BOYCOTT BILLS! This shop crashed my Classic 88 Bronco, didn't close the hood and flew up and destroyed my truck. Refused to pay for the damages even though he sore he would take care of this. After 4 month I had to sue him in small claims and won, but my truck will never be the same from what this shop did to it. Complete incompetence and refusal to fix the damages. If you have to sue your mechanic, because of DAMAGE he did to your vehicle, he's not a very good mechanic. Run from this place, because when he is at fault he won't come through. 6 years going to this shop and this is how he treats loyal customers. Stay Away and look up court cases against this shop!

Bill is awesome! He's always very nice and willing to help people out. Very honest with his customers. He's always willing to explain what's going on with your car. I definitely trust him with my car and I will keep going back to his shop as long as I live in the area.

Bill is the most honest mechanic I know. I've brought my cars to Bill for many many years now and every time he is able to resolve any issues at a reasonable price... And he's quick! If every mechanic was like Bill they would not have a negative reputation.

What a great experience. I showed up unannounced, straight off the freeway where my car had started making horrible noises, just grateful to find some place open on a Saturday. I walked in and literally said, "I need a Hero." And Bill was! I had all but given up on catching the ferry to attend my reunion, but Bill was quick, cheerful and kind - and he got me there! I missed the 11am sailing, but caught the 1pm boat. Day saved! Color me forever grateful to my new Hero, Bill.

My wife and I can t say enough good things about Bill s Shop. If there are two professions that I am always weary of it s dentists and mechanics. Fortunately Bill has given me peace of mind with the latter. Bill has helped us out on so many occasions and has done phenomenal work at a fair price. He has never seemed pushy or made us feel like he was trying to do more than provide quality work. On one occasion he even went out of his way to find a cheaper part to help us save some money. I would have no hesitation bringing my cars to Bill.

We have brought many different cars to Bill, and he always knows how to fix them, we've never had any issue leaving our cars with him for a couple of days if needed, we know he'll take care of them as if they were their own. He's an honest man and I would recommend anyone going to him.

I took my car here after reading Bill's amazing reviews online, and I was not disappointed. My car was fixed and ready for me sooner than expected, and the techs did great work. I will definitely visit Bill's shop for my future auto needs.

You will never find a shop with as much integrity as this place. Prices are spot on and the team of mechanics can not be compared. Bill and Mike are excellent people, they specialize in cars , but their true gift is people. I can't enough... If I did, you wouldn't believe me.

Honest and thorough. Great price for work performed. I will return when I break down and need ANYTHING repaired on my car. Great advice. Give Bill a problem he will solve it and save your worries for something else!

In the summer of 2018 my AC went out on my car. I took it to a shop in Fairfield and they said the compressor was out and it would be $1800.00 to replace it. I went online and was looking for another shop to take my car in for a second opinion. I found Bill's auto repair and he told me to bring it in and he would take a look. Best decision i made.Took my car in and Bill checked it and my compressor was fine I had a hole in the of the AC hoses which was causing the freon to leak. I saved over $1400.00 dollars. Fast forward October 2019 my catalytic converter had to be replaced smog was due and wouldn't pass smog. Brought my car into Bill and he told me of another place in Fairfield I could go and save about $200 to $250.00 on the catalytic converter and it would be welded on. After some investigating I decided to have Bill replace it and bolt it on which was more but a lot easier to deal with if there was a issue. He was so honest he didn't have to tell me about the other shop. Catalytic convector was done took it for a smog check the technician said couldn't have run and cleaner for the test. A couple of days later my mom went to Bill's because she couldn't turn her key in the ignition and wanted to schedule a appointment to have the car towed in. Bill told her to go home spray some WD 40 in the ignition and try to turn the steering wheel because he said it sounded like the steering wheel was locked. Low and behold it worked right away. He could of easily had my 78 year old mom tow her car in and charged her a couple of hundred bucks. I am going through a very nasty divorce and was married to a mechanic for 33 years. Never had to worry about my car. I was scared I would get ripped off especially being a woman. LIke the $1800.00 for the AC . I'm so glad I got another opinion. I recommend Bill to my neighbor and he takes all his cars to him now. If I could give him 10 gold stars I would. I will not use anyone else. Bill also has a great personality and he's really cute too!

Went to get my ac looked at and he found the problem in 5 mins and fixed it on the spot. Also seen other potential problems and helped me take care of that to. Highly recommend honest guy and a pleasure to work with.

When the Jeep dealer told me the differential needed to be replaced and parts alone would cost over $4,000 I told them to close it up and I drove over to have Bill look at it. He opened it up and inspected it together with me. His approach is just that simple and direct. He was able to replace the broken washer in a day. Total price: $147.

Called to make sure id be paying what i was told before and was told 200 more then I was originally told. Told him that was more then he told me when I first asked and then hung up on me. Taken my car here before and even recommended him. Time to find someone else for my cars.

Get everything in writing. Was given a quote over the phone for a 100,000 maintenance service with fluid changes. Price was marked up so he could give me a military discount and was told the next day that to do it the right way, he would have to charge me an extra $400. Get Everything In Writing First!

I went in for leaking water pump and found out more was wrong with my Acura, but bill being bill fixed it and got me back rolling within my budget. I will be back and send friends and family

Everyone knows how hard it is to find a good mechanic, Bill's been that mechanic for me for awhile. He gets the job done. He has old school ethics which is also hard to find.

Bill will get you back on the road, lickety split! He went to hell and back to get our band van (Van Helsing) back on the road. Bill is a very honest and ethical mechanic in Fairfield.
