I mainly get my Porsche Cayenne serviced at East West but Mike will look at my other vehicles as well. You can tell he has a passion for what he is doing by just looking around in his shop.If you need your High-end German vehicle serviced correctly and with quality parts then East West is the place you should be taking your car.

Awesome shop, the owner is very friendly and he really knows his stuff. Took my 2007 BMW 335i to get fixed. Twin turbo 6 cylinder vehicle, it had a major oil leak under the hood. Mike found leaking valve cover gaskets and oil filter, he cleaned it up really nice and did a fantastic job installing new OEM parts. He has a nice shop with a great location and an impressive amount of specialty tools & equipment.

THE BEST!!! I Had my 2007 BMW 530I in the shop and out the same day with a new factory water pump and thermostat installed at half the cost of a dealership. The price was more than reasonable and the labor and customer service was excellent. I highly recommend if you want your repairs done right the first time. Thanks East West,FRANK C.

Mike, the mechanic, is super knowledgeable, friendly, and great to work with. I'm new to Fairfield and I couldn't have a better Mercedes repair shop.

This shop is absolutely the best I have ever been to. The mechanic worked very hard to get down to the source of my problem and communicated with me throughout the whole repair process. I absolutely will be going back and highly recommend him if you want an honest mechanic. Very reasonable rates as well.

This is the rudest automotive workshop I have ever had the displeasure to work with. The mechanic had the audacity to tell me to have my car towed to another shop because the part he would have to order would take a week to get there and he didn't want my car in his parking lot. He also charged me 368$ for a clutch fan replacement that literally costs any private shop worth their salt 150-200$ parts and labor. Avoid this shop at all costs unless you like being treated rudely by a know-it-all mechanic, and taken for a ride when it comes time to pay.

Good honest work. Pricey, but if you have high end troubles, you want someone you can trust. Clean shop with current diagnostic tools. Plays jazz in background to keep the Zen vibe. Leads to work done right I reckon.
