Good service!No long wait for appointment. Sent my car via tow company and dropped it off to Abdul. It was done before 12PM the next day. A short via connector under the battery assembly.2014 Ford FocusP06B8 issue

Needed a second opinion on an issue with my car and had them look at it. Showed me what it was and went over my engine code and explained the different meaning of that code. Previously told it was a blown head and it was another part instead. Got it fixed up and back driving again.

Abdul is a very profesional guy, I go to him for all my A/C recharging services. He vacuum checks the system and adds the recommended amount of freon. Don't use those cans from your auto parts store, they add air to your system. Trust the profesionals.

I finally found a mechanic that I can trust. Abdul is very honest and will only tell you what s actually broken with your car and not things that you don t need. He will do all he can to save you money in repairs. I know a lot about cars so I know if someone is honest or not. I just want to start off by saying I will never go to another Mechanic again! Abdul is wonderful! My husbands vehicle had broken down a little over a month ago, he is normally pretty good and has always fixed it on his own. However this time he did everything he possibly could and the car would turn over but not start. We walked into East Bay Auto, very clean! He was on the phone at first then promptly asked how he could help. My husband told him the situation, and Abdul told him he was trying to leave by noon today but to have the car towed there within the hour and he would work on it for him. We did, we left the car and received a phone call with in the hour. He stated the problem and asked if we wanted him to repair the problem. I responded yes right away, and then he said "come by in 15 min. and it will be ready for you". We went back to the garage and the car was purring! We were so happy it was not as bad as we thought. He then told us he was going to his grandsons birthday party as was why he is leaving early, but he wanted to try and help us out.I truly had lost all faith in customer service and Mechanics, but Abdul has changed this for me. He is an honest, hardworking and fair priced Mechanic. you cannot ask for anything more! Thank you Abdul and East Bay Auto for your AWESOME customer service. I will recommend you to everyone!

I told them that I will have rest of the money to fix my car in a couple of days I called them today and the older guy said o we returned your part they didn't give me no warning or anything the part for my car was only there barely a week and I told them that I was starting a new job...very disappointed and a waist of my time I'm already getting my car looked at another shop for free right nowService: Electrical

Great machanic was able to get my struts changed on my challenger and my oil pressure switch replaced in just a couple hours this is a great business to get quility work done on your car

Con artist he starts off truthfull then once he see you keep coming back and referring people price skyrocket found many people to do the things I wanted for a few hundred cheaper every time
