home instead of waiting around at the shop.Excellent customer service!!Thank you Koi and Crew!!

We take all our vehicles here. They're polite, professional, reasonably priced, and they don't even speak of work you don't need. Everything you want in a mechanic.The short: The reason these gentlemen get the best rating ever and will forever have my business? Because they recently saved us over $4,000. Yes, FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS. How? Because they were honest and they went above and beyond any other mechanic.The specifics: The transmission on our 2010 Nissan Altima went out. Five year old vehicle and our transmission died. Big headache in and of itself. The gentlemen quoted us out at give or take $3,300 for everything said and done with genuine Nissan parts. But here's the kicker. When they went to order the transmission, they found out that there was an extended warranty specifically for the transmission and the parts and labor would be covered. All we had to do is take it to a Nissan dealership to get it diagnosed (that the transmission was indeed dead) and Nissan would take care of the rest. So Factory Specific told us. We cried tears of joy and immediately took it into Fairfield Nissan.Unfortunately, Fairfield Nissan does NOT employ honest or trustworthy individuals and attempted to charge us for the diagnostic ($100+) and a fix that they said was separate from the transmission and it would cost us ($350+). I immediately called the gentlemen at Factory Specific, explained the situation, and within the hour they had arranged to take our vehicle (like actually drive it personally for us) into another Nissan dealership that they knew and trusted and have it fixed UNDER WARRANTY. Of course, after they had done this, Fairfield Nissan attempted to call and cover their mistake but I didn't need to care because Factory Specific had us covered.In the end, we cannot say enough about how amazing this company is to their customers. They are constantly going above and beyond, and I cannot recommend these gentlemen enough.

Khoi and his crew REALLY know their stuff! Khoi expertly navigated his way around my engine in no time and pointed out several problems, including an (otherwise mis-diagnosed) oil leak.I have a 93 Honda Accord with over 330,000 miles on it and I took it there to help keep it on the road. Khoi was recommended to me by a coworker who had been a Honda mechanic for 30 years, and I'm glad I listened.They got all my problems diagnosed and sorted out for a REALLY great price! If you have a Honda and you live anywhere near Fairfield, CA, then THIS is the place to take it if you need it worked on.It's hard to find a mechanic that you can trust. I've found this one for my Honda and he deserves 5 stars here.
