We bought our dream Airstream a used 25 Flying Cloud in exactly the configuration we wanted. The sales and support processes were smooth and fun, and the service department was super helpful and approachable. We re delighted to have made the purchase with these good folks. We can t say enough positive things about how helpful the service and ongoing support team are now that we store our new-to-us Airstream at their facility. Talk about wrap around service!

We ve worked with this crew for years but I wanted to give a special thanks to Matt in service. We showed up today missing our hitch and he and the service team did a last-minute save to get us on the road. The vacation would have been cancelled without their help. Thanks, Matt and team.

We bought a new Carvel RV from Bay Area Airstream Adventures...picked it up yesterday. A very pleasant experience. Very knowledgeable staff with lots of information to impart. We had a two hour walk-through before taking our new baby home. Very well done and helped us to understand safety issues, various systems and power usage. If you are gonna get an Airstream, I recommend these folks.

The best Airstream dealer and service center in Northern California thanks to their friendly, product knowledgeable team. They expertly completed a 20+ point repair and update on my 2017 Interstate Grand Tour (new Fusion entertainment system that s awesome, fixed blinds and drawer pulls, new macerator pump, new ceiling fan, lights etc) and now the coach looks and operates in like-new condition - amazing.Top notch sales and service, friendly staff, fair pricing, a pleasure to do business with.On the road again. Thank you!

Best products and service. Nobody is even close. Airstreams are expensive but you get what you pay for.

These guys are great, really went out of their way to take care of us. Found a bunch of problems in our airstream that's been sitting around far too long and fixed them at a VERY reasonable price. Great communication the whole time. And when the breaking system failed (because the fuse in the truck was out) they replaced the truck fuse. Total class, top notch service, very friendly. I can't say enough positive things about this team. And I thought it was going to cost quite a bit more than it did.

We recently dealt with Bay Area Airstream and found the experience to be very comfortable. We dealt with Ralph Matthews who was responsive, helpful and never pressured us at any point. We cannot say enough good things about our dealings with Ralph. Good luck with your Airstream search and if you're in the area give Bay Area Airstream a visit.

This place is incredible. I store my Airstream here for a very reasonable price. I am new to towing and owning a trailer which was very intimidating at first. Since my first time coming to this facility, Armando and Matt in the service department have made me feel comfortable asking newbie questions and settled my nerves after making rookie mistakes. They are super knowledgeable and helpful. It s also just a great vibe-I actually get excited to pick up/drop off my Airstream and say hi to everyone. Whether your buying, storing, need maintenance, or all of the above-do it here!

I worked with Roger Beatty over email to get a quote on a Basecamp, and he was friendly, efficient, and professional. Highly recommended.

Do your research on prices of items they sale. I needed a 12k equalizer hitch pretty quick and they had it in stock which is rare during COVID times. My gripe is the price difference between equalizers website and what this dealer was selling it for. $708 website versus $755 dealer add the ball for $25 bucks and now we are at $780 versus the equalizer kit with ball for $718 on equalizer website. This is all before tax. Like I said I needed one so I bought it, but I did ask and they said that the price has always been this even before COVID. I don't own an airstream as that is out of my price range I just needed to purchase an item that they a dealer for.

Armando has been an excellent resource on the service side and he helped expedite some minor repairs that were needed with our trailer even though they are very busy with the uptick in trailer sales during Covid. Extremely professional and communication was great during the process. We are happy with our purchase and the maintenance of our trailer!

Lupe in Parts was great! Sent an email and the next business day she replied with the information I needed. After her help I ordered the part and it was on its way, delivered the following day. Even Amazon doesn t offer that level of customer service. She needs a raise!! We bought our Caravel from Bay Area Airstream Adventures and have enjoyed every interaction with them

One of the better sales and service experiences I have had. Everyone at Bay Area Airstream is extremely focused on customer service. The receptionist when you walk in is very helpful and always offers water or coffee. In the sales department, I had the pleasure of working with Henry who was no pressure and very knowledgeable about the product and answered all my questions. He took the time to show me the differences in the array of models that Airstream offers. I also believe their pricing is fair and accurate, the sales manager took the time to be transparent with the pricing, and it was clear they wanted to offer a fair price for me and a reasonable profit for the dealership. When it came to the paperwork, Bobby was amazing. He was efficient and clear on all the paperwork and even had it brought to me at work to sign. This dealership makes great use of the customers time, and works to ensure you are satisfied from a purchase perspective.I also want to highly recommend their service department. I had a few items that needed adjusted after purchase and they made it happen. From Jess who helped me get in quickly, to Bob who explained all that was going on, and Cedric was the one to get things done and did so with a smile. To note, they have the service techs deliver your trailer so they are very knowledgeable about all the technical pieces of the trailer. Cedric delivered my trailer and answered all my questions and even took some calls after I took delivery about some of the questions I had regarding some of the functions on the trailer. JOB WELL DONE TO THE ENTIRE DEALERSHIP. It takes a lot to keep things running this smoothly and it is clear this team knows how to get it don. THANK YOU!

Best thing is the people. So friendly, and very accommodating. No sales pitch. They are there to help you get the most out of your buying AND adventuring experiences. This is our second airstream purchase from BAAA. The sales people are low key and very knowledgeable. The Finance Manager made the money part of the transaction efficient and painless. Scheduling our walk through and training was super simple and Tami will get you started right. Accessories and add-ons are reasonably priced and enable you to customize your trailer. They have a nice selection of accessories and maintenance items available in their parts and service department. And they even have snacks as you will probably spend a few hours there.

