Thank you for the great service! My van s AC compressor needed to be replaced as well the condenser and the two hoses. Mike was prompt with the diagnosis to the van and his quote for the repairs. He is professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I also asked Mike to top off the AC on my Subaru and Toyota while he was here. I appreciated the mobile service because it s convenient for customers. In 2 days after I ordered the parts that they told me I needed for the car. They diagnosed and guided me in the right direction to solve my issue. Very knowledgeable and very transparent with their workI am satisfied that they fixed my ac and heater so quick. Highly recommended

Mike and his team were amazing. I called on Saturday, and made an appointment for Monday. With a cancellation, Mike called me and was able to see us the same day. He and his team were very professional, knowledgeable, and got our AC working within the hour. He explained everything he was doing and made future repair recommendations. We had been without air for about a year. I am so glad I decided to call Cool Auto AC and will continue to use their services and refer them to all I know!

Awesome work done on my AC. Cool Auto Ac was really convenient, my very first time trying out the Mobile Cool Auto. I love the fact that he comes to my place, n fix my AC right there on my driveway. Amazing, my AC now is fixed n running very cold air. Love it, .Great job Mike, by the way thank you for giving me a $75 discount on top of that.I will definitely will be using you guys again.

Michael arrived on time as promised. The work done was impeccable. The man is very knowledgeable and competent. Michael shared valuable knowledge with me about other things on my car. He also gave me a list of parts on the AC system that will eventually need replacement, saying I should keep an eye on them. Considering I had no AC last summer and with summer around the corner, it is a huge relief to have that air conditioning purring with new freon. Another bonus of mobile service is not having to drop your car off for a day. I'm impressed and I think you ought to use Michael's services.

Cool Auto saved the day! Very polite and willing to work with me with my specific needs. He evacuated my system so I could change a quick part then reserviced the system all within an hour! AND he came to me.10/10 would use again!

Michael was very helpful and timely. I called him the day before leaving on a long trip. He was able to fit me in on the same day. Talked me through what he was doing. Luckily we found the problem and he was able to fix my AC in no time. I will definitely be calling him in the future and would highly recommend.

Scheduling was easy, arrived at my home and was done within an hour! (I have a toddler so this was amazing!) When he was finished, he told me that he recharged the AC and then put a thermometer in my vent to show how cold it was blowing. Then he showed me the parts and what may need to be replaced in the somewhat near future. And when those need replacing, you know who I will call? These guys. Don t bother dealing with anyone else for your AC. 10/10, this business is where it s at.

Cool Auto AC Service is the most professional, knowledgeable and best place to take my car. Michael was awesome in replacing my a/c compressor and charging the system. I now have ice cold A/C in my old civic. No one is beating his prices on the services he provides. Mike is AWESOME!! 2016 wrangler Sahara had no cooling came out in less than an hour diagnosed the problem and had the AC up and charged fast!! Cudos very professional and had all the right equipment!!

My AC wasn t blowing like it used to, and was even getting a weird smell coming out of it when I first start it up. Mike came through with diagnosing the issues and getting it to blow even colder than before! Now I m ready to face this upcoming summer heat! Thank you Mike! I want to commend Mike for being so responsive to my situation. My A/C was not blowing cold air. Mike said he was available and within 30min, my A/C was blowing very cold air. While he was tending to the A/C service, we were in conversation about my power window not working. He said he could fix it. It was 6:30pm in the afternoon. He said he could swing by an auto parts store, pick up a motor and have it fixed by that same day. Wow! What great customer service! My car not only was blowing cold air, the power window was fixed! Mike is very knowledgeable, friendly, and fast! I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for car service.

