I have only dealt with the collision center so this review reflects our experience there. We had collision repair work done for a an insurance claim. Sierra was our case manager and an absolute pleasure to work with, as well as Elcer, the collision supervisor and Jeff, the collision manager. We were extremely happy with the work they did and how they handled all the insurance business for us. They went above and beyond for us to insure we were happy with our rig. Very unusual considering the age of our rig (1992 Foretravel) and the difficultly if sourcing parts for it. Most places don t care to put in the time on older rigs, but they were very into it. We couldn t recommend them more of you have any type of service or repair work needed.

Nice place. Lots of really nice inventory. Super clean & organized. Really appreciated the no high pressure sales. If I ever do get an RV, this is the 1st place I will call.

Big thanks to Jeff and Vicente for getting my ol' trailer back on the road in no time! Trip-savers, truly!Unluckily - one of my trailer tires blew and destroyed my greywater pipe in the process. Luckily - I was just a couple of miles away from Cordelia RV S&C. We came in desperate for any potential urgent fix, and the guys got us going on the road with a working greywater pipe and a replacement spare in no time. Vicente also went the extra mile to help me make sure that my safety chains and breakaway cable were properly set as I was leaving.My trip would have been a disaster without Vicente and Jeff, and I'm so glad we crossed paths.

We just purchased our first used motorhome, sales staff excellent. After returning to pick it up there were a "few" issues that were quickly fixed. EVERYONE has been considerate, respectful & very good listeners to our concerns. Thank you, hopefully for many adventures to see the good 'ol USA

Salesman I had did not know the features of the unit I was looking at it. It was a used unit albeit, but I gave them a heads up the day before I was coming to look at it so there was plenty of time to prepare. I even explained I wanted a walk thru. Secondly, the two used units I looked at were trashed and filthy. A lot of non working broken features as well. Salesman told me they do not clean or fix unit until sold. I said so if your a newbie RV owner it's buyer beware if you don't point out every broken item? I said where is the standard like CarMax you don't have like a 50 point check off or something that the units you sell have been gone over for safety and quality. He said they have none it's your responsibility to find the stuff you want repaired and negotiate that into your offer. I would not buy any used unit here. They don't care what used units they put on their lot. The unit I looked at had a bashed in broken front panel and they told me they would not fix that prior to sale. It was too big an item but they would take $$ off. I said that is a 1500-1800 fix with labor and probably could not find anyone to fix it in the area in the next 7 months due to back logs. They said they would take 250 off price. Not sure about new units but don't trust the used units here.

The service department is terrible! I took my Trailer in for warranty work in August and was told I would get it back by the end of October before my next trip. That being said they did not need two months to fix the very minor issues I had for them. Well, it s mid November and I still don t have my trailer. I have attempted to contact them 3 times and each time they take my number down to call me back, each of those times I have had no return phone call. I ve talked to two different people, neither of which can find my trailer in the system. If I were to do it over again I would have shopped elsewhere.

Just got done with my walk through there. Greg took me through the trailer and showed me all the ins and outs, while also making sure everything worked properly. Mike was very helpful and detailed in showing me how to operate my hitch and anti-sway bar, while also explaining the electronic braking to me. I left there feeling very confident towing my first trailer.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Had my trailer here for over 6 months for warranty work and they did not touch it until the last week. They made excuses on why they could not fix certain items and then only have of the parts needed to fix the trailer showed up and we re fixed when I picked up. I now have been waiting for 4 months for a part that they were supposed to mail me and Fix myself. I now cannot get anyone to call me back or even answer my questions, they claim they have no record of the part on my trailer having issues. Place is a joke!

They have had my Winnebago for six months waiting for a generator they said was back ordered. After six months they asked me to come pick it up unprepared. I found two generators in one day. Inco.petant?

I liked this place for the parts department as it is much closer to us than Camping World. They say they will match Camping World prices. The sales department has a big selection of all kinds of trailers and 5th Wheels. They have some cool retro trailers. Also a line of C class RVs. A few used units. Sales staff were friendly and not pushy.

1 star is too much, dropped off travel trailer 6 weeks ago and still ha e not been contacted. Left several messages, no return call, they actually mis-placed my trailer for a bit, then I was told It will be longer cuz now the RV manufacturers are shut down for the holidays.... ugggghhhhhh

Having some issues with installed equipment. Appears that install may be incorrect. Jeff, one of the owners, seemed to prefer email getting this setup but having trouble getting in touch now.Edit. They got my trailer in and I'm back in business.Service: Body & Trim

First Class Service & Support. We totaled our first ever RV (1999 Coachman Catalina) in May. Elcer Galvez, Paint & Body Shop Manager went above & beyond to provide an estimate, then work with our insurance company to successfully complete our claim. We will consider purchasing our next RV from Cordelia RV Center, especially since they have employees like Elcer. Thank you Elcer & Cordelia RV!

Better hope you never have a problem with your RV. They will never call you back. Been waiting over a month now and I have called and left multiple messages. Horrible customer service in the service department.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

The staff is awesome , I have a crazy schedule due to Racing and they have worked with me all the way to make sure I was accommodated , by far the best customer service I've received in along time

Called 4 times to ask if truck service bodies were repaired here, was told I'd get a call back 3 times with an answer and the 4th was "No, not unless we sold it."

Very busy place, everyone is always busy. Not sure how Kelly keeps everything straight. We have been waiting 3 days but told them we are in no hurry
