About six months ago we took our car to Caliber Collision in Fairfield after our car was struck by a hit and run driver. Our car had extensive damage to the driver's side rear door and wheel well. It took awhile to get our car back, but we couldn't have been happier with the repairs. Our car looked like new again. I highly recommend Caliber Collision. Caliber Collision completed body work on my vehicle & after 2 weeks, they left the inside of my car an absolute mess. First, it smells like pure chemical & second, they left my windows down during repair. There was dust EVERYWHERE & I left my car clean in their hands. I m very disappointed in the way my car was handled. I ll never be going here again nor recommending this business. They don t respect your car. Now my car smells so strong with chemicals, it makes me sick.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Below, I will briefly describe my seamless repair process and specifically how Mr. Tyler Breeding, the General Manager far exceeded my needs, repair service expectations and results. This is a classic case of service which was "above and beyond the call of duty."Recently, I experienced an accident involving a deer road crossing on US Hwy 50, on my return from South Lake Tahoe. Fortunately, I was not injured with only minor damage done to my vehicle. USAA Insurance did an excellent job processing my auto repair claim. I selected CALIBER COLLISION as my repair facility. On or about July 17, 2023, I met Mr. Justin Breeding, my Estimator and Mr. Tyler Breeding, Caliber Collision General Manager. These gentlemen welcomed me and made me feel completely comfortable with my upcoming repair process. They kindly and thoroughly explained the repair procedures and answered all of my questions. They handled the entire process with minimal interaction required on my behalf (coordination with USAA, my rental car company, vehicle parts and service, etc). Additionally, they provided me with a reasonable repair completion date, honored this completion date and provided me with several (almost daily) repair progress updates along the way to my vehicle restoration.Today, I received my restored vehicle and I kid you not, the vehicle looked almost better than it did when I originally purchased it over 5 years ago. Needless to say, I am very satisfied with my decision to choose CALIBER COLLISION, feel very fortunate to have met Mr. Breeding and extremely overjoyed with the impressive results this company delivered for me. PRO: Communication is excellent in terms of answering phone calls, addressing issues or concerns, ensuring messages were relayed to concerned party/ies, polite, and seems to know their s***, esp. Ian. Collecting my belongings from my car was a quick and painless process. Garage was clean and easy to manage/navigate.CON: Security seems lax in terms of varying the identification of the person before handing the keys out to that person.

By far the best customer service I have received! Derrick, did an amazing job checking in with me, and keeping me update on my car. And then when it was time to turn it in, Tyler stayed later, to make sure that I was able to work turn it in on the day it was due, instead of owing money to the insurance company. Brought my car in for a fix to a rear end bumper damage on my BMW 550i 2008. They did a phenomenal job getting the work done with me and my insurance company keeping us both updated. After all the work was done I could not believe how good the car looked after they finished it was perfect done right the first time and on time best service I ve ever had highly recommend you go here. If you have any questions they give to you straight.

Car was done in 18 days and the quality of work was like new again excellent always keeping me in touch as they are getting the car done with also w parking with my insurance and rental car making easy to do business in one place also after fixing the car to perfection picking up on a Friday had to return back again Monday for my warning light came on about front collision and they said we want to make it right paying for a rental again soo they can take the car to VW center to get it done again making sure this will not happen 5 stars thank you , to all hard working people that s been helping me through out this hardship of weeks without my car I miss soo much and looking forward to getting it back soon will continues I trust this Caliber Collision Centers specially Fairfield,Ca94533. I took my car here to be repaired after it had been rear ended by another driver. It is a difficult color to match and they were extremely accommodating on getting the color exactly right. Even going so far as to bring in their head color matcher from their corporate offices to ensure the match was spot on. I was extremely pleased with their work and how far they went to ensure I was completely satisfied with the workmanship and customer service.

I didn't think that there would be any circumstances that would allow me to describe my car accident as "pleasant", but... this experience was actually pretty pleasant. Cooks took care of everything, including my rental car arrangements. They even saved me almost $150 in costs that would have otherwise come out of my pocket. Dropped the car off on Wednesday night, and it was done by Friday afternoon! I was very surprised at how speedy their service was. Happy to have my car back, looking better than the day I bought it!

Hit a curb and took it to them, been to other places and they were ok, but they not only treated me like family, but got my vehicle back before they said and also cleaned it for me! I was not happy with the workmanship. After being in a rear-end accident, I went to Cook's by recommendation from AAA. Not only did it take much longer than it should have, they had trouble matching the paint. Wwhen they ordered pre-matched parts from the dealer that didn't match my paint color, they said I would have to have mismatched parts on my car. WHAT?!?! Isn't that the point of going to a body and paint shop? I'm still not sure if Cooks ordered the wrong color or if the manufacturer sent the wrong color, but they acted like it was the car's fault for being the wrong color. You're a bodyshop, paint the parts to match the car! They finally agreed to paint the parts to match my car, but they still didn't match. What kind of bodyshop can't match paint? I believe this is the problem with taking my car to a corporate shop instead of a mom and pop shop. Cooks took zero pride in their work and they just didn't care what the finale produce looked like.

This business has gone downhill. One of their repairs didn't last. Bad clips in left rear side panel. The manager was less than enthusiastic, unhelpful about helping me repair it & the "fix" again broke! Frustrating!