26 May 2021 Update to this post. COOL Auto once again through in the clutch and was able to fix a defective heater core. This was a massive job that took all day. His professionalism and great work proved why he still gets a five star rating from me. Highly recommend Mike and his business. The paragraph below is from my first experience with his business for my AC.03 Apr 2021 The service that has been provided was especially well done from start to finish. COOL Auto was able to provide mobile service to my house and complete the job quickly and very professionally. Mike was able to come out the same day and run a diagnostic check to ensure the A/C was the problem. It was and he was able to come out the next day and complete the job. Very pleased with the overall service and willingness to take care of people. I would recommended his services to anyone! Definitely a five star quality experience for me. My car was blowing out warm air and I called Cool Auto. They came, diagnosed my car. Filled the freon but told me I will need a new compressor and condenser in the future, most likely within a year. So since we weren't doing that today, my car is 10 years old.I paid for the diagnostic. 165.I appreciate the ease of them coming to my house, I also appreciate their integrity of telling me I'm going to need to fix that.

Moved from out of state and my AC was not working; Mike was able to diagnose the issue and fix my AC issue in less than an hour, he explained everything to help me understand, was very knowledgeable and personable! Highly recommend!

Mike was very helpful. I had an issue which my AC and he resolved the issue in a short amount of time. He responds quickly. He charges reasonably compared to other automotive shops. He diagnosed the problem with my Camry and refilled the refrigerant in my Sienna van. His prices are reasonable and he's very personable! And I didn't have to go drop off my car; he came to me! He works weekends and speaks Spanish and can even replace the compressor in your car! Support a local business! Hire Michael to get the air conditioning in your auto worked on!

This is a father / son business. The father talks / texts and sends the son out. The son came and said I needed Freon , filled it and said to call if things weren t working right. I paid $155 just for him to come and look. I was charged $280 total. About 5 months later, the AC was blowing warm again. The car was driven less than 1000 miles from the time it was fixed .I called the dad and he wanted to charge me another $155 to come and diagnose it again. He said the Freon must have leaked out and that it was not his fault. I questioned why I had to pay for another diagnosis after they never found the issue, they just added Freon long enough for them to collect my money and leave with a temporary bandaid.I was calm and polite when talking to the dad. He had absolutely no solution other than taking another $155 from me to come out. Then he got frustrated and said I m trying to work with you . I asked what he was doing to help me as he offered absolutely no solution , reduced rate, etc. The conversation ended when he hung up on me. Don t give these CROOKS your money. Who hangs up on people that give them money after no provocation?

Great customer service Michael Is very knowledgeable and provides great information on what needs to be done! Had him work on my Ram and was done in a matter of 30 minutes! Now my vehicle is ready for the summer. Had a lot of trouble finding a shop that worked with my schedule and price range so as soon as I saw that he was mobile it definitely caught my attention! Great business and great people definitely recommend

This is the best experience I've had with any kind of service before! Mike is a great person and mechanic, very honest and hardworking. He ran a diagnostic on my AC and found out that I had a bad compressor. He pointed me in the right direction and told me all of the parts that I'd need and even gave me pointers on replacing it myself. He drained the gas from the system so that I'd be able to change the compressor myself. And then he came back on his day off to recharge my AC for me. His apprentice Adzel is also great! He helped me out at o'rileys with locating my part. If you're looking for a professional, honest and all around great service, look no further. Mike is the man! And I would recommend this service to every single person I know. Thanks for all your help Mike and Adzel! I hope your business prospers and that you have all the success. My car was not blowing cold air at all, called Michael and set up an appointment for a recharge. He vacuumed the system, checked for leaks and refilled the system in less than 30 minutes. Save the time and headaches going to other so called AC shops . Do it right the first time and set up your appointment with Michael. Definitely knows what he s doing!

Michael went out of his way to help me diagnose my A/C blower motor. He was able to de-gas my system and spent extra time to help remove the systems resistor and blower motor to diagnose any faults. I would recommend Cool Auto AC Service to everyone.

Mike came out almost immediately.Evacuated the old refrigerant, added new, tested, seemed to work ok. Took it for a test ride, temp went up. Said we needed a compressor, he couldn't do it. Recommended another shop.. Nice to know he knows when to pass on the work. Recommend highly.