The service team is great. All of the service they performed on my Globetrotter was top notch. The sales team, on the other hand, should understand that when a customer spends over $100,000 at your business and you tell that customer that you will call him back to discuss his offer... you should do that. Business benefits aside, it's just the polite and respectful thing to do.

5 stars for the service team, 1 stars for the sales team. I have been an airstream owner for 4 years. The service team has been awesome and excellent. I would use them again without question.I arrived today after calling several times and with an appointment for an appraisal on my trailer. I was given an appraisal and an explanation regarding corrosion all over my trailer and completely on the under belly. They shared that typically my unit would trade for this amount and that it would take almost $20,000 to recondition my 4 yr old trailer to be resold. I asked them to please show me the corrosion that I was very unaware of. They would NOT. They showed me where to find it on a show room model even though my trailer was right outside the door. Because the trade was so remarkably low there was no way I could trade it in and that I now felt I had to fix the issue.I immediately spoke with the service department to see if they could help me find the corrosion. I was ready to dump a ton of cash into fixing the trailer we love and enjoy. Our purpose to trade is for a smaller unit. The service team was on the ground and under my trailer trying to find the issue. They could not.I really would have appreciated the customer service first off just saying they weren t interested in my trailer. I left my home today at 8 am and it is now 7:30pm. It is always a long day to travel to Fairfield to the Bay Area Airstream.I left today feeling that I could not trust them. It is huge money getting into the airstream world. TRUST is huge to a customer. Especially when looking for an all American product. I do not trust the sales team and cannot recommend this branch under the current management.

I am so happy with the entire experience I had at Airstream in Fairfield. I thought my sales rep, Christina was amazing! She was not a typical sales rep. She was super honest throughout the entire process and I genuinely believe that she got me the best deal on my 2020 Bambi that she could have. She even gave me her cell phone number and we texted on her day off until I was ready to make my decision.Justin gave an awesome orientation when I picked up the vehicle. I think we were scheduled for 2 hours, but he spent 3 with us. Sean helped us juggle some things so that my Jeep Wrangler could tow the Bambi.Customer service was top notch from everyone - several people who's names I can't remember.I never write online reviews and I HATE shopping for vehicles, but I just had to take a moment to share my thoughts for anyone who is considering where to buy an RV or trailer.

Very friendly, no high pressure sales, service department and sales people remember you after the sale. Their inventory is expansive, they have all the floor plans. There might be a few specialty trims they don't have. Nice indoor atmosphere, again great customer service department.

After well over a decade of wanting to purchase an airstream, I was finally able to save enough money to buy one. I worked with Ralph and Brian to make my budget work for the trailer of my dreams. They were both helpful, caring and responsive through out the process. When I picked up my unit, the indoctrination team was no different. They spent hours educating me and my husband on all aspects of the trailer. This crew is a true professional outfit! Thank you to the entire Bay Area Airstream team for making my purchase experience enjoyable and smooth!

I purchased my Mercedes Airstream Sprinter one year ago this month. I have not once heard from my salesperson, even just to check in, say Hi, be friendly. I have attempted to make an appointment with the service department, several times, but have been unsuccessful. Lots of phone tag with the service department, voicemails, no appointments available. No way to leave a message with the service department. No way to make an appointment with the service team on-line. A bit dark age. The vehicle is awesome. Attention from the dealership, not so much.

As a POC I just want the same treatment everyone else got, which was the uninterrupted undivided attention of the sales person, perhaps if I had been white I would have been treated with the same respect I saw everyone else getting. Including the other walk ins.I had a terrible first experience at Air Stream. From the moment I walked in I felt unwelcome. The women at the front us let us know immediately that we would have to wait for an unknown amount of time because all the associates were busy. Which gave the impression that associates were not going to rush their appointments and take their time with each customer. So we said we would roll the dice and wait for an associate. 5 mins later an associate/ advisor walks over and shows us to the floor. 2 mins later he says he had to go greet someone else without an appointment, and never comes back. So after waiting 20 mins. I walked out with a terrible first impression but an all too common experience of feeling discriminated against. It s unclear to me why everyone s time was prioritized over mine. But it leaves a terrible first impression.

Very friendly, professional and service minded, limited availability to view models due to demand and most trailers are already sold as they leave the factory. They do have some. The Eddie Bower Pottery Barn edition is beautiful.

Went here 2 pick up a part I ordered. The parts dept. was to call me when the part came in. They didn't. The company I ordered from called me to see if I was satisfied with the part. I told them I wasn't aware it had arrived. They called the parts dept. to verify it was there and it was. When I went to pick it up I was told by the man in the parts dept. he had no idea what I was talking about. He had a real attitude and it wasn't a good one. A woman in the parts dept. came to the counter and said the part had come in and it was right there behind the counter. I was able to pick it up but it was a big inconvienence to this guy. The worst thing is I think he was the parts dept. manager.

This is the only place we would ever bring our International back to. Chris Deeb helped us with one of our original visits, and then recently Armando Navarro helped us upgrade and redefine all of our future experiences in our rig. Both gentleman are great to communicate and brainstorm with, and we highly recommend working with them both. They will both help you do whatever you could possibly want to do to your Airstream.

We enjoyed working with Roger. He was patient, knowledgeable, gracious. Visiting Bay Area Airstream and meeting Roger was by far our most pleasant rv shopping experience ever! Thank you, Roger!
