I've been dealing with Crash Champion (Mike's Auto Body) for more than a decade. Any damage my vehicle sustains, I'm taking it here first. Friendly, professional, communicative, and excellent workmanship! I highly recommend it.

This place botched my car and lied about the repairs that they performed. This place is a total scam. I would not recommend them to anyone.

The shop that I had used for many years (Graphic Auto Body) was sold, so with trepidation, I looked for a new one. I was so glad that I found and chose Mike's Auto Body. Corey (service manager) was so nice, helpful, and professional. He was happy to answer all of my many questions. The work completed was perfect. He even took care of buffing out marks and scratches on other parts of my truck that had nothing to do with the damage that I brought my truck in for. I have already recommended the shop to friends who used to use the place that I previously went to. AAA Insurance has this place rated 5 Star, and now I know why.Service: Body & Trim

This was my 1st time using their services. They did excellent work in a timely manner. They were actually done earlier than expected. They were helpful in getting me to the rental company and I was able to leave it there when I picked up my car. I've been there before and its always the same great place. The employees are fast friendly and always willing to answer anyone's questions. I was sitting there waiting for my car to get examined and someone just drove up to ask the employee a few questions. He didn't say get in line or wait your turn or come on in and we will talk. He answered her questions and she went on her way. Doing business with her or not. He was very friendly. I believe his name was Kevin. Either way very nice and professional,place to go.

Mike Auto is the place to go to fix your car for auto body shop. They always do an amazing job! This is my second time to bring a car and I always go home happy. The people are great, very helpful and accommodating. Always updating me and on time for schedule of when your car will be done. Nino did a great job on helping me and making sure all is good and follow up regularly. Keep up the good and amazing job Mike s Auto Body shop!!! Job well done as always. They have an amazing crew! Unfortunately, I was in an accident that day and my car insurance company gave me some places to choose from. I immediately selected Mike s Autobody. The service and work done on my car was fabulous!! I highly recommend Mike s Autobody not just for the work completed on my car but also the customer service. I was given an estimated day of when my car would be completed. End result was that the car was finished much more in advanced. Very friendly staff Spoke to Travis Johnson very knowledgeable of what they wer goin to do to fix my repairs on my Toyota Camry. They texted me frequently of the process n date my car would b completed,estimated Dec 8th I was able to pick up car on Dec 3rd of 2021. Trevor took me home n he is very friendly n informed me they d take real good care of my car. He informed me after re-pairs wer done I could leav rental at Mikes Body n they d contact the rental Co.to come pick up the rental. Very impressed with work done,friendly young ppl,their concern for ones well being. I can go on n on But great place to take ur car in for repairs I giv them 100% review Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Would have given a five-star except my car wasn't washed very well. still has bird stains on it and they never called me back after they sent the original estimate.

I've been to Mike's twice now to get my Prius repaired - two separate catalytic converters stolen - and both time I was treated professionally and with the utmost compassion and respect This latest visit was wonderful because Mike's staff went out of their way to help me find and order a security cover so this would be the last converter stolen. They put the security plate on at a discount even though it meant that I wouldn't be back for a new catalytic converter any time soon. Really nice and professional company. I recommend them without reservation.Service: Exhaust

Looked a couple of other shops, but they seemed disinterested in working on our vehicle and one clearly stated they had a high turnover rate. Mike s on the other hand was clean, professional employees who even had a second person come out to inspect the crease in the aluminum body to see if they should handle at their location or send it to another in their chain due to issues bodyworking aluminum.Mike s in Fairfield did a fantastic job, kept me updated via text, and overall we are completely satisfied. Their office area was clean and didn t look like most places that have a bad 90 s remodel. The Jeep was clean and I couldn t even tell where the repair was. Hope to not have to use another body shop again, but if I do I ll return here.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Mike's is awesome! From start to finish everything was great. When I first showed up, my estimator Kevin asked if I was okay (since I was in an accident), looked over the car, took pictures of the whole car even though the damage was only in the back. Explained to me what the process was going to be (it was my first accident, so I had no idea what to expect). I of course had lots of questions and he answered them all and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Updated me with phone calls and even texts too. When my car was done, they said they would handle checking my rental car back in and all i had to do was give them the keys - not sure if all places do that, but I sure was impressed and it's those little things that make a difference. This place is great, I just hope to never need to come back! Lol

