I went for a battery for my key fob.I was disappointed because with this location because I stood at the register more than five mintues while ,a bunch of employees just passed by without asking me if I needed help. Then a really nice guy named Will came to help me ,he even checked in the back for my battery.While waiting he also helped another lady .NO one else helped or offered to help any customers ,I thought that was strange .The stars are for Will thanks again.

I came in to buy a after market HID bulb for my low beam on my 2011kia optima hybrid. I could not get the part on and Chris took the time to get the right tools needed to install the bulb.

Super helpful, got a check engine light on and the staff was super nice, they scanned it and answered all of my questions even recommended a mechanic that would helped me out

Location manager was incredibly rude, wouldn t allow customer to use restroom even though I was purchasing something. I would recommend a different location if you wanted a more pleasant experience.

I really love the crew here! If they don't get along with one another you wouldn't know because they all seem to vibe really well with one another and that's nice to see because they treat the customers cool too. These guys & girls are always in point, they are always willing to help, and they know what they are talking about. Almost makes me want to work here

The staff by the name of Noah is so nice, helpful, and really went an extra mile to look for the parts we're having problem with. He scrutinized thoroughly the part we need by putting a diagnostic portable machine check in the car thereby identifying what the problem is and the part needed. We are able to fix the car by his conscientious care for customer. Job well done Noah. By the way I am using my wife computer.

I had the worst experience I was waiting for assistance and there was a female who was assisting other people but was not helpful with me. She kept telling me to look for the oil that my car needed but with other customers she took her time and guided them to what they needed. I waited about 30 min and it turns out the oil she was told me that was for my vehicle, they don t even have that oil there. I decided to leave since she refused to assist me and took my business elsewhere.

Good experience s most importantly live forever, in which good things happen to good people. Larry who knows what, when, where and how is much appreciated as well with perfection in such customer service moreover kind, caring and compassionate. He is definitely doing a magnificent job in regards to a skill set I ve never seen before. Again Thank you Larry much respects! THE FUSES ALL WORKED

I came in today frustrated already having a bad day took it out on Dennis but he kept it professional and tried every way to solve my problem I wanted cash back but had half paid cash and half on my card for something I was returning he couldent go past the computer he had to refund me the way the computer wanted I was frustrated but he kept trying for me I appreciate the help Dennis sorry for the attitude had nothing to do with you

Clean store , helpful and friendly staff. The store manager (1440 W Texas, Fairfield) is awesome. Today , 10/7/22 , I bought a replacement for a blown headlight bulb of my car and the store manager even installed it . So happy visiting this store /business today.

I only ever given bad reviews so far so I want to offset that by giving a 5 stars to the autozone that never fails me in customer service. These people are always usually friendly and never had a bad transaction here. Unlike the oreillys nearby. You can read my review on that one if it matters.

Guys there tonight we're great and helpful. Never got my email for my online pickup so I called. They identified me and my order and the system failed to attach my email. He fixed it and told me to come in and pick up my order. Great customer service.

Terrible place to work! This place is ran by a cruel overlord by the name of Jen who is only concerned about production numbers, not the health and safety of the employees. I would not wish this place on my enemy. Hey GM hit me up for more details.

Been to many autozones before and usually have good to great service 9 times out of 10. Today was just straight fantastic service! Spoke with 3 different people, all super helpful, super friendly and awesome! In the end, I was going to order some parts, but they found another zone down the street that had them, so it was even better. Wish I got their names to give them kudos!

Brand new store but they are friendly and helpful with a positive attitude which now days is hard to find. I'm resurrecting am old Ford diesel and don't know much about automotive repair but they don't make me feel like a fool and point me in the right direction each time. Appreciate their helpful attitude.

this review is specifically caused by the parts driver that is constantly honking in the parking lot at people leaving dutch bros. I have never shopped here because of how disrespectful he is. Simply needs to be fired or reprimanded for his childlike behavior. He honks at people leaving another business when he can simply use the alley to get to and from.

Was not very good place to shop. Staff was rude and not very help full. The lady staff member gave me dirty looks and race profiled me when I entered store. A very tense and uncomfortable environment. I like Vallejo store better. Won't come back here.

Omgoodness these guys are awesome idk who I spoke to but my car overheated off of Kaiser Rd. And Marymount cir totally out of there area but was stuck with my three children and these gentlemen on this shift as I speak are great thank you to great people real acts of human kindness thanks God is all I can say for Autozone employees who value there jobs thanks autozone employees your awesome

First the part was not available when the website said it was secondly after getting the part across town it ended up being wrong third waited half an hour while clerk was on hold to find the correct part in a different town... Finally got home and the part had a broken lip on the fill location I glued it hope that it holds...
