I always bring my car to them. They have never done me wrong. Been going here for about two or three years now. I got breaks from them, a new battery, a radiator, my oil, change, and new tires. Have never had any issues.

I called yesterday and spoke with Brian. He was professional and to the point. I like direct. I got pricing on a tire alignment for my BMW. His pricing was a fraction of the price of what BMW is currently charging. When I showed up today, he was just as professional and courteous. A nice woman waiting told me they were the best and she was right. The service only took about an hour and the guys in the shop were cool. Thank you again Brian! Since you passed on the coffee, I'll bring you something cool next round!

BF has been coming here for the past two decades, he has an old Toyota truck with about 600k+ miles that has only ever been serviced here, that alone should tell you a lot about this place.I've only ever heard great things about Bryan and Mike; they are honest and will not overcharge for random stuff like most places do. As a woman, I hate dealing with mechanics and car problems, so when my car was making weird squeaky noises, I asked the BF to take my car in to them.I got to interact with Mike and he was extremely friendly and thoroughly explained the services provided, I understood NONE OF IT, but appreciate that he went out of his way to explain it to me.

I absolutely love this shop! They are honest and have integrity, they are never looking to charge for unnecessary work and they will give YOU the option to get work done, but they will share their opinion on if work is absolutely necessary or could wait or not even needed.

I've been meaning to post a review for these guys for a while. They tell it like it is and their pricing is fair. They can get any set of a number of brands of tires and anything they can't get you shouldn't be putting on your car anyways. I trusted these guys with my car and my wife's car. First class.

I have been a customer for years at the Fairfield Tire Pros. Mike Nelson had always taken great care of my vehicles. I am very particular with my vehicle care. At times my vehicles will test any and all automotive technicians. Mike appears to welcome the challenge and figure out the issue. I will continue to be a loyal customer. I always take my cars here! Have been doing so for years...they are professional, courtesy, and reasonably priced. I have purchased used cars formy children and they have looked them over and made repairs as needed as well. I trust them more than any other shop in Fairfield.

I have lived in Fairfield just about my whole life and could never trust a good tire shop until tire pros. Brian that works in the front is by far the nicest and fairest . These guys take care of you. They are always friendly and professional. I highly recommend tire pros.

DO NOT GET WORK DONE HERE! The staff is completely unprofessional (Bryan likes to cuss when he gets upset). They don t stick to warranty on repairs and make it a hassle when trying to use your warranty. They also falsify repairs done on vehicles to get out of using the warranty. After speaking with a manager about the issue, he handed a copy of the warranty to me and told me he didn t have time to go over it with me and to look it up myself (Managers name was Mike). I honestly don t think I have had a more unprofessional experience in my life. If I could give no stars I would.

Straight forward service. Definitely recommend calling ahead of time to check tire stock and appointment availability. They offer some very cheap tires when it comes to price, but also include some good warranties and post service assurances. Bought 4 tires and have done oil changes and rotations without problems.

The best tire shop ever, these guys always square me away and I ve been going there since 2015. No bull, straight forward and you can feel the integrity in the service. They are straight and to the point, helping with what you ask for without trying to add on other items or costs you dont need. They were quick with the work of replacing tires on my SUV, and gave me the wireless password so that I could get work done while waiting.

These are some of the most honest guys out there. They don't only do tires either, give them holler for other mechanical and electrical issues as well. I highly recommend!

Bought 4 tires ident. to the originals which wore perfect for @38,000.Drove away and Sprinter showed bad pressure, went back, one side had 50lbs., the other 70. Supposed to be 50 front 70 rear. After 2500 miles home found front tires wearing on inside severe. How could the align be out just by installing new tires?Only one explanation I can think of! Is it possible this dealer creating alignment business?

Been servicing my Ranger here for 4 years. Always pleasant, always informative on the problem, complete repairs when they say they will and do it right. And, quick on the drive to/from home, so I can do my thing while they do theirs on my vehicle.

Excellent service!!! They were able to repair my tire for me when the dealership said they couldn't. Came here for another service yet they offered to repair my tire at no cost when I explained the situation. Definitely coming back here again for services in the future!

Needed new rims & Tires, they were friendly, and had competitive prices, they ordered the items I wanted & although 2 of the 4 rims were back ordered, so.the job was 2 days later than it was supposed to happen, overall they did a good job

Nice people but the work is bad.I gave them 3 chances and the messed up all 3 times.1st time. I had alinement done and car was then given to me with the steering wheel not centered.2nd time. alinement re-checked but they let me drive off with the work job papers dangling from the mirror.3rd time. tire repair . they installed the tire backwards. you can't do that if you have directional tires like I do.

They took care of me quick, had the tire I needed in stock for my dodge ram 3500, and the whole staff is great to deal with. I would highly recommend this shop!