Our vehicle was vandalized on the driver's side...both doors. I was given a list from State Farm and thankfully Mike's Auto Body was in that list!The whole process was smooth and transparent.I was blown away at how good the repairs looked. The doors look like new now and the blending of the old and new paint is almost undetectable. The best part of this was that Nino Apostol was keeping me informed about the progress the whole time.I would give this shop my highest recommendation because they did good work, have friendly and professional employees and they back their work for the life of the vehicle!Thanks to all of the people at Mike's for taking great care of my vehicle!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Mikes repair bumper damage that I had on my vehicle. Very efficient, customer oriented and quality services. From phone calls to in person - very friendly. Also provides daily progress on vehicle via text messages. Highly recommend this shop and James Marshall who handles my claim.

Went in for an estimate and they stated that unless I was going through one of their DRP s I would have to wait months for an appointment. For an estimate. Not repairs, an estimate. Which I needed for the other party s insurance. So unless you want to call ahead and make sure your insurance is on the list, not even worth the drive out here.

As a State Farm customer since 2008 I've always taken into consideration the recommendations they have regarding business. I had first gone to G & C Automotive in Vacaville I was extremely dissatisfied with my interaction lack of customer service and disregards to my concerns. I choose to move my car to Mikes Auto Body of Fairfield. In 2012/2013 i had my previous car painted NO ONE could match my custom paint But Mikes did!! I remembered the wonderful customer services, i called up and had my car moved immediately they heard my concerns did their part to go above and beyond to fix and repair. I got my car back cleaner then I dropped it off the customer service was outstanding I highly recommend Mike's Auto Body.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Stopped by a gas station nearby on my way from Davis to San Francisco, and noticed that my splash guard was hanging off. Decided to drop by here since it was close, and they were super helpful and clipped it back on for free! Thanks again!

I highly recommend Mike's Autobody for the staff's professional and punctuality. From initial inspection and estimate to final repairs, I received three updates during the four day repair. My car was returned cleaned and sanitized. This is the place to go for auto body repairs.

Nino kept me posted, as to when I Cld pick up my car, The Manager didn't seem to care but Nino went far above beyond out of his way, and on His OFF timeHe not only showed me how to properly Wax my car, but he fully waxed my car leaving it Super clean, glossy & Very shiny, it is workers like him that gives Body shops a good Name, and I don't even know him . These guys did an awesome job repairing my car. Their staff was extremely polite and punctual, provided frequent updates on my repairs, and the finished product looked like new. Definitely a go to for car repair.

I got hit from behind last weekend, so I decided to get a couple of estimates to repair my car.One of them was Mike's Auto Body, since they helped me fixing my car in Concord 25 years ago.Amazingly, I got disappointed this time.First, my bumper got some dents and scratches and they wanted to try to repair the existing bumper vs replacing it, not sure how, since the are 2 estimates have concluded the bumper needs to be replaced.Second, I have asked to write me 2 estimates, 1 to repair the bumper and one to replace it. They refused.Third, although my car is still under warranty, they decided to replace the other parts with generic vs OEM. I told them, my car warranty will be voided if I replace those parts with generic instead. Here was their answer: "You may have to pay the difference from your pocket, if you want OEM parts".I told them who do you serve, the customer or the insurance company?Fourth, I compared their estimate with another estimate;the other estimate will be replacing my rear bumper with OEM vs repairing my bumper only, and the difference was only $350 more.So I don't recommend this place at all, or you might be lucky.

The staff was really friendly and prompt.Due to covid19. They ask that you remain in your vehicle as a preliminary estimate is prepared. I recommend Mike's Autobody to anyone in need of a autobody shop.Thanks.
