Bought a used 2022 X3 M40i from Fairfield BMW. Living in Boston creates some challenges to the purchase. But every aspect of dealing with Fairfield was Best in Class. From start to Finish. Alex was my lead contact, great service in every way. Kirby was great. Took the time to answer questions and look into options. Sales manager wasn t too helpful with small details like replacing the bad brake light bulbs or crediting me for a part they were scheduling to replace (on order) but that I had an alternative lined up already. Ended up purchasing the vehicle I came to see regardless of these setbacks. Started looking at a secondary vehicle but sales manager would not budge on pricing or my trade in credit DESPITE my just purchasing a car literally 5 minutes earlier. Lost a sale, shame as I would have liked to leave with both.

We originally went to get a Mercedes at Mercedes of Fairfield. After spending some time on the lot and talking to a salesman we decided to check out BMW of Fairfield. Upon our arrival we met a gentleman by the name of Angel, let me say simply due to his customer service the honesty and his true willingness to provide amazing service we decided to purchase our vehicle at BMW of Fairfield. We decided to purchase the 2024 530i BMW Xdrive. We really were focused on a Mercedes but the vehicle and quality of service won us over. Angel is an amazing man and made us feel as if we were the most important people in the dealership. His focus, attention to detail, knowledge of product, and personal approach is refreshing. I just bought my first BMW, and had the best car buying experience I ve ever had. I live about 90 minutes away, and so I called ahead to talking pricing and talk about a deal for my trade in. Greg and Nick were both very prompt, professional, and kind.Once I got to the dealership, things were very smooth and it only took about 2 hours. I felt like I got a very fair deal for my trade-in and a good deal on the car I purchased. I would highly recommend their dealership. I probably drove by several other dealerships to get to Fairfield, but I would do it again. Thank you for treating me with kindness and respect.

Fairfield BMW is great! Everyone was very friendly and helpful, there s coffee and snacks and a super comfortable sitting area. I was helped by Tony, who bought my car from me. We called so many places and he gave us the absolute best price, hassle free! He s been in the business a long time and I can tell he knows his stuff. This place is great! They up front and not like your typical car dealer. Everything is so streamlined and modern. You don t spend hours with some high pressure salesman negotiating in an office. Steven was great to work with and I highly recommend Fairfield BMW.

Such a smooth and easy process. The dealership is clean and peaceful . The test drive was great. My salesman, Angel, was phenomenal! He wasn t pushy , just said facts about the car and Had the answers to everything I asked . My new car is my best purchase yet! 10/10 will come back when it s time to upgrade!

I had a very good experience shopping at BMW Fairfield. My sales contact was Kirby Lopez and Kirby did a fantastic job with my whole transaction end to end. The GM Nick Sandoval got involved also to help close out the deal. It was efficient and respectful of my time.We picked up the car the next day and Kirby took me through different extended warranty and other options I could consider. While I didn t do all of what was offered, I took ones I cared about. I appreciate the time and patience in explaining my options to me.Overall, very positive and upfront. Thank you.

Being in the automotive industry myself I expect certain standards from dealerships and this one surpassed my expectations. I use to work for BMW and I think BMW of Fairfield's buying process of one price, one person, one is brilliant. I wish the dealerships I worked for had the same process. Also, my client advisor Greg Lacastro was amazing. He kept me informed through the whole buying process and even took a video of the car and sent it to me without asking. Something I would do with my clients. Make sure you ask for him when calling or visting this dealership, you won't be disappointed. My purchase was a 2024 M2 in Brooklyn Grey. Can't wait to get it!

We had a great experience when we purchased our new vehicle at the BMW of Fairfield. Jordan was the Sales Representative who took good care of us. He was professional, knowledgeable, polite and patiently answered all the questions and concerns we had. The transaction went so quickly as we comfortably wait, with snacks, cold water and cappuccino offered to us.We are very impressed with the excellent service we received and I will definitely recommend Jordan and this BMW branch to friends and family who will be interested in purchasing their future vehicles.

