Reliable and Efficient Tire Repair ServiceRating: I recently had the opportunity to experience the excellent tire repair service provided by East Bay Tire Co. I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, expertise, and efficiency demonstrated by their team. I arrived with my semi truck at 7am, and had two tires replaced and paid for by 8am. There is a grassy area for the guard dog to run around. Rick makes it too easy. Thank you

Took my vehicle to get a flat tire fixed. Very fast and affordable price. Staff, except the older man doing the paper work at the service center, are very professional.

The service division, not a good place to work at. You'll be rushed to do the job fast and unsafe. Old grouch in the office always blowing second hand smoke in your face and will never acknowledge you for doing a good job.

Great place. Was able to quickly take care of my needs when base tireshop was too busy. Had the tires I needed on hand without having to order & wait for days. Yet when got there they were able to repair my tire so even better. Much recommended.

The service was fast, though the guy doing the paperwork is a grouch. He told me about TPMS sensors advising. Just drive it, Ford's Chevy's and Dodges have ways of manually relearning it which I know. He advised it was the only way to reset them.

I hired this company to replace the 2 front tires of my tractor and replace the tube for one of the rear tires. Their policy was to charge my card before showing up to my place, so they changed my card in full.On the scheduled day, their truck showed up but the technician was unprepared to do the job, he did not have the right tools, so he rescheduled me.On the second schedule, while he was putting back one of the 2 front wheels, he broke one bolt's head leaving the threaded part inside and messed up the threads of another bolt so the bolt couldn't be in place anymore.He installed only 4 bolts, out of 6, for this wheel saying he doesn't have any tools for fixing what he messed up!For me, I have no idea what so ever about fixing something like that neither do I have any tools for fixing them. I called the office asking them to fix what they messed up or at least help me on it, I offered them to pay for the fix. Their replay was that they don't have the tools for fixing it and I have to hire somebody else to fix it.I am totally confused about what to do, and not sure if I can use my tractor with only 4 bolts installed, out of 6, on one of the front wheels.I will certainly never hire this company again.

Bigger warehouse than it looks. Guys on the phone are friendly. Quick service when you pick up the tires. Only wish is they would deliver, even with a minimum.

Friday, end of day, small last minute rush order...not a problem. They have a great process in place for a rush order. Warehouse is clean. Staff are professional.

I give props to Mr. Thor who helped me back my semi truck into the door. And Mr. Hal on giving me advice on how to back my semi into the door. Very friendly company. Very nice hospitality

The last time I shopped there, a bald guy who does the paperwork got caught talking to another person and he didn't answer me.