Fairfield BMW is the best!! My Husband and I live in Sacramento have have a number of choices of BMW dealerships to go to in our area and we were not impressed with many of them. Then we heard about BMW of Fairfield from a friend and boy did they exceed our expectations. Marie was our sales lady and did she give us one hell of an experience. She made it very easy for us to find the perfect car and she was extremely knowledgeable. What we loved was Marie was our everything. She was sales and finances. We never were handed off to any other person, she was it. Marie never tried to push anything on us and was upfront with everything. Overall she made car buying easy and not a headache. We bought a 2023 330i and we love the car. Thank you Marie & BMW of Fairfield! We will definitely buy our next BMW there!

Low B*lled our trades on a 2022 Honda CRV, a 2023 M240 Drive and a 2022 C8. Told them "CarMax down the road is willing to give us thousands more, they stated... well go down the road". Absolutely! In fact, we did not go to CarMax, we drove down the highway to another BMW aaaaand.. guess what? They give us a respectable non-low B*lled amount for our trades. So the wife and I got two new 2024 X3M's, financed with BMWFS with incentives and awesome "holiday" rates. Thanks Fairfield BMW. A particular "salesperson" and particular sales "manager" who I dealt with, I left your names out, out of a little shred of respect I have for you. You don't sell cars, you take peoples orders.. With Good Credit, Cash On Hand- You could have easily sold two cars in one transaction. The C8 you were giving 65k, we were given 73k. It sold in less than two weeks on their lot for 79k. The CRV you were giving us 23.5k, we received 28k. The 6 month old 2023 BMW you were giving us 43k for, another BMW dealer gave us 47k and it sold in less than a week for 51k. Offloaded 3 pre-owned cars for 150k, and purchased two new ones for 180k. Will never step in your establishment again, but thanks for continuing to spam my phone. Loving these X3MC's!

I had my late husband's BMW 750Li (his 3rd and last in his lifetime) brought in for service at the BMW Fairfield Service Center and received top notched service from Isaac Ruiz and everyone on his team. whether by phone call or texts, I was kept apprised by Isaac in the most professional manner. I also appreciate the full transparency of the multi-inspection done by Ken/Service Tech, who filmed the walk-through that they sent to me. The car had many issues, which would cost too much even with the discount they willingly offered, so I've decided to sell the car for practical reasons. During the sale, Tony Wright from BMW Sales patiently assisted us and, being so understanding of the car's sentimental value, he gave my daughter and I all the time we needed to take out my husband's things and say goodbye to our "dear old friend". Tony also gave us the best possible price for the car. I really appreciate that everyone did not pressure us in doing anything against our will. They were all very professional through and through. The experience was a bit emotional for my daughter and I, but we felt good in the end knowing the car is where it will be given the best possible treatment that it needs. I would like to thank them all from the bottom of my heart. I may have sold my husband's BMW, but I know that, someday, if we are ever in the market for another BMW, we will be back at BMW Fairfield.

Excellent experience with BMW of Fairfield! Bought a 2024 X3M-Competition after thorough search of Bay Area & beyond, dealer inquiries via internet & email. Fairfield BMW had straightforward discounted fixed pricing off MSRP - which you know after 1st contact, without needing to visit in person first, and no hassle negotiation of deal. Personnel (Greg, Marie, Hector and Carl) were extremely professional, knowledgeable, responsive and personable. We are very happy with the beautiful car and the buying experience!

I worked with Tony Wright who is not just an awesome advisor, but an amazing human being as well.I was selling my BMW 7 series and had my son work with Tony first. Once we were ok with the price, I spoke with Tony who walked me through the process. He was transparent and upfront on the charges if tires were worn out. I also had a couple of warning lights on which he worked with the technician to clarify exactly how much would deduct the price by.I told him that I was driving an hour to make this sale and he proved to be an honest person who didn t play any tricks to extract a penny out of me.No pressure and clean deal.If we were in market for a BMW, I would for sure consider calling Tony first.He even arranged a ride back for me.Thanks Tony!
